Rude girl at the pharmacy counter. Called back in to complain. Pharmacist said she saw everything, and lied about it. I have a witness also that saw and heard everything. Not to mention, there should be video. Complaint filed with CVS corporate. Wouldn’t want a pharmacist that lied, to be filling my prescriptions!

Been getting my prescriptions from the CVS for years and I’ve never had a problem. The drive thru is open 24/7, with the exception of the afternoon lunch hour.They have a baby changing table in their restroom.

Today I have been to pick up 3 prescriptions that I had to have transferred from my favorite pharmacy, Blount Discount West, because my FEP BCBS is no longer in the program. I have been to Foothills Dr CVS 3 times now. I purposely took the medication box and bottle so that I would receive the correct Rx. My last trip to this location, I was given an Albuterol Inhaler which I DO NOT USE. The Wixela Inhub, which I NEED, was not filled. Additionally I needed Jardience refilled (I showed the empty bottle to the person at the desk) and the pharmacy refilled Ozempic, which I currently do NOT need refilled. I am totally frustrated and not impressed with this CVS!!!

My mother and I had appointments to get vaccines at this location early on a Sunday morning. We made the appointments over a week in advance. We were within sight of the store when they called to tell us that they didn't have the vaccines we needed. This was completely unprofessional, careless, and a bad way to do business. They knew when they closed the day before that they did not have the vaccines and should have informed us then. I am completely dissatisfied with this experience and will NEVER do business with any CVS store again. If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would do it. In fact, I would give a negative 16 star review. Absolutely disgraceful!

I waited months to post this review because I was hoping that they would go back to the amazing pharmacy I’ve known my entire adult life, however, today was the final straw. After trying multiple days to get them on the phone and holding for twenty minutes or more a time, I finally just drove there. I told them I couldn’t get through on the phone and was told, very flatly, “We’re short staffed and doing the best we can.” I was then handed the wrong prescription, told that the prescription that was scheduled to be ready tomorrow was not going to be there, and that the text I got saying my daughters medication couldn’t be filled for several weeks (the reason I was calling in the first place) was actually already filled. IN ONE TRIP. Dangerously and recklessly under staffed, then, so I highly recommend you take your prescriptions where they can handle them responsibly. (But not to Walgreens.)

Called and waited on hold for ten minutes no one picked up the phone..... The automated system said my prescription would be ready by 6:30pm. Wait in drive thru line only to be told they were out of stock and they " may" get it tomorrow but no guarantee. I told them I didn't understand because it told me 6:30pm today and the girl at the window said " was it a robot or real person?" I said " well the robot because no one answered the phone " she said " yeah short staffed noone to answer the phones but robots no accurate should've gotten a text" never did.So in case you need a prescription filled that's important do NOT go here!!! They do not offer to look at different stores for in stock options!! And told me they " couldn't " send it to a different store because it was a first fill prescription.... So to recap... Pharmacy has no pills...,. Won't pick up phones, won't text the customers to tell them before they pick up and has a lying robot tell them the wrong information so by the time they can get it called to a different pharmacy the doctor is closed!! I am NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BE BACK!

I will be counting on CVS after today with my pharmaceutical needs. Reason why? They went above and BEYOND their regular tasks. My physician made a mistake and they fixed it. After two places piddled around. For a pharmacy to not only catch a mistake... But fix it, it’s beyond professionalism. For so much to go wrong it’s refreshing for someone that gets it right. Thanks much CVS.

I have been going to this pharmacy for two years now and today will be the last day I go back. I have my prescriptions called in ahead of time for 3 month supplies and today was told my medication would not be available for another 3-4 days as it is needed daily. I didn’t get a catch a name, but a young blonde behind the counter was very rude and said there was nothing that could be done & if I needed my medication that bad to have my prescriber call a different pharmacy; at 4 pm. I am not one to complain or write a review but for someone to be so uncalled rude for trying to get medication that is already called in and to be out of is insanely ridiculous. Will never go back.

I hate to see so many poor reviews. Our insurance changed, and we are supposed to go to CVS. Now. These pharmacists and their staff have gone above and beyond helping us figure out the best prices we can get, helping us with coupon codes, getting our refills straight, and even calling our insurance when they were denying our new baby. The pharmacist even went out of her way on a slow evening when one of the techs was trying to work out some coupon codes, and she sat and had a whole conversation about her cats and his cats and showed him pictures! It was a huge help to this tired pregnant momma! 5 stars for sure!

I'd rather give their pharmacy no stars. Horrible experience trying to get my little girls amoxicillin. They couldn't find her in the system and tried charging me 32 dollars for my child's medicine and I tried explaining we have tenncare and that we typically go to CVS south northshore (which I give 5 stars) but the blond pharmacist kept interrupting me asking for my kids tenncare card even though I told her my kids dad had it and was at work. I had to stand there and call CVS south northshore where they quickly and kindly transfered my kids amoxicillin there and instantly pulled her up in the system with my child's social. Point of story I wouldn't recommend this Maryville location to anyone. CVS south northshore is the best.

The normal pharmacist who is usually there is so nice but whatever pharmacist was there that was brunette was not helpful. I have a finger infection and my whole thumb is swollen. I’m on antibiotics and I asked if I could talk to the pharmacist for a recommendation. The pharmacy tech basically tiptoed around this pharmacist to ask her to talk to me. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered with helping me. She was like there’s nothing that can help here with the pain even though my mom who is a nurse told me to use epsom salt. I just thought I’d ask to see if there were any other recommendations but nope. I won’t ask for help when she’s there.

