This place would be so nice if they would get an owner that would consistently keep the store hours the same. The new workers have really improved the store but what makes people not want to shop here is the fact that you never know whether or not they are open. Nothing makes me more furious than having to go 10 miles down the road to another Dollar General because the dollar general that’s .2 miles away from me isn’t open at any given time of the day. I swear that infuriates me.

I understand that businesses are struggling right now. I work in retail myself, but the employees here do not care about their job. They are very careless and simply do not want to be there. One employee is always on her phone, chatting away while customers need help. This store needs help. It’s a disaster. After a certain time EVERY DAY they close. They just do not want to work, pure laziness. No excuse for this store to be closing very early every day.

Store was closed no sign on the door , cashier came and let a customer out said we are closed. I asked why she very rudely said no workers, I said there are 2 employee cars, and I saw 2 employees. Her reply was so, I said you only have 2 every day, she replied with so. I replied with does your corporate office know? She said BYE, BYE LEAVE and started laughing. Then left with a bank bag, still no sign on the door!!! Extremely Extremely RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I work in customer service and you better believe I would write someone up quick for that kind of behavior. All she had to do was put a sign on the door and try being polite and the whole thing would have been completely different. There were numerous cars pulling in and leaving. First bad experience here but I will not return anytime soon.

The store is always clean, has a good selection of items needed when in between grocery shopping trips, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They're also honest - I was charged for 4 packs of cigarettes but only got three. After I got home I looked at my receipt and noticed the discrepancy. I called and explained the situation and the manager promptly apologized and told me to come pick up another pack. In today's world this is a rare example of ethics, honesty, and customer service.

I love this store and I appreciate those that have shown up and done the best they can to still serve the community and I know that often times staff are instructed to NOT 🚫 PUT ANY SIGNAGE from Corporate and Superiors and this may be the case. This store is a very nice and clean store and the employees here are most of the time wonderful.

Dollar General Store is a favorite place to shop. Their prices are very affordable, and they have a wide selection of products for everyday living. The sales clerks are always friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I was in process of picking out the items I wanted to purchase and asked to use the restroom, the cashier informed me that the restroom is not for public use per manager. The store manager gave the cashier no other information as to why. I put my items back and let the cashier know to tell his manager that I will not go back to this store. I have never been to a Dollar General where you can’t use the bathroom.

I have shopped at this store since the day it opened so I can honestly say that within the last 3 months or so the store has completely went down hill. It's not a clean or stocked as it once was. And they are lacking in employees which part of me does understand because of the COVID crisis we've been in for over a year but I can attest to this; during a peek COVID out break this store remained open but now over a year later they all the sudden have staffing issues??? I have personally went to the store within the last 2 weeks and the store has been closed at 8pm due to staffing??? I actually spoke with an employee who advised me they closed to give there people a "break" REALLY. The cooperate store hours are 8am-10pm so regardless the store should be staffed and open. I have been in management so if you are under staffed due to sickness, call outs or ect it's up the the store managers, district, or even the regional managers to step up and if need arises you pull people from other stores. You simply just DON'T close because your employees need a 'break". It's called life. We all need a break

I know that business are having a hard time with keeping workers and things like that but this location has been closed for the last 3 days with no sign on the door. Patrons that are turning around have rolled down their windows and told me they were closed. This location is so good for me on the way home from work and things so I don't have to go to town. Very frustrating. At least put a sign on the door that you aren't open.

When I first started going to this store it was great and always stocked well,but the last month it is not stocked and it is closed when I need it most. I am very disappointed in this store. We are out in the country and its not convenient to drive all the way into town for milk or bread. I came by around 5 yesterday and it was closed.

It has become the worst customer service..the staff a few months ago was always great and helpful. Now the staff is anything but helpful, very rude and empty boxes blow everywhere. I do not recommend stopping here.. about a mile down the road is another that actually respects its customers

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I’ve been to several DG’s in the area and they are by far, the most presentable I’ve come by. Their neat and clean store reflects also in their appearance.

Got some rafts and other stuff and I asked for 40 back and she never gave it to me I realized after I was an hour away that she never gave me my money so I went back and she was gone and there was different cashiers and I thought for sure I wasn't gonna get my money but they were nice and got me my money back so I really appreciate that cause im not from Tennessee.

The dollar General store in Louisville Tennessee is so clean you can eat off the floor. Me and my wife love at that dollar General store they have more stuff.
