ATTENTION: we have been going here for years never had a problem with anything a few days ago we bought a fruit tree & was in line the lady was ringing everything up I just happen to look at the prices on her screen & the fruit trees were $16.99 she rang it up for $17.99 I made the comment them trees are $16.99 not $17.99 she says no I'm pretty sure there $17.99 I raised the tree up with the sticker on it she changed the price. Went back a day or 2 later & got charged $4.58 too much please pay ATTENTION TO YOUR RECEIPTS

I always find pretty good deals on meats and other necessities too. Today it was Mayfield ice cream bars and beef cube steak and cowboy cut pork chops. All good items.

We were very surprised to discover the quality of meats and at very low prices. We filled the freezer with chicken , pork and beef. Found some great deals on dry goods that filled some empty shelf spots.

Very nice place to shop. Clean & convenient. Personnel is very courteous & professional. If we were meat eaters, we wouldn't hesitate to shop for it in any of the UGO stores we've been in. The stores carry a lot of good brands. PRICES ARE GREAT.

The first time I had been there in several years, I give over 5$ for a sara Lee pound cake @ Walmart, I bought the same exact thing for less than 1.50. Their meats are fresh & very reasonably priced. I will go back.

I love shopping at this United Grocery Outlet store. They have great prices and you never know what kind of great deal you are going to find. They have the best meat prices in town. The butchers are always friendly and ready to cut fresh items on request. The store is clean and the staff is courteous. I would recommend this grocery store to everyone.

They are really cleaning up the store this year and getting organized. The staff are freindly and the big guy David always goes out of his way to help you if its needed my Wife and i shop here very often probably to much lol. Proud and happy to leave this review. Darrin here telling you how it is.

So many great deals! I get sad sometimes when they run out of something I considered a jackpot find! The deals I've found have really been beyond compare, as we buy vegan food that can be quite expensive at regular retailers. UGO doesn't have everything, but I'm beyond elated with the deals I've found!

This UGO is one of the better ones.The store is always clean, their selection isn't too bad, and very few things are expired. (Beware the frozen foods, though.)The staff is pretty nice and works well with customers, but there never seem to be enough registers open.The only thing I hate about ALL UGOs is the cashiers having to type in every single price manually. I am sure they have their reasons, but it really slows everything down.

The Madisonville store seems to be the benchmark of UGO Stores in the area. The store is very clean and well lit. There are no empty shelves or gaps in displays, so it is very organized. Product availability is excellent. The produce section is well stocked and there is a lack of vegetables that look as if they are on the verge of going bad. The Butcher Shop is clean and sparkles, while the meat on display is beautiful to look at. Having bought meat at his store i can tell you it is a quality product at a fair price. Check out is conveneint and fairly fast. The employees are helpful and friendly.

I buy chicken here to make into speciality dogfood. Its fresh, and is a great price. 4 stars because I asked the butcher for beef bones, he looked at me like I had 3 heads and told me to look in a freezer. They were NOT there.

For my choice on the best meats and deals you can not beat UGO. I picked up a 5.57lb pack of chicken breast for $9.97 and the meat department cut them into stir fry and chicken tenders for me great customer service!

Great place to find deals on food if you are on a tight budget. I see alot of people talking about the Food dates on there comments let me say use your own judgment but we have eatin all kinds of stuff out of date meat cereal crackers canned food. The main thing to remember is a BEST BUY date is not the same as being Expired use common sense. And your nose usually when stuff is bad it smells bad when stuff isn't bad it smells fine and also don't forget that you can freeze most things so even if it is close to going out a date just throw it in the freezer and eat it at a later date.
