Securities guards from this store are a joke! They saw a black guy who stole a bunch of meat, he was treating everyone and when I told the manager this black guy what he did, was treating me and also drove around our car, we were asking help. My husband who is veteran had to handle the situation! The security guard a girl wearing her fancy pink purse on duty she didn't do anything! She had full things her fancy purse, she was so busy putting out the stuff she had it... and then She just was recording - for what? To post in social media???? and didn't gave us any assistance! Unbelievable!!!!! The manager just was with open mouth! I hope they fired this "security guard".We had to back to the store and she was staring us ! So have to take a picture. We had to address this situation with the manager in charge, but this girl didn't stop harassing us.She also said racist comments towards me and my husband who didn't say nothing. So please take care this situation we don't need to deal with ignorant employees like this girl.UPDATE Today is April 21 maybe 1 month ago after this incident happened. Today 21 we still have issues with this security guard, she is insane! Continue harassing my husband and my kids, today she did again. We talked with the store manager but looks like they didn't address this situation. Was really uncomfortable to deal with this girl and don't have peace to do our shopping. We have to check if she is there and then we can shopping. Today was insanely from her! Please someone has to take care and leave us alone. We do have good relationship with the cashier's are so nice all the time and also with some managers. Please she has to stop!!!!!!

I wish I could give it a 0 one December 13 2023 5.59pm I was checking out I didn’t realize we left our bags so my husband have to get his card from the car cause we was using Ebt she asked me to hurry a switch my son and three wholes cases of water and I had on a skirt I moved my son and I tried to move the water and couldn’t I tried to explain they where too heavy and i was waiting for him she said Ian finna argue with u and was just rude and disrespectful and deserve to be fired I’m tired of disrespectful costomer service it getting out of hand in Memphis

They changed the store around and it is very nice I found some awesome bargains. One was an Exercise Ball ($7.99) like I saw at my dentist office. I had noticed that all the dental hygienists used them instead of chairs. I found a Vapor Wall Plug with a nightlight ($2.99); Bath Salts 42.3oz ($2.89); a nice cable management box for chords 2pk), a windshield cover to put outside on my car (12.99). I have put some of th pictures here so you can see them.

The lines looked like the borders full of immigrants with no regards to havng enough cashiers, managers to handle the very lengthy lines to get checked out!😝I would've been there for additional hours for the very few items I needed! Absolutely ridiculous to treat the public in this matter & most inconsiderate!🙄😒

I’ve grown to absolutely adore this place. Any location I go to the staff are top tier! Even when the numbers are looking low with long lines… I’ll still choose Aldis! I prefer quality over quantity.

Aldi is great especially if you want cheap fresh vegetables, or affordable specialty foods. They also have really good ground coffee and whole coffee beans. Also great if you are having a gathering and you need some simple snacks (chips, salsas, cheese, sliced meats, etc). Their wine section is also impressive.

store manger (whom never wear her badge) is rude & will talk to you crazy it’s also unsafe for employees & customers not to have security due to high crime area then when I do see security they’re not paying attention to their surroundings they’re always on the phone I witnessed someone stealing & confronted the security due to him being on the phone it’s a lot of robbery at this location I will NOT shop here again

Always clean and they have items here they don't have at others. If you haven't tried the Irish Cheddar with Irish Cream try it. Still love it. Try the Kirkwood crispy fried chicken breasts (in frozen food) on a brioche bun for a great, quick, easy chicken sandwich.

The male cashier that work at the register is so rude and disrespectful. Can’t believe they have him working at the front. He belongs in the back restocking. He pulled a basket out to put my groceries in, then when I get done checking out. He say, “that ain’t your basket. That’s mine.”Meanwhile I have a arm full of groceries. His customer service skills are terrible. I do not like this location even though it’s the closest to my house.I was at the location on Thursday, 1/13/2021 at 6:20pm. Hopefully a manager sees this!!!!!

Store is clean. Fruits & veggies fresh. Great prices on everyday items. Store brand items are a great value. Only drawback is the checkout lines are usually really long so don't expect to run in & run out.

Just like your average Aldi. This time the store was cleaner and there was no trash or broken glass in the parking lot.They had some items missing that I was looking for but the line moved pretty quickly. The prices on food are fair but other items should be purchased at Walmart or a Dollar Store. This place got the job done.

I love shopping here. Prices are low low and the quality is good. Produce can be a bit old but that keeps the prices down. I don't mind bagging my own groceries and putting $.25 in the carts as long as I save money at the register. It's also a very convenient store right off S240.

Can’t say I felt welcomed hear or was friendly . Was helped by Marcus on cashier and I can say he had a worst day on day of 7/05/22 or he wasn’t feeling like being their . Not only did he had a attitude but his face expressions while scanning the items was very unpleasant to have seen on top of him throwing and slamming my items on top of my tomatoes and other veggies were he was constantly just throwing into cart while scanning made me upset . He was very careless and I didn’t like he’s way of being of scanning and throwing everything on cart ( if it wasn’t for me i would have ended coming home with my veggies all squished and in bad form) since I was taking my veggies out while he was slamming everything .

Aldi was wonderful! I was able to find everything I needed & a few things I wanted, with no problem. Checkout was no problem either. There were a couple of registers open, everybody stood in a socially distancing line & were called to the next available register. Great experience!

The store was clean but when I got up to the register no one wanted to check me out. Then when I expressed my concerns the employee got very rude with me. I will take my business down the road where it is appreciated. Left my groceries on the checkout belt. Those employees need customer service training.

Aldi is good, They have the best prices in vegetables and Fruits and their Fruits and vegetables are good. Kroger, Sprouts, Fresh Market, Whole Foods prices are almost double, unless they have a sale. Aldi also has a good brand. Meats are fresh, unlike Save a lot and some Superloos/Cash Savers who add a 20% up charge and store smells like they need to use Bleach. I'm not sure why they always smell like the meats are spoiled, because that's not the case, and I have bought me there before, but was worried about cooking it because, they obviously don't keep the area clean, where they cut and package the meat in the box, so I advise if you choose one of those stores, wash your meats throughly before cooking. Anyway, back to Aldi. Aldi also has nice, non food merchandise. I bought a really nice girly tool bag, with everything in it. I love it. I also like their scented candles. Customer service really depends on whose at the checkout register. Sometimes, you get someone who is friendly and helpful, and sometimes you don't. I believe in good customer service, and the overall customer service isn't that great, so I can't rate it a 5.

Very rude.Location: PerkinsCashier wants to argue about a basket, use for our produces after purchase. She wanted the basket to assist other customers as if we wasnt a customer. After, we checked out she followed us to the car for the basket. Talking about she cannot operate without the basket. Are you serious???? I will never return.

Went with a friend to ALDI and to me I just love to shop even tho it was just window shopping it was still great I felt like a kid in a candy store and still couldn't get any candy no matter how much I asked my mom any way as always there are things you need that is helpful and things that's Heathey for everyone if you have not been go there another way of a save a lot
