Would give more stars if possible. Third time customer with different budgetary needs met every single time including the very best sincere advice. On top of that they have the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced for the most reasonable price. All of my appliances come from here and with a dog business I needed this reliable washer & dryer supplier desperately. They give the best customer service and updates on progress without requesting them. Another thing you should know is that the week that they moved their entire warehouse/business I was still a priority the same week for delivery so next level dedication here. I bought a washer, refrigerator, and stove from this location plus they delivered without overcharging a year ago. I had intended to write this sooner but had spine surgery. I’m returning to purchase my next appliance and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else (45 minute drive well worth it). Supporting a well run small business should make anyone want to pick them over the corporate giants.

I bought a new oven and stove top from these young men. I misunderstood the warranty they had for 30 days. That is on me, not them. I had a problem with the stove top eyes which worked perfectly the way they were supposed to. I did not know they had a safety feature on them that would not let water continue to boil. Long story short, these guys swapped out the eyes that was on the stove top for the older style that would continue to burn until you turn them off.Now it works perfectly for what I need it for. Also I tried the oven out and I cooked a pizza in it and the pizza browned perfectly all the way around. It was not brown on one side and doughy on the other.I believe everyone should shop local if you have a place that is reputable.I highly recommend this business.Really nice people.

Totally cut us off and left when he told us he couldn't deliver because his previous driver flaked on him. We had bought a refrigerator from their store in Jackson and was very pleased with their service. This guy went on about how much they would charge for delivering. My husband is disabled and there is NO way we could pick up the items we wanted. Lowes got our business for a lot less, and they deliver. We have always believed in keeping our money in our town, NOT this time!!

Matt was very knowledgeable about all the appliances they had to offer. I got a great deal on a gently used washer and dryer. They even delivered it to my house and helped me get them inside. He was prompt and attentive. The lint trap in the dryer had a tear in it, he replaced it workout me even having to ask. Saw me walk in with it and gave me a new one. Thank you so much. This place is great.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We've bought from here twice now. Anytime we need a new appliance we check here 1st. It's a bit of a drive but always worth it. The washer we bought a few days ago was faulty but I called and Chase came out the very next day and found the problem in 20 min. That very night he brought us the exact match but UPGRADED version to replace it at no extra cost. He even continued to check on us throughout the weekend to make sure everything was still going strong. I absolutely love my new washer and dryer set and I am very pleased with how they handle everything from start to finish. We will definitely be going back again. I'm thinking about a flat top stove for my kitchen. 😂

They fixed my broken dryer. Was done in the time frame they gave did not go over the estimate,then they brought it back to me .The guys are very nice and take the time to talk to you and explain what is wrong .If I could give higher than a 5 I would.

I am so so HAPPY with this place!!!!Salespeople are friendly and helpful !!! But, they don't swarm all over you when you walk in the door!!I purchased a side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water in the door!! And a brand new gas stove EXACTLY WHAT I WAS I LOOKING FOR!!! It still had the protective film over the stainless steel !!! It had a scratch on the side that's it!! The fridge has a small dent in the back BUT!!!!! EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY!!!! And I got both appliances at a GREAT price!!That fridge alone sells for approximately $2,000.00 in the store!!! I spent right around$1,200.00 for both!!!!!Washer dryer is already waiting for me!!!! Plus, they offer LAY A WAY !!!!YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH ANY APPLIANCE !!! GOOD FOLKS 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I bought a dryer 12/23 and it was delivered. I realized it had no heat only tumble and messaged. It was Christmas Eve , so understandable no prompt attention. I relayed the dryer had no heat and was running up my electric bill by constantly having to run it with tumble and no heat. When I did receive a response it wasn't an apology that I was sold a dryer with an obvious bad heating element. What I got was "it's the heat that would run up your bill since there's no heat your bill won't go up." 1. That is wrong. By constantly running an appliance in an ATTEMPT to dry clothes even a second grader would realize it WOULD run your bill up. Put that aside. The first working business day they were open I get off work early only to be told "the delivery guy is out for the day". They close at 5. I called at 4. So the next day I call at 3:40. No answer. Left a message. No response. Day 6 no running dryer (since I paid). In actuality it's week 2 no running dryer. No apology. No "what can we do to make this right?" But when I PAID I sure did go to the bank to give them cash. Bad business practices.

My experience has not been great at all. Their customer service has been awful. We bought a Samsung washer/dryer from the Lexington store about a month ago. The washer is fine so far but the dryer stopped heating up & drying the clothes shortly after we bought it. It had a 30 day warranty on it so I called & asked if someone could come fix it. I knew that on the receipt it said that we would have to bring the dryer back in order for them to fix it but due to backs not being so great in my family & work schedules it was going to be a huge inconvenience so I asked if they could arrange for someone to come get it or just fix it in my home & although seemingly put out by this the man that runs it agreed. He stated he would put my name & number down & call me back when he could get to me so having a family of 6 I asked when did he think he would get to us? I mean we paid over $300 for the dryer alone & I felt we deserved some sort of priority but clearly, they did not feel the same way. He said he would try to get to me by that Saturday but was extremely busy. Okay, I understand that so I waited. We heard nothing that Saturday or any of the following week so the next Saturday I called back only to find that the man running it was apparently not answering my phone calls anymore and his voicemail was full. I tried calling a couple of more times before I called the Huntingdon store to try and get some answers. The man running that store informed me that it was his brother that ran the Lexington store & either him or his brother would call me right back. He was going to call his brother then one of them was to call me. I heard nothing back so a few hours later I tried calling him back & got a similar story to what his brother in Lexington had given me. He’s busy but he’ll call you right back. It’s now Wednesday & that was Saturday. I’ve now hired someone else to fix my dryer which turns out is a simple fix if they would’ve just come to see or called me back & given me some sort of answer. So, now I’m having to pay for a dryer that had a warranty on it simply because this company is severely lacking in customer service. **Update: Spoke with the owner of the Jackson store and they assured me that they would send me my money back for the cost of fixing the dryer. I still have yet to see it and that was a couple of months ago. I know this family and I've got to say I was disappointed in their customer service and still am. Clearly, they were just trying to save themselves.****1/21/21-One year later and we still haven't received any money back from where we had to pay someone else to fix the dryer while it was under warranty and NOW, we just had a repairman tell us that our washer is broken and we need a new one. I'm not saying this was all their fault since apparently the brand we bought is not very good but I am saying they need to sell quality products which apparently they do not. It's ridiculous that a year later I'm now having to buy a new washer because the one I just bought a year ago can't be repaired. I will NEVER get an appliance here again.**

Bought a washer, dryer and fridge from them. We've had it less than 3 months and the washing machine has had a chronic out of balance issue. The problem was $60 suspension/dampening rods repair that took 15 minutes to fix. I honestly doubt the machine was ever repaired from the previous owner and was probably sold to us this way...luckily the other appliances work.
