What a wonderful vacation my 2 GSD dogs have when Mom and Dad are away. We get 2 report cards everyday, with notes, pictures and videos. We are always so happy to see them having a good time outside playing. Their nail trim service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend 🐾

My almost 15yo weenie spent the week at magical mutts and based on the pics, he was living his best life! He even made a couple friends (he’s normally a grumpy old man, so this was a lovely surprise)! I enjoyed seeing his daily photos/report card uploaded to my profile and knowing he was being well cared for! Definitely recommend them for your boarding needs!

Reggie and Millie have stayed at Magical Mutts several times. The staff takes the best care of them. The most recent visit was just a little over 24 hours and I received two emails with pictures and updates on how they were doing. The employees love our fur babies like their own. As much as we miss them when we're gone, I know they're in very good hands. ❤️

We have used magical mutts so much in 2023. We left our Doberman in January for a two week board and train, Sean did a great job with him. We were out of town most of the time, Sean sent us daily updates and pictures(he’s really good at his job!). We have been leaving our dog (Bleu) with him quite often. Each time we start to take Bleu to Magical Mutts he gets so excited and can’t wait to get there. We are truly blessed to have such a great business to take care of our boy!

We left Reggie & Millie at Magical Mutts for the first time back at the end of March. It's the longest we've been away from them. You're always worried about how strangers will take care of your fur babies. Every day we were gone, I'd receive an email at the end of the day with 5-6 pictures telling me about the day they'd had and the new friends they were making with other pups. It made me and my husband very happy to know they were doing so well and being cared for the way we care for them. Having two labs I do wish the play area was a little bit larger, but we're told there are plans for expansion soon! We would definitely board our puppies at Magical Mutts again!!!

Our dog Jelly is a frequent guest at Magical Mutts Boarding! She has made friends with many of the dogs there but seems to be very fond of Ceasar...lol...ALL of the staff are great! Highly recommend this place for your dog so you can go and have fun and know they are being well taken care of!

My chocolate lab needed a place to go while I was out of town. He had the time of his life at Magical Mutts! The dogs get plenty of attention and playtime. The facility is super clean. Communication is excellent. I received daily updates along with photos of my pet. It's such a relief knowing that my beloved pet is in good hands there.

We have been taking Ruby to Magical Mutts since they opened last year. She goes to Doggie Daycare 2-3 days a week. We needed a place where Ruby could get exercise and socialization but we are very picky with who we leave her with. We really felt comfortable with Sean and Anna, and now Tonya. I can ask Ruby if she wants to go to school and see Tonya and she gets so excited and runs to her harness. Her happiness to go to Magical Mutts really eases our minds. They are also so flexible and willing to work with you if you have scheduled medical appointments. Ruby loves the ladies who take care of her and her fur friends. I highly recommend Magical Mutts.

It was my dogs’ first time being boarded at 14 and 15 years old. I was very worried but I didn’t need to be. They sent pictures and if I emailed to see how they were doing, Tonya replied promptly. She and the rest of the staff treated my girls like their own. I’m not sure they wanted to leave!

Our 9 month old chocolate lab Georgia absolutely loves it at doggie day care here. She needed the socialization with other dogs and definitely some training. Needless to say, I’m not sure who loves it more her or us! She comes home and passes out and is definitely much calmer and happier. We love the staff too. 💕

Let me start by saying that I hadn't boarded our dogs in a long time, therefore I was anxious about leaving them for 8 days and about how they would do at the kennel. I cannot say enough good things about our Magical Mutts experience. From drop off with Tonya and Sean to pick up at the end of the week we were pleasantly surprised with daily happy photos of our dogs "in action" and assurance that they were both doing great! My anxiety of leaving them is gone and I feel a whole new freedom knowing that, in our retirement, my husband and I can travel and know our precious pooches are in good hands!!

We boarded our two dogs here a total of 4 times. We had no issues the first 3 times. The most recent visit, last month, left us so disappointed and we will not be returning. I asked that my dogs be kenneled separately, but the manager thought it was okay to board them together. She said she boarded them together the last 3 times, which I did not know and wasnt charged accordingly. I received my dogs blankets back, which were not put with the right pet, and they were SATURATED in urine. After 4 washes, I ended up having to toss the blankets in the garbage. That had us feeling like our dogs laid in their own pee for 5 days. The owner could not find our dog bed and when I called the next day, the manager said our 4 year old dog chewed it up. The bed was supposed to be with our one year old, again the correct bedding wasnt given, and the manager lied to me. My dog hasnt chewed a bed in 3 years. They did not even have the bed to show evidence. Not only that, but they charge outrageous prices and have hours that dont work for the full time working person. We will not be going back to this place and honestly, who wants to board their dog in a tiny kennel with a 20 by 40 backyard to run around in. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This was the second visit.,We had a few issues the first time around but they listen to our feedback and everything was top-notch this time! Do you want someone who will love and care for your pet as you do? If so, Magical Mutts is the place for you. They quickly got to know my dog upon my first visit and his patterns such that when he started feeling ill a few visits later, they immediately knew he wasn't acting like himself. They took extra care and precaution and got him to my vet. They kept me updated every step of the way as I was several states and many hours away. With each day they supported him as he got better and kept me updated, noting his patterns of behavior and eating habits, making sure he was getting what he needed to recover.Each day they provide photos and daily activity summaries to show what all your pet did throughout the day and all the new friends they made. My dog comes home tired each time, after a day full of play and care.They truly care for every animal they watch and it provides total peace of mind to know how much they will do to make sure your pup (or cat!) have the best time they can away from home.Bonus: they are great with large dogs!

My husband & I attended a family wedding out of town. We boarded Sophie & Skye, our dogs, for the first time with Magical Mutts Boarding. The experience was great!! Sean sent daily photos of them playing! That was wonderful & unexpected!! They looked so happy there! I know they were very well taken care of! I will absolutely use Magical Mutts Boarding again! We have boarded our Lab Addie twice in the last 2 weeks. We are very happy and pleased that we have found caring people to take of of our Addie while we were away. We haven’t boarded her in quite a while and we’re worried about leaving her. After the first day we knew she was in the best hands and with the right people to meet our high standards. Everyday they sent us pictures of her playing and she always looked so happy. All my worries went away and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing she was in great hands. The kennel is very clean and very organized. They also accepted our changingSchedule without any complaints. We had to add a day to our trip when we realized we were not going to make it back on the day we told them. That meant so much to us knowing she was safe and happy. I would recommend Majical Mutts to anyone looking for a safe place with caring people to board there pet.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Magical Mutts is. Our girl, Maggie Mae, loves it as much as we do. She’s a very energetic girl and plays really hard. Thankfully there’s always a lot of other energetic dogs there for her to play with. Sean is so good to send us updates and lots of pictures so we can see how happy she is. We never worry about her when she’s at her “second home”.
