I went into their store Tuesday February six and purchased one of their bed clothing, and went into the bathroom to try them on here at home end up, finding a bedbug on my toilet paper for the clothing. Also have bites from where I tried on the shorts call the manager the man was very rude and did not want to give me my money back Contacting corporate You buy from this place.

So my daughter and I where looking around she needed curtains for 1 window I needed towels. Pictures for wall. Roses had towels on sale. Bath and hand towels. Bath 1.99 hand towel 1.00 there was 9 stacks of towels clearly marked, 1.99 I got 5 of them . They rang up 9.99 I showed 2 different people then a manager. The manager looks at me and balatonly says they are priced wrong I can't change the price. But goes on to tell me she was the manager of all the Roses. I say bs. The manager is the only one that can do this. ROSES DOES NOT STAND BY ANYTHING. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. SHE the manager is Rude, and they obviously do not want to sale anything. Not a good place at all.....

Drove here from Nashville, TN and I wasn't disappointed. I found a few of the things that I was looking for and one employee tries to help me out finding some additional items that I needed. All in all, it was worth the drive. I would most definitely plan a return visit in the future.

Great store, however, poorly managed.!!!!Cannot believe what I witnessed as my wife was performing her duties as a customer sales representative..Whereas said store manager Holly, confronted and talked to Tonya in front of one of her customers like a dog as she was merely requiring managerial assistance, to aid said customers request, where all the managers were in the back recovering toys , as my wife has no access to managerial codes as she is forced in the realms of customer service to request aid as normal in this fashion. I've seen this take place often in other stores as normal. However the store manager so disrespected my wife for requesting help it deeply effected her. As she professionally kept a smile and finished her shift .. Whereas the customer and several other customers have conveyed very similar acts of unruly attitude, as many other employs have quit for the same reasons above refrenced. As said store manager is a liability due to her creative hostile work environment persona!!!!!, don't be surprised if legal ramifications don't ensue as many witnesses and this specific event is well documented.. As other employees current and prior are well versed in this statement of lunatic behavior exhibited daily, further exhibited in group texts as deemed necessary by said managerial powers, Quite frankly customers come first and if it displeases her to aid her employees in this fashion then she should step down. As have never witnessed such unprofessionalism. Will not ever spend a dime here again and recommend others follow suit.

Everything was great, except for one obnoxious male employee who was on the clock around 4:30 in the McMinnville TN store. He was very loud talking about how customers were going through boxes of Jeans when they were some already on table, was being rude to his female coworker, was rude to every customer in there because of how loud he was. I will not visit this store again if I go back and he is there.

I have been scammed multiple times by this place. They mark their items the wrong price or false advertise. They have terrible customer service, and only have one person checking people out then they are rude to you. After giving them many chances they will no longer be getting my business. Their manager is very RUDE!

I usually go in this store every other weekend, yet today when I was leaving the mall I decided to check out the Christmas trees and to see if they had a SD card for cell phones. I had already been shopping throughout the rest of the mall, which made it so I had Christmas bags, bath and body bags, and a white bag. While leaving the EXIT side of roses, once I got out of the store an employee stopped me and asked where I had got my bags from and why I was leaving from the exit. I tried telling her I was only looking for one item they didn't carry and that I had bought everything previous of being in this store. Yet she asked WHY I was going out the exit!?! Are you serious!!

Bought a water hose I get home to use it and guess what it leaks and the sprayer end of the hose busted so I will not buy anything from here again I’m not happy 😡

It says says online they close at nine 9. I go to the store the door says they close at 8 but it’s 7:30 and they’re saying they’re closed. Two separate times yet neither are correct. Get it together.
