I wasn't able to shop here much, but when I was here I was surprised at how small the store was. It's not necessarily a bad thing. It makes it easier to shop around without getting lost. It's alright for a quick shop. The biggest detriment to it is that it's parking lot is awful. Which it's not fair to blame them for it. Whoever owns the plaza really needs to get those potholes fixed and repave everything.

Went there this morning and the sign says they open at 7 am. I was not the only one there. They didn’t open til 7:10 and then I went in got my stuff. When I got to the register no one was there. I waited didn’t see anyone. I told the other older guy good luck with his shopping. No one came so I left my stuff and went to another store. I will not shop there again.

Food is very good but high maintenance store expensive costly prices cost you $500 a week plus if you bought produce fruits meats eggs high dollar brands? It's expensive

The store is always clean. I can always find what l need. They were out of filtered water at Walmart. However, Ingles had plenty of filtered water in stock. The workers are always friendly and accommodating. Great store! 👍🏽

Great market. The butcher has awesome protein choices that other grocery stores even in bigger cities don't carry. Awesome staff and again the butcher is super friendly. If you don't see something you want ask. I was able to buy a whole tenderloin just asking along with letting me know when to hold out for specials happening.

This Ingles is not like the others. Raggedy and not stocked like the others. Staff is too busy having fun. Asked them girl for a lid for a container and she said ok and ran away in other direction. Never got the lid. She was at cashiers having an important convo with another staff member. I guess about shortage of lids.

Always clean. Always has the better vegetables. Kind employees. Smiles and even laughter is nice to hear. I watched cashiers see regulars and treat them like they were coming home. Heartwarming to watch.

Friendly staff and good selection for a grocery its size and age. Opened in 1982. The store has a small deli and bakery. While Ingles isn't the cheapest store to shop at I think they have better meat than most other stores.

Supposedly the bathroom was out of order. This seems to be a plumbing plague ever since COVID rared it's ugly head. Two employees were chatting back and forth over the deli counter when I asked the location, and the guy started to give me directions, when the girl popped up and said it was broken. I felt sure was not being honest and was told I could go down the plaza to subway. I was very impressed, Ingles is usually a lot better grocery.

It's older but still good. Staff was nice. However I got a pack of the premade boar's head sandwiches from the deli in the back and the meat was so close to being bad we couldn't eat them. 🤢

My husband and I were at this store today for just a couple things. The store has been reset so couldn't find the Garbanzo beans. An employee overheard me looking with my husband and turned around and asked if he could help...I wish I would have gotten his name!! He was so pleasant and got us right to the beans!! Asked if there was anything else... Cashier made a point of saying hello when we came in, genuinely. The store was stocked, clean and employees weren't shopping for online shoppers, they were actually helping us, the ones that came in to shop!! This was so refreshing. Unlike the other local option where the employees can't seem to be bothered.This was not a one time occurrence either, I have had very good customer service here

The store is vintage, older building. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The produce has a nice selection. The deli needs a bit more variety though. Meats looked good amd good variety.

Tim and Chris (the managers) are professional, personable, and always helpful. I can't say enough positive things about them. They also hire a great staff. We frequent the store multiple times a week and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for keeping the store the way it is and for always having great items in stock.

Clean camp sites friendly management but overpriced due to no shower facilities! If you like the convenience of shower and restrooms this is not for you

I called to order a sub platter from the deli Mary the associate was great very friendly gave me the information I needed asked what I preferred for bread cheese etc, I was very pleased when I picked it up it was all fresh plus you get all of your toppings. Thank you Madisonville ingles deli for a job well done.

Good grief!!!! Prices are thru the roof! We had a $50 gift card. We were just purchasing small refill items like plates, paper towels, and a small thing of dish detergent. We got about 6 items and spent the $50 PLUS $30 more! If I still had the receipt I would have posted it for proof.
