The staff is friendly, convenient location, good selection of items, especially for the size. I have been pleasantly surprised several times when they have had things I am looking for including real bacon bits, maraschino cherries, different medications and more. I also love their clearance items!

I have never been treated so rudely in my life by employees and managers EVER. It's a shame that you find something on sale and they tell you that you can only have one. Never in my life have I been turned down to purchase anything. I will never step foot back those doors. The owners need do something with their employees or make sure the sign at the door says only one sale item per day. They definitely have never had a problem taking my money for anything else.

Just like most others, the location was clean and orderly. The location had what I needed when I needed it. These stores have a habit of having 50 things you need and another 50 you dont. The loss of one star was because of the bathroom being out of order. Other than that the staff was great and the experience was great.

Its my corner store. All the people are friendly and get to know people by names. Even if it is just a visit because they are passing threw. They are great with my kids and give us great suggestions when we go there. I definitely loveeeee my Dollar General!!!!!!

I work at this store, as a privious employee I find this store to be one of there better ones. I only have one issue with it, since the climate control is controlled by corporate I would like to go on record saying how uncomfortably hot I am all the time in the store. As I'm working I feel like I'm pouring in sweat. I would like corporate to take in account the different locations as well as their personal needs based upon the current weather in those areas. Just sayin

This store is constantly nasty. I understand it's location is in a area of unfortunate bad habits but to disrespect a customer who has never stolen a thing in their life. An not be descrete about following them or watching or asking everything ok 39 times. (yes I counted) then while a fellow customer was still shopping follows me out and descide to smoke just so they could see if I pulled anything out my rear end since it could not be placed any place else.. was just the icing on the cake.. so may I say to the manager whom did all this "if you put as much effort and energy into stalking yes it becomes harassment and stalking after the first 4 min. Into cleaning your store up maybe the neighborhood trash would not be stealing from you." Next time I will bring the police with me so I can shop in peace if I must.. seriously!! You are a horrible manager and housekeeper..

Come on down to the General! Do you like moving dollies to get to the item you desire? Then come on down. Do you like hunting down cashiers so you can check out? Then come on down. Do you like shopping for stuff that is almost what you were looking for? The General is the place to be. Don't worry there is one within a half mile of your current location and to keep things interesting, each DG is laid out differently to ensure you get your steps in when searching for the last minute school project items.

They have rudest employees working there. Yesterday the cashier that rung my stuff up was so rude and thought she new it all. Didn't even know the prices for the items there. I told her that the drinks I was getting was 5 dollars a piece and she said I dont think so in a rude tone. I started to tell her I will go and get the price tag for her. If you dont know the prices on items at your own work place then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WORK THAT DONT INVOVE NUMBERS.

Wanted whole wheat english muffins, which they did not have. I waited in car at front door, where 2 large masks required signs were. I noticed only half the customers going in wearing masks. One staff member not wearing a mask at all, and the cashier's mask was down to her bottom lip. Very disappointed with this.

I don't know why this store, or any of the Dollar Genral stores in this county, have two cash registers. They only use 1, and it always has a line of at least 10 people. And they DO NOT get in any hurry. There is absolutely no reason for a person to go in there to get a pack of coffee filters, and have to be there for 30 minutes. Lord knows they have the money to hire another person to work the "spare" register, because they have 15 stores in this small town, and they're all the same way. Shame on you, Dollar General. Now, say you're sorry.

This particular Dollar General is literally a 60 second walk from my house and I refuse to ever spend another penny there. The management is the RUDEST management I have ever dealt with in all my life. I have contacted the regional corporate offices about the management with a promise of a return phone call from the regional manager within 24 hours, which ofcourse, I never received. If you have anything the owner/manager dislikes, such as tattoos, or long hair, you WILL BE STEREOTYPED!!! She will follow you around from aisle to aisle, watching you like a hawk, with no shame at all, giving you dirty looks to let you know you are not wanted in "her" store. There is absolutely no reason for this behavior, other than she dont like the way you look. The assistant manager is no better and to prove this, I tested my theory yesterday. I watched an elderly gentleman that was in line right ahead of me return a Rexall arm brace without a receipt, without any question or problem at all, what so ever. I observed the entire transaction, and heard the complete conversation. When the gentleman simply stated that he didnt have a receipt, the assistant manager simply smiled and said, "no problem" and asked if he wanted cash back or store credit. Knowing that I had the exact same product at home, (only 2 doors down), I returned a short time later with my own Rexall wrist brace, the exact same item that the other gentleman returned with no receipt less than a hour before, and explained to the same exact clerk, the assistant manager, that I looked all over for my receipt and couldn't find it, but all I wished to do was receive store credit towards some shopping I had to do, and I did not want cash back, and she refused to do any kind of return at all without a receipt. I actually had the receipt in my pocket, but instead of giving her the receipt, I just left the store with my product, satisfied that I have proved my point to myself and vowed to myself, once again, that I would never return to that store that is ran by biased, prejudiced management again. The only reason I gave 1 star instead of 0 is because the prejudice owner's husband is completely opposite of his wife, and I feel very sorry for him to have to live with such a bigot at home as well co-own the store with her. If this helps anyone I am glad to share my story. If you read this review, and return with your own ideas about why me or any other customers have been STEREOTYPED or treated this way by management, then I bless you and your denial of your very own hypocrisy. Go to ANY OTHER DOLLAR GENERAL! The staff is rude and unwilling to help. There is always a long line and they only have 1 register open. Even if another employee sees the line wrapped around the store, they will pretend not to see it. Theyll continue walking around aimessly and refuse to open the other register. They WILL NOT honor coupons on the DG app and will not try to help assist with it in any way. They just shrug their shoulders. I left, refused to buy anything, went to the DG in browns creek ans they went above,and beyond to help find a solution to make the coupon work. It was a $5 coupon, which is the only reason i went to buy 20$ worth of gain products. It wasn't some 50 cent coupon. But they could care less. And as others have mentioned, they stereo type and follow people who look a certain way. I actually had an employee,mentiom that she was keeping her eye on this,couple who eventually got behind me to PAY for their items. Like I said, go elsewhere.

West town mall awsome place went too Japanese place had dinner my favorite teriyaki chicken killer with extra sauce so check out sparky Japan if you go to west town mall get shopping and great food what a day at the mall plus maybe catch a movie afterward a great date day at mall

Been to one Dollar General been to all Dollar General Stores. The only thing different are the employees. The ones here were good people.

It's an okay place if you need something in a rush but some of their stuff is priced as high as a stores plus they never have enough people on hand to do the job seems like they're always short-handed
