Although smaller than the other newer dollar generals, I come here b/c of the cashiers. I wish I knew both day shift ladies names, but they are exactly what customer service should be. Kind and helpful. They are so friendly and always in a good mood. Raises for this store!!

I am from out of town and I have been going to different Dollar General stores, while here, in search of a regular item I use. However, I didn’t succeed in finding the item, but instead, I found this store to be in disarray. I had no desire to stay and shop. I fail to understand why so many stores are allowed to be kept this way.

The cashier was extremely rude with me and my husband for no reason! Not the first time this is happened here. Deff won't be back. Worth the drive to Alcoa to not go here!

As far as dollar generals go this one isn't that bad at all. They don't have stock carts in every isle blocking it up. The staff is nice and friendly. One of the few places that have small bite dog food.

This is a good place to pick up the essentials in a hurry and go. The 9nl6 downside is its hard to find things with carts constantly filling up the isles. I have always had great service with a reasonable price. Good to go with the 4 stars. Cleaner isles are needed.

Oh my gosh! I can just run in and get just about anything. And we all know running into a big grocery or large store to get just one item is a pain. But here I can run out of coffee and go in and out with bed head. Or i can go and find just about everything I can at big over sized stores without having to walk a mile from one side to the other to get related items. And customer service is great. I haven't been in a dollar general that didnt have great service. And I can get some of the same items for a lot less money. I love Dollar General.

The over sized lady that works up front is extremely rude and unreasonable. She does not deserve to work customer service.

It was cleaner than I remember, the employees weren't helpful, they seemed to care less. And after mentioning that I work for DG at another location they really couldn't be bothered. But the store itself was cleaner than last I was there. Maybe I'll keep it to myself that I'm also an employee next time. I think I'll stick with my own store. I just went there because they were close to Sonic which is where I was originally going.

Not impressed with this Dollar Generals committment to protecting their customers. The employees mask was hanging off of her face to the point I could even see her mouth. It doesn't do any good to wear a mask if it does not fit properly. Makes me wonder about other safety precautions as well.

Lady was rude and kinda weird. She followed me around for whatever reason. Made me feel uncomfortable. My son is a year old and was like any kid wanting something. So I got him a toy to keep him occupied. I guess she thought I opened it and was just going to put it back and not pay for it. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She followed me to the register after following me around while I got my stuff and of course I still had the wrapper from my son's $2 little truck. Once she saw that she walked away. All mom's are different but I'm positive I'm not the only one that has done that just to keep the youngin occupied for a more peaceful shopping trip.

I tried to buy a cigar, like I have at this location before. The MANAGER Gayle typed in my birthday (1997) and told me the register said I wasn’t old enough and then wouldn’t try scanning it. She then refused to let me by the cigar, even though it says on my state issued driver’s license that I am almost 23 years old. It worked just fine a few minutes later at a gas station.

Isles too small for wheelchair accessible users. Always packed with carts and other things. North Carolina is the only place where you can get the best orange soda. Tennessee won't carry it.

Theres 1 cashier in particular I enjoy chatting with. She was so helpful in explaing the updates to the app, that o re-installed it and use it every time I shop here.

is Dollar general's great store management there's awesome they're there to help you most of the time they got everything in stock and they got all the shelves you get good deals therewhat you always get friendly help their I try to go to the store at least twice a week just because of management and staff

Great selection, cheaper then Walmart prices, and not as crowded !!! Great employees, will help you find anything you need in the store, just ask for help, highly recommend

I love Dollar General! The prces are unbeatable particularly on cleaning/laundry and imakeup. They also have an aisle where everything is only 1 Dollar!
