This online pet pharmacy is 100% the real deal. They literally saved my snakes life with their lightening fast service. They responded to my vets prescription literally within minutes. They even contacted me to make sure I didn't need syringes or sterile water and that I understood how to mix the medicine. The drug was here the next morning. My little snake was close to death from pneumonia. Getting the drug in him so fast saved him. Thank you PetMart.

After using this pharmacy for 3 years, I was just denied an order for compounded Pimobendan because it could be a copyright infringement, even after I stated this same product is prescribed and dispensed by my local veterinary cardiologist. I have been sourcing this compound for years for my rescue dogs, from other pharmacies, shame on you for denying help to an abandoned senior dog because of your policy. I have a prescription for the Pimobendan, but after saying I was shopping for best prices online, the order was denied.

I called this pharmacy in a panic because another pharmacy changed their processing time on my pets compounded medication (3 days to 11 business days) without notification and our dog was going to run out in five days. Not only did Pet Mart contact our Veterinarian right away, but they shipped her medication same day. I am so grateful for their quick response and amazing customer service. We will be using Pet Mart moving forward for all of our pets pharmacy needs!

I am so happy I found PetMart Pharmacy! My senior chihuahua mix is on CHF meds & the name brand is way too big for his little mouth (not to mention he HATES the flavor they add). The compounded tiny tabs available through PetMart are a savior! Their customer service has always been top notch & the Milk Bone they send along is much appreciated by my (slightly larger) other senior.

I had such a wonderful experience with this pharmacy. I am an out-of-state customer and found them after searching for a good price for my dog's specialty medication. Great prices, excellent and friendly service, easy to use website with constant updates of where your Rx is in the process, and they even included a special treat in the box. Would definitely recommend!

Ordering from PetMart Pharmacy is too much of a hassle. Calling in and speaking with someone is even more frustrating. This is the second or third time I've had an issue and my pet was without medication. PetMart Pharmacy took even longer to ship my medication because they didn't want it sitting at the post office over the weekend- which it still did. It's been two weeks. I was only offered a refund for the medication which had expired. I basically had to beg for that. I believe the only reason I was given the partial refund was because I asked for the manager. I had a really bad experience a couple of years ago with Dana and find the staff to be hit or miss. Some are super knowledgeable and friendly while others are straight-up rude. I am done ordering from here. I try and support smaller businesses but there is no accountability at PetMart Pharmacy, LLC. Chewy's pharmacy is cheaper and they offer free shipping.

Like most pet owners, we want to provide the best care of our fur babies. I called PetMart Pharmacy to price up some medication and Katy was just a pleasure to speak with. She was patient with me while I was trying to pull medication information, answered all of my questions, and even helped me set up an account through their website. If this is any indication as to how they conduct business, then I will be looking forward to doing business with them. Also, their prices are substantially cheaper than what I was paying.

Really great customer service. They contact your vet for you and make the whole process super easy. They even send little dog treats in each box. I like that you can buy the heartworm and flea meds in single doses rather than having to buy 6 months at a time like at the vet. It makes it a bit easier on the wallet. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy for any pet!

VERY affordable. I like most ppl dont have a lot of money to spend on expensive medications. I've shopped and hopped around different pet pharmacies online always trying to get the best price and these guys win everytime.At first you worry about the quality because my vet was saying you cant trust other pharmacies that they dont use because the medications may be fake. The pharmacies that my vet uses are to expensive !My girl has a skin condition and will break out in hives if shes not on her meds. Being that she has had no problems at all on her medications I'm confident the medications are satisfactoryWhen my girl got sick again and more meds had to be added I dredded the extra monthly cost, but seriously with these guys I can afford to keep her healthy .At one point I was having a hard time getting m vet to approve her prescription (that they prescribed) and pet pharmacy was so patient and calm with me everytime I called to request another fax through or another call.10/10

The customer service is great and super helpful anytime I've called they have talked me through the process of ordering meds. I personally always get the medication within two days of ordering and usually ot ends up shipping out the day i order it! They stay up with competitive pricing too! The low star reviews seem to be people upset that the usps lost there package, after it's shipped the pharmacy can't just send out free medication, or demand that the usps finds your package, reorder and be done with it, life happens.

My dog developed congestive heart failure and required a commonly prescribed, high-demand medication of Vetmedin which is often out-of-stock in many places. I found Pet Mart Pharmacy and was a little hesitant to order but did and their service was exceptional. I then needed a refill and again, service was exemplary. I needed some assistance with something and contacted them and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Very sadly, my dog passed but I do have other animals and when the time comes that they need medications, this will be my go-to online pharmacy.

My cat has chronic constipation and was recently prescribed cisapride to help get things moving. A local pharmacy filled the prescription at first and it was over $60 per month for a liquid I had to force into my cat's mouth. I then requested the medication to be made into pill form so I could use a pill paste to make things easier for kitty. They did so, but it somehow jacked the price up to over $90 and the capsules were fairly big, so I had to use a lot of the pill paste, which also isn't cheap.I did my research and found that PetMart offered the lowest price - 50 cents per pill if I get at least 90 at once. I order 100 pills at a time for $50, which lasts my cat over a month. Plus, they do tiny tabs, which are so much smaller and easier for my cat to eat with only a little pill paste required to cover them. Plus, shipping is both free for orders over $49 and somehow also super fast even though I live on the west coast.It's not easy having a constipated cat but PetMart made it a little easier for both of us. After wasting a whole week with another online company, trying to get the ever-elusive Vetmedin, I checked back in PetMart Pharmacy since they’ve been re-stocking. On Monday I put in an order and by the end of that day they had gotten the prescription from my vet and shipped out the desperately needed product!!! I can’t say enough of about this company. Today is Feb. 26, 2017. I have used PetMart for a couple of years with good results. However, today has been a total disaster. I called early this morning with the intention of ordering my best friends medicine. I was told that their ordering system was down and that there was no way to place the critical order for my dog.I was OK with that, however they promise to call me with an update was never handled, and now I call and the #@#R@$%% phone system and it is down.They never called me to let me know what was happening - as I was promised. In the big pharma/vet/medical conspiracy, it is nice to see someone cares more about your pet than their wallet. My dog loves this flavored med in a combination of the 3 meds she needs to stay alive.
