I would not recommend this company.We have used them several times and they seem to do a pretty good job so we tipped them +25%. There were times that they would keep our dogs longer than they promised(all day once). Which at the time was no problem. It gave us time to run some errands.The last time we used them they text and said you need to pick up the dogs within one hour or be charged an extra $25. I felt at the time they should be a little flexible since we were flexible for them and keeping our dogs longer than was promised. But they stuck to their guns and charged us that $25. I understand their policy of picking them up within one hour of notification but I also felt they needed to be a little flexible and forgiving since I was in the middle of another meeting. I needed two hours.We scheduled our collie on March 18 to be groomed on April 18 at 8:00am. They text a week before to reschedule for April 14. I could not do this date because I was out of town the entire week. They then proposed April 20 however I have another obligation that day so I proposed April 27. They could not see our dog because they were booked. I then told them “ Thanks. I'll find another groomer”. Her response was “ We offered two other days to try to get Burch groomed. I am the only groomer here right now with an extremely tight schedule. But best of luck on your groomer search 😄”Really! They seem to want the customer to work around their personal schedules and don’t realize or understand how to run a business. I’m very disappointed in their lack of customer service and willing to work. I’ve had to reschedule a couple of times because of their personal issues.One more thing…I went to pick up both my dogs a few months ago and ask them if they cleaned dog’s teeth. They said yes and was only $5 per dog. Now, I’ve never seen anyone clean two dogs teeth in 5 minutes. Usually it’s a lot longer but maybe I’m mistaken with today technically. Oh and by the way their gums we’re still black. Not very honest. This experience shows me they are struggling to run a business that they have to pull the wool over the customers eyes. lolOver all, I do not recommend this business. They are very nice in person and do do a good job, which I do appreciate, however they need to probably not rely on text for communication since it can possibly come across wrong

When I brought my 8 month old, 5 1/2 lb Shih tzu in, I asked the girls to clip around her butt. They agreed. But when I picked her up, her tail was completely shaved! They shaved more hair than they should have! She was cut down to the skin and will take months to grow out! When people see her, they ask me what happened to her (referring to her haircut). My puppy apparantly bit the lady that gave her a cut when they got to the head. They called me to pick her up and I was reassured that it was just a part of the job. I didn't get charged for the haircut, but I DID get charged for the bath they gave her...just under $23?!!!! I pay a 12 yr old neighbor girl $5 to give her a bath every week as I am not physically able to.This business came highly recommended to me. I wouldn't even give 1 star for this review but in order to leave a review, I had to give them at LEAST that....

My husband suffered a car accident that in April. Afterwards he had complications due to numbness in his extremities (which he is still dealing with) As a result I missed the appointment and was harrassed for a cancelation fee. Later I was told said fee would be waived. Ultimately I was called a liar over a misunderstanding on the date of the accident. In a blatant cash grab the waived fee was rescinded. A fee which I might add is almost as high as what the service charge is.Not to mention the grooming offered is middling at best.I will not return to Pawfressional Grooming, nor will I recommend any of the many friends I have encouraged to help the mom n pop local business for the good of the community. I'm sure there are far more deserving and appreciative shops in the area who would enjoy the cash infusion.In closing... no business that treats its clientele so poorly deserves your or my patronage. Because Pawfressional Grooming is a name that was chosen because clearly there is nothing Professional about it

$72 for de-shed and bath on my Huskie! $72! Never again. Great friendly service. Always do a good job. But no cleaning service should ever be that high for a dog. Not convenient. Told me they went up on their prices after dog was serviced and I went to pay.

Took our Shih Tzu today for bathing & haircut. Love that there are set appointment times so he wasn’t there all day long. He came out very happy & he looked beautiful too! Highly recommend!

My pup is a return client and he seemed to like it. The groomers did as I asked. Thats refreshing from the other groomers we was going to. The ladies were so nice and that was refreshing as well. I highly recommend this place.

My Schnoodle, Jax, loves going to see the girls at Pawfessional Grooming! They do a wonderful job with him and he’s always happy when he arrives and leaves. I am always pleased with the work they do!
