Slowest DT ever. Sole cashier was awful chatty, all thumbs with zero sense of urgency, despite lines backing up. Completely oblivious. When the manager finally came out of the office to open a new register it was basically too late. She also lacked any sense of duty and was apparently above wearing a name tag. Complete Fail.Expect to spend 30-45 minutes on what should honestly be a 15min ordeal. Thanks Madison dollar tree for wasting customers time unnecessarily.

Store manager does an amazing job at getting merchandise on the shelves. Weekends get a little messy, but that's because this store is hopping busy! I often film videos in store. The manager is always able to answer questions and direct me to new merchandise to feature. I always see the manager physically working unpacking boxes, organizing shelves and putting out merchandise every time I visit this store. You would think I would catch her slacking but nope! She's always hard at work. As a frequent customer at Dollar Tree I appreciate her hard work, knowledge and great attitude. I always have great customer service at this location!

I'm just going to be honest concerning the dollar tree in Madisonville TN. It was very unorganized, junked up and unstocked! This was very disappointing cause it was my best store of them all that I have been in! Maybe it was because of lack of employments! That's the reason that most use these days and rightfully true! But still I was very disappointed cause I have always bragged about this store! So just maybe it is a temporary issue! I'll give them the benefit of the doubt!

This place is a trash heap. Tons of trash in and around the parking lot. The bathroom for customers, (there once were two but employees decided to only have one.) Is always locked an employee told my wife today that they will not unlock them for any reason. We left approximately 50.00$ in merchandise laying. If my wife can't go to the bathroom in an emergent situation, Walmart has better quality, close in price and working facilities.I wouldn't suggest going to this Dollar Tree until they literally clean up their act.Update: prices went up. That's about all that's changed.

We ended up not buying anything. The cashier was not at the register. We waited a good 5 minutes. Then, the young lady that had been at the door talking to 2 boys, came over to check is out. We were so mad that she had stood there in sight of us for that long, that we left. I'll just wait untii get back to Cleveland, where the cashier's wear name badges, and don't stand around playing on a phone and flirting with young men while customers are 5 feet from her, waiting for a cashier.

Store was a mess, the employee's were being quite rude to several customers while I was there. Luckily, I did not have to ask them for any help. Will drive 17 miles put of my way to a different dollar tree from here on out.

I have always enjoyed shopping in a dollar tree since the stores opened up... Sad truth now is that with the increase on each item and now including $5.00 items as well... It's no longer a dollar tree... I think the name (Dollar) should be dropped now and reconsider a name change...

I love to go in this particular Dollar Tree. This store is very well maintaned,employees r very pleasant.I can spend hrs in there just looking and finding great bargains. It just something about filling a cart full and think i probably will drop 100.00 dollars and check out and total is 28.00! How cool is that???,

The woman I believed to be the manager was so rude to me. I honestly didn't understand why. I was kind to her, we were having a good day. She kept responding rudely. Maybe she didn't like that I needed extra air in a balloon... I bought 5.As we were leaving, she was standing right behind my 3 year old and I as I had a problem opening the door with a cart backwards, holding daughters hand and balloons with bags in the cart. She snickered at us, but would not help hold the door.

New Dollar Tree Plus items are great. Even at $3 and $5 the quality is good. They still have the $1 items They just added more.

10/12/21 7pm. While shopping, needed to go bathroom. Girl stocking said get key up front. The 28yr female,black hair pulled on top of head stated BR been tore up 3 days,go across street. She lied to me. Then she wants my business. Bet she felt big doing to 70 yr old lady.

For the amount of employees in this store, it shouldn't be as nasty as it is. The aisles have products in the wrong place, extremely disorganized and even on the floors. Looks like they haven't swept in months. That's one dollar tree I'll never go to again.

Very bad The cashier didn't know anything he said his job was to run the cash register. And he didn't have time to nursemaid customers. Has of today y'all will not get any more of my business. And if I can I will talk other people into not going there. I go there at least 3 times a week and spend 20 to 30 dollars each time.My money missing money may not break y'all. But it will surely be going into somebody else's cash register

LIKE ALL DOLLAR TREES. UNDER STAFF, PEOPLE WORKING THERE TAILS OFF. THEY MUST GO TO THE SAME TRAINING SCHOOL THAT DOLLAR GENERAL DOES.

I love Dollar Tree, but one day I went to the new one built in Madisonville TN and the MOD was so rude and unprofessional. She had her badge covered so I couldn't see her name,But she has red hair. When I went up to the register (where she was standing on her phone) she yells out "I'm not open" and for the guy who was open to ring us up. Anyhow after that, an elderly lady walks in and asks for a buggy to hold on to because she has trouble walking. This manager says they are all used. Another customer hears the conversation and goes outside and gets her one from the cart return. Then the MOD proceeds to go outside on break. I was so upset for that woman. I feel like something should be done about that kind of behavior towards paying customers.

I like this Dollar Tree better than the one in Maryville because the Madisonville store has better stocked shelves and a better selection of products. The staff is also polite and helpful.

Actually a decent electronics section. Iphone cases and accessories. Honestly, they have a ton of items that should cost more than a dollar. Great value!

It's a shame that everything isn't a dollar oh, some things are 3 dollars $5. But they still call it the Dollar Tree not so true

No store beats Dollar Tree during the holidays! Gift bags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, cards, etc....for a buck!The only issue I have with this particular store is the lack of cashiers. Usually takes me longer in the line than in the store shopping.

It's one of those times I wish I went behind the tree outside instead of coming inside to use the toilet... and that black dot by the toilet paper roll is a spider and it was alive! NASTY BATHROOM
