I totally dislike EXTREMELY strongly having to go to the Manchester TN Wal-Mart. The parking lot is just terribly laid out. However the biggest reason is the amount of 18 wheelers and campers you have to maneuver to get INTO the poorly laid out parking lot. I have encountered this problem every single time I go here.I have attached (or posted) 2 videos to this review for your viewing pleasure 😁

Curb side pick up manager is rude and arrogant and judgemental. Yea I'm not rich , so. I'm not high and mighty, so. Don't judge me because I have to have a registered service animal if you don't know why I need him. Denied my pick up because he stayed in Floor never barked . Shame on you. You said I had complaints on me Nicole. Wrong you lied from the start. Have a blessed day. Nicole I'll pray for you

I would like to sing the praises of the sweet lady in the bakery that decorates the cakes....she is beyong amazing ! I have asked her to decorate two cakes for a 2 different special occasions this year....they were PERFECT ! Please somebody acknowledge her talent and dedication to a job well done !! She deserves a bonus!!

I am a truck driver and forgot my prescriptions at my pharmacy at home in Idaho. There were a handful of issues that made it challenging to pick them up. But all the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. A lot of time and effort went into getting the problems resolved. Linda went above and beyond to make sure I got my meds. Muc Appreciated!

Shopping at Walmart can be difficult for handicapped people such as myself. Other customers almost run you over then give you a disrespectful glare. The service there by the staff has been a delightful experie ce for the most part. Great prices, expeditious check out.

We have a love/scream relationship we go all the time cause it convenient you can all what you need in one place.. but they get overcrowded and makes me want to scream. 😂

The employees are always friendly. Shop the "clearance" racks and end-caps for special deals. Almost everything in the store is "Made in China" though. Personally speaking, I'm an avid supporter of "Made in America".

I get delivery from this Walmart and I must say the service is exceptional. Do they make a mistake on occasion? Yes, rare but it's happened once or twice and they always make it right.Be sure to list your substitution preferences and they are good at making that happen. If you have to call for an issue which I did have to do one time only in a year they were courteous and helpful.Don't expect miracles on weekends and holidays...they are working harder and longer during these times so be patient and gracious.Thank you Walmart, Walmart employees, and drivers !!!! You are appreciated. God Bless you.

Pre covid… out of stock on everything…. Post covid…. Never stock it…. Slow, poor store design, extremely underpaid hourly workers. Never shopping here again. Horrible entrance and parking lot as well. Use caution folks!

SUPER appreciate the semi parking! I've only got one complaint. Sysco trucks & trailers take up almost a whole section. At this point, they've got 4 trucks with nobody in them & 2 trailers. Sysco has their own lot! They don't need to be squatting & taking up Walmart's parking for free. Call it a pet peeve, but if they need more room, they should expand what they have or buy another lot somewhere. As far as the woman who was complaining about the trucks, who do you think stocks the shelves for you to buy what you need?

Take it from someone who has experience not only shopping at Wal-Mart but working with them as well. One of my first jobs and by far my first love for learning the true value of a dollar. I was 19 years old and living in Engleside, Texas, I boarded the fairy boat and crossed the river to and from work on a daily basis where I worked in Aransas Pass, Exas for nearly 2 and a half years before moving on to Larry's IGA Super Market in the Bakery and Deli department where I worked an additional 2 and a half years before moving back to Tennessee because I had no other family that lived in Texas and I was going through my first failed marriage. The job losses hurt more than the loss of my marriage, no hard feelings.... it was good while it lasted, but one we moved from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Texas, that's when it all turned bad. I can't complain though, had I stayed, I wouldn't have known the true joys of motherhood! Thank you Billy Jennings, and I truly hope you have had a good life with your new wife and kids. I could never thank you enough! 😊

True, this is Walmart, but the Manchester store is always well stocked and usually has enough cashiers. Restrooms clean and stocked. Parking lot is a little hard to manage but worth it to save a big old tree. And also slows people down.

The aisles are all clean, the location of every item is standardized over all their locations. This one has a Subway inside, along with tax services and many other amenities. This is on the bigger side of Super Walmarts, bodying a very high ceiling and wide corridors. My only qualm is that the bathrooms were quite dirty.

I'll be honest. I hate coming here. I wish they could expand so the shopping aisles could be bigger. The only time I come here is to get groceries every 3 to 4 months. Most of the time I can't find everything I need because it's sold out.

Prices are not as the use to be but it's Walmart just like all Walmarts they need better management that has the customer and suppliers needs the upgrades makes it a nightmare to shop can't even fit 2 people down the same row wait in line get to the automated checkout scan over 300.00 in items and it says card only well I only have cash.......

My favorite part about this particular store is I can always find a human operated check out line instead of being stuck in self check out where half the employees watching seem to believe they're undercover agents of theft prevention which is entertaining!!Yet I prefer the old fashioned way depart with a Have a nice day after visiting the bakery and its amazing selection of sweet treats!

This used to be one of the best Walmart locations in our area but they never have anything. Every time I have to shop here I leave with only about 20-50% of the items on my list. That's really bad considering the things on my list are things I exclusively buy at Walmart in store on a regular basis. This is the second time I've been left with no options for training pants. They do not have any regular Greek yogurt. The kind with sugar. All they have is sugar free and toddlers won't eat that. More power to you if yours does but I don't personally know of any that will.