Pray you never need to call the pharmacy. Left on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up the phone and decided it was quicker to go in person and tell them to transfer my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street. (Who, for the record, will answer their phones in a timely manner) Never spoke to a human the entire time I was left on hold either. 10 minutes of loud static elevator music really takes you there when you just want to ask one simple question. Good thing it wasn't anything important, right? 😒

The lead Pharmacist shows a very poor attitude after driving 160 miles round trip and waiting two hours in store. I’ve called My CVS 5 times because even though no one is in the store they will not take the time to call about a no cost trial prescription that the manufacturer offered me. This is a blood thinner and I am going to have to leave without it. Will most likely stop using CVS all together.

I came here to pick up medications for my husband who is a veteran. The VA was not helpful and giving the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist a run around to try to get medications. Connie Everette and the Pharmacist Kirstyn Houseman were amazing and helped get them taken care of so my husband could get the treatment he needed. I wish every place had people like this who are amazing at what they do.

This CVS is always chaotic and understaffed. They've been making mistakes with prescriptions lately. Today there were people filling prescriptions not following cdc guidelines on masking up. The customers were even worse. There are signs on the door stating masks are required. Over half had no mask or it was on their chin. I would expect better from a place that supposedly cares about health.

Friday afternoon I took a covid test, they gave me a positive results. Well today I tried to get my test results so I can get a antibiotic infusion. Well guess what they lost my results. They have no records of me ever being there. Now I have to go and get tested again. Thanks a lot CVS, I will not use you again for anything.I'm going to Kroger.

Not happy at all with CVS service. I waited a long time to speak with pharmacy using there over the phone service. After being very patient and waiting my turn to speak with an employee a woman named Angela answered my call and while I was in mid sentence she hung up on me. I have been hung up on in the past by employees and so has my mother. I'm tired of being a loyal customer and a very patient one. I WILL NOT recommend this cvs to anyone.

CVS 103 Foothills Mall DR Maryville 37801.Got my Johnson & Johnson Covid 19 shot today! 5/21/21!It was so easy and painless!Kudos to Stephanie the Pharmacist that gave me the shot!I was so nervous but she calmed me with her good nature and confidence! Really put me at ease!I hate shots but I can tell you I didn't feel a thing!One thing I noticed about this location.... It was spotless! Seriously you could eat off the floor!Thanks again Stephanie!

Very difficult manager Kristina to deal with. Like most people say on here, the other people are fine, it's just the PHARMACY manager that is extremely rude and unprofessional. SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO WORK THERE OR WITH PEOPLE

I want to give a huge shout out to Carrie! My 3 month prescription was going to cost me $177 with insurance; up from $100 last year. When I spoke to her on the phone earlier to put in the refill, she encouraged me to look for a coupon. I did look for one but did not think I qualified. At the drive thru, Carrie asked me if I had looked for a coupon. She went through the questions with me; I had answered one incorrectly. My new cost was $52! Thank you, Carrie for going above and beyond!!

They called several times reminding me to pick up prescription. Here I am. Waited 15 minutes with 5 cars ahead of me. Pulled out and went to run another errand. Decided to come back to try to get prescription. I have waited another 15 minutes. 3 cars currently in front of me. I’ll try to wait it out. But I am going g to transfer prescription to mail in order for medication. This is ridiculous. They have COVID drop off at same window. Don’t know if that is why they are suddenly so slow. It’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. Usually only 5 or 10 minutes.

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy refuses to answer their phones. My first experience was calling to inquire about my prescription and getting put on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up called back, same thing. This went on for over and hour and we finally had to get in the car and drive there. We get to the back isle and call the pharmacy and not one person answered the phone. Everyone behind the counter stood there talking and carrying on. TODAY....ONCE AGAIN....Call up there to find out about my perscription and same thing. After being on hold for over thirty minutes I finally called the front desk. She tells me they are back there and sends my call back there. Hold again for another 20 minutes. I had my meds transferred to Walgreens!!

Today I learned that CVS Minute Clinics don't treat men. Attempted to go today for an appointment and was told that men's anatomy is too complicated for them to treat, but women are just fine. I don't believe I've ever heard that a single time in my life, but okay. Won't try to use them again for sure.

Went to the Minute Clinic, asked specifically will they test for strep and flu and the NP told me absolutely, just get checked in. I checked in and waited 45 minutes, get called back, 20 seconds into the visit she tells me well, we can’t test or treat any respiratory symptoms until there’s a covid test. Ok, for one, then why did you tell me I could get these specific tests before I even checked in, two, why can’t I have a strep or flu test to rule these out in the least because strep you can take antibiotics and flu there are over the counter drugs you can take if you want. What a sick joke to bill me for a visit I could have avoided if the NP was honest from the beginning. I’ll never go back

I actually wasn't even getting a prescription filled here. I overheard the pharmacist and techs talking about every patient that was in the drive thru or had something called in. Going on about there prescription and even saying the names out loud ,loud enough I heard in a isle I was in. This is a huge HIPAA violation. I would hate to be judged just by the medication I was prescribed. Everyone had the most negative attitude. I think they definitely forgot why they chose that profession .

DON'T FILL YOUR PERSCRIPTIONS HERE! They are swamped with business and can NOT handle the workload. You will wait and wait and wait and wait. Even when they tell me my prescription will be ready at a certain time, I will wait at least and hour after they told me to come in. They have also given me other people's perscriptions by mistake which is probably illegal. I got home and there were extra bags stapled to my order. Then I try to return someone else's perscriptions back to them and they apologize and ask me not to say anything. I am transferring my medications to another pharmacy which I should have done years ago.

I had a test for Covid at this store. The tester wore no mask or gloves, and cleaned nothing. I tested positive, so I sent my husband. When he asked her for next steps if his test was positive, she suggested ivermectin...THIS MEDICINE HAS NO EFFECT ON COVID!

This is a busy pharmacy, so there is usually a wait. If you drop it off, they will send you a text alert when your RX is ready to pick up. The staff is always kind and helpful.
