Had an awesome experience at the tire shop today. The gentleman was busy when we got there but the wait wasn't long. He quickly fixed my tire issue when it was our turn. I didn't catch his name but he was super friendly and helpful.

Just rented the stock trailer for a day. Loaded and hauled two horses from Red Gate farm to Virginia. No issues. Left this morning at 5am to return the trailer. 10 miles into the trip the trailer popped off the hitch and I had to emergency stop in the middle of the highway. There was no damage to the trailer except the winch caster which was completely destroyed. I reconnected the trailer and had no issues the remaining 75 miles. Upon return I explained what happened and the maintenance man was sent out to inspect. He told me this has happened before with their trailers. He reported his findings to the manager and I was told they would be keeping my deposit of $65 for a $20 damaged part. I offered to replace this part and was declined. I asked who I should report my damage to my truck to. He suggested my personal insurance and that if I had future trailer needs to take my business elsewhere. Don’t rent from this company as they knowingly rent out a trailer with known issues and will not take care of the customer nor take responsibility for faulty parts.

Staff very friendly responded to all my questions was very helpful in resolving all my issues. Got one tire out of the 2 fixed for my tractor. I will have to buy another rim to have the second repaired as they didnt have one to fit.

Staff is always great and they're usually always stocked well. I was surprised that they didn't have marigold plants which they normally do. They had everything else I needed
