READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! SO I POPPED IN THERE ON A SATURDAY IN FEBRUARY 2024 LOOKING FOR SOME PARTS FOR MY MOTORCYCLE. THAT WAS AFTER GIVING THEM A CALL AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE WAS VERY SHORT AND SAID THEY'RE CLOSING IN A FEW MINUTES. I TOLD HIM I WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND I'LL BE THERE IN 3 MINUTES ...IT WAS STILL 10 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSING TIME. SO AS SOON AS I WALK IN WITH A SMILE AND A FRIENDLY HELLO... I SAID HEY I'M THE GUY THAT CALLED 3 MINUTES AGO. AND THE MAN SAYS "WHAT DO YOU WANT" ?! I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW CURT HE WAS! SO EVERY QUESTION I ASK THEM THE ANSWER WAS NO NO NO NO NO IT FELT LIKE UTTER REJECTION WITH NO FRIENDLINESS WHATSOEVER?! I DON'T KNOW A SINGLE PERSON THERE AND IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT! I ACTUALLY CONSIDERED THE FACT THAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE... AND WAS GOING TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT UNTIL THIS HAPPENED: AS I WAS GETTING READY TO LEAVE STILL 5 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME I NOTICED A COUPLE OF PRETTY MOTORCYCLES AND HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING ONE! THERE WAS A KAWASAKI ELIMINATOR AND A KAWASAKI VULCAN. I ASKED THE MAN IF I COULD SIT ON IT AND FEEL THE WEIGHT... HE SAID "NOT THAT ONE" ! THEN HE POINTED TO ANOTHER ADVENTURE BIKE THAT I WAS NOT EVEN INTERESTED IN. THAT MADE NO SENSE TO ME... BUT HE ALLOWED ME TO SIT ON THE VULCAN. AS I WAS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MAKING THE PURCHASE THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF WHILE I WAS SITTING ON THE MOTORCYCLE! SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY FROM WHAT I GATHER IS THEY CARE MORE ABOUT QUITTING TIME THAN THEY DO A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER. I DO NOT LIKE TO LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS... BUT THIS IS THE WAY IT WAS. I READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS AND I AM TENDING TO AGREE WITH EVERY ONE OF THEM! THERE WAS NO POLITENESS OR FRIENDLINESS WHATSOEVER WITH ANYONE IN THE PLACE AND I NOTICED THREE PEOPLE ALL CUTTING THEIR EYES AT ME AS IF I WAS SOME TYPE OF AN INCONVENIENCE OR SOMETHING.JUST OVERALL RUDE AND INSULTING WHEN THEY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF. I AM SO THANKFUL IN RETROSPECT THAT THEY DID THAT BECAUSE I WAS SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING BUYING THAT MOTORCYCLE! THEIR LOSS MY BENEFIT! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN FOR ANY REASON NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID ME TO DO SO! THERE WAS NO REASON WHATSOEVER FOR THEIR RUDENESS ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY DID NOT KNOW ME AND I DO NOT KNOW THEM. TO THE MANAGEMENT...DON'T WASTE TIME WITH SOME POLITE RESPONSE BECAUSE I MEAN WHAT I SAY! THERE'S NO SECOND CHANCE FOR A FIRST IMPRESSION!

Jeremy called and harassed us for the reason of selling us a cfmoto side by side that was faulty and being hateful and borderline abusive when we agreed to have it all fixed with his wonderful staff. The staff should not be judged by his actions but be very warned that he is ruining his staffs good work and his business.

Southland was so helpful to sell me a zero turn and 3 4 wheelers. But if you are looking for customer service after the sale you better run. They will not return calls. I recommended them to numerous people including my son in law he bought a zero turn. After this they will no longer receive any recommendations from me and I will not be back. Plenty of other dealers that value customers to spend my money with.

Bought my first side by side from southland great customer service had it less than 24 hours the belt broke in the motor took it up there to find out there not going to cover it 460.00 later when I got to reading the owner manual it was supposed to be covered under the warranty. I confronted Jeremy and that's when he got ugly and hateful. Then my Steering stop took it back up there and the tech came out pulled it off took it to the back for a minute and bought it back out and said everything was fine one week later we on our way home from fishing and the steering completely stop like to have killed us. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Don’t waste your time here…. Had our four wheeler for three months, no calls for updates when I would call I was told things had been done that they were having trouble finding a few parts… come to find out I was being lied to the whole time… NOTHING was done in three months except a battery 😡

Worse service I've ever dealt with first bought and brand new go cart for my kids had issues with it from the start and ask them if we could trade it back in the same week told me no right away now they have had my brothers brand new zforce 950 since January with engine problems replace the engine and broke a brake line only return our calls twice we have been waiting 2 months for this brake line this is bad business I was delete and blocked on Facebook because of this same post beware buying anything from here

Ricky was a big help and very pleasant to work with. I was surprised when he told me the carberator and key switch I needed for a 2015 cart was in stock. This place is always packed when I go in and I know why. Great customer service and pricing. I'd rather give my money to a local company than the internet. I'll keep coming back.

We were interested in the cf400. They quoted us $4999 plus tax, free delivery. No negotiating. Listened to a 20 minute speech of him patting himself on the back as the greatest salesman ever. We went home, got online to check for other dealers and guess what we found... Website list price is $4399. I emailed for quote, they sent back same quote as instore. $600 higher than list price. I sent a screenshot and asked him to rethink his quote. I'm still waiting.

Took my mower to be repaired due to a broke drive belt. Told them that the belt only last about half a mowing season and something needed adjusted. Charged me $260. No problem, as long as it was fixed. I took it home and mowed for 30 minutes and it started eating up the drive belt again. I took it back and they said it needed new bushing and pulleys. What I thought they was repairing the first time. Because $260 is high for a drive belt. When I picked it up it still had the eat up drive belt on it and they wanted to charge me again. I highly recommend any other place than this place.
