We've been using them for 3 years now. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and the results of the grooming. My dogs are always excited to go. They do always tell us they need to be there before 8 am and is typically later in the evening 3 or 4 before they are ready to pick up. This is good for the dogs as they get to hang out and accumulate before going right into the grooming.

Tina Patterson is an absolute disgrace to the human race. Not only does she spit in her mothers face and stab her in the back but that’s how she treats everyone she claims is “family”. She stole my final paycheck, LITERALLY, taking food out of my four year old daughters mouth. I’m a single mom and that’s how she treats me after five years of calling me “family”. Over the past year she’s been getting progressively worse including physically abusing dogs and beating them into submission. She can’t be trusted without her mother to police her clearly and she is a danger to your pets.

Great experience today at Humboldt grooming. They did a fantastic job bathing, ear cleaning and nail trim on my senior dog. She smells lovely and is super soft. Professional and friendly folks!!

This is only grooming place that he doesn't mind going to everywhere else we have tried had to pick him up because he wouldn't go in Humboldt groomer in medina he just goes right in

We took our 2 yorkies there today because our normal groomer was booked. One is 2 yrs old and the other is over 13 yrs old. The grooming was just fine, however, when my wife went to pick them up the woman at the front desk started yelling at her as soon as she walked in the door about why the 13yr olds teeth had not been cleaned. My wife tried to explain that the vet would not put the dog under anesthesia at her age unless is was absolutely necessary, but the woman continued yelling over her, not letting her speak. Scolding my wife that she was “killing our dog slowly”. And that she should be ashamed of herself. This went in for several minutes and my wife paid for the grooming and as she was leaving the woman at the desk had the audacity to ask my wife to go ahead and schedule their next grooming appointment. Needless to say my wife turned and left. I can not believe that she was talked to this way. To top it off my wife is 6 months pregnant and this completely upset her and stress her out unnecessarily. I have no idea who this woman was or what her name was but if she were an employee representing my business she would no longer have a job. Absolute disgrace of customer service and we will obviously never be back or recommend this groomer to anyone even though the actual grooming was pretty good. I really hope the owner sees this and takes action to correct this horrible woman’s unprofessionalism.

I am expressively happy with Humbolt Grooming. I was a little confused with Humbolt Grooming because it's in Milan I think. However, My GPS on my phone and calling them back for additional directions; helped me finish the trip. My Big Boy was in bad shape. His much needed bath, grooming and healing from bites under so much hair. They were so accommodating, they did a great job, and were so welcoming. Thank You All Soooo Much!!!
