Basic pet supplies with an emphasis on dogs. Average to high prices.It took me about 8 minutes to find one simple item and get checked out due to a single customer scheduling a grooming appointment, so I wouldn't go if you're in a hurry. Friendly and helpful staff.

I love this store! The staff is very knowledgeable about nutrition needs for both dogs and cats. Tina helped me pick out the perfect toy for our puppy! All of the staff are helpful and friendly. I love that they support cat adoptions and the cats are always worth a look! If you try this place you will NOT be disappointed! I agree with some reviewers that the product selection is a bit limited BUT the staff does not hesitate to make sure you can find what you want, even if they don’t have it. Go see the cats and get the best pet food advice in East Tennessee - thanks Tina!!

I take my girl Eva here for grooming because the staff is always very friendly, groomers get my dirt loving wild child looking and feeling great as well. Very clean and decent selection for most pet supplies

*If your dog has ANY matted fur they will NOT help you*After waiting a month for an appointment, I got turned away because my dog had some fur that was matted. They said I needed to call a vet to get him shaved. When I called the vet, the vet said it wasn’t necessary for me to take him to a vet to get shaved. The vet instead gave me a list of places where the employees actually know how to cut dogs fur even when it is slightly matted.

Oh, boy!??.... Idk what the notification I JUST got was about??? It asked how I liked the Pet Sense in Lenoir City, being located next to Tractor Supply in LC! FIRST... I've lived in Lenoir City for about 37yrs, and I did question the person I called at Pet Sense about the location. Only bc when I looked it up, it says it IS located next to Tractor Supply. Unless it was built over the weekend, I knew it had to be an error! I needed to make sure bc my dog had an 8am appointment for a cut, wash... the works! It was my dog's 1st time being there. I had a detailed conversation with the groomer, Elaine. My dog's almost 2 1/2 yrs old, and has severe anxiety! So much so, she's on medication! She doesn't usually need it at home. Unfortunately, if we leave home she always needs it even if I'm taking her to the park! I must admit, I was nervous about her visit and would have been even if it was her 50th visit as I don't want any additional stress on her. I also dislike her having to take meds for her problems but it a definite must!! A new groomer and place even had me anxiety for my girl! The groomers name is Elaine, and I can NOT say enough GOOD about her! She was absolutely amazing with Penelope, and even managed to ease the bit of anxiety I had for them BOTH, LOL! I had been to Pet Sense, and it was a very nice store. It too was clean from top to bottom, and had anything I could have needed or wanted for my dog! In fact, I made an appointment for my dog's next grooming 2 months later. Elaine was that fantastic!! Penelope looked great, smelled great, and didn't have ANY razor burns which was amazing in itself!! She got her summer cut. Since it's so hot this summer and my dog loves the outside regardless, I had her give her a buzz cut except for her tail, and face!! I could NOT have been any happier, and so was she bc she did NOT come home and shake and cower in the corner for 5days like she did after the last place I took her to be groomed!! ELAINE IS A GEM💯💯

Clean store. Friendly staff.AND my pup got the best nail trim, ever!!!After years, 9, of getting bad trims (which I had no idea were sub-par until yesterday. I always thought that they were left a little long, but I'm not a groomer so what do I know?) the gal at Petsense brought Lily out to me with the best trim she has ever had. For once I am truly satisfied with the way they look, and feel.I will never take her anywhere else❤

This is one of the few places that sells our hairball catfood and offers a buy 10 bags, get 1 free. And 1 year ago we bought the best cat door available. It is big enough for our fat 🐈 cats. You can have it open, lock it to prevent them from going out, coming in, or both. It is the best thing ever. We just love it 😀. They also offer pet grooming. They are very friendly and knowledgeable staff. And the store is always so clean and very neatly stocked.

It would have been 5 stars if everything wasn't so pricey!The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. However, the store location as well as being well stocked with all the essentials and return policy make pricing much more acceptable.The store is neat and clean as well as pet-friendly as long as you have a friendly pet.Give them a try and judge for yourself.

They have the basics. Selection is a bit limited, and much of what is there is the kinda pricey option. Some of the staff are very helpful, others are just kind of there. Seems like some staff member brought her kid to work one day when I was there, and she was letting her kid and a friend's kid run all over the store and bug people and their pets. The kids weren't mean or anything, but clearly didn't know boundaries well enough to be set loose in the store without supervision.

Generally a trip to the pet store is entertaining at the very least. However I made the mistake of forgetting and going to this one a 2nd time. Besides not having actual animals, the selection of items are slim to none. The stock they do have is well over priced compared to many other pet stores. I made a purchase because I needed it, but held off the other items because I would have been better off going to Walmart 🤦‍♂️. The staff was friendly and the store was clean, but fails to provide my needs at a fair price.

A very friendly store with fantastic groomers and staff. Becoming part of their punch card system (which they keep track of, so no worries about losing a physical punch card) and my overall experience has kept me coming back to this same spot every time my pup needs something.

Great today was just too nail trim but she was really good to be working by herself if they didn't have to make appts. So long I would use them more they do good on my dog I just cant get appt for like a week or too and other places are not like that

Good place for getting supplies for cats and dogs but only really good for bare essential when it comes to any other kind of pet. Like if you run out of bedding or food.

This is an extremely small store but was very clean and organized. We were greeted at the door but that was all, the associates never left the register. They just sat up there and chatted. I went to see if they sold any of the products I normally buy for my cats, fish, reptiles and small animals. But sadly they don't carry any of the top brands I buy. So I won't be shopping there. Would be a good store for emergency stops only. But the cats from the rescue group looked happy.

Only been here, however the staff were really nice n very helpful. I gota say tho, the best part 4 me was finding out they have a self service dog wash! They supply all the basic necessities u would need. The shampoo, conditioner, n towels. The best part (aside from the price) is u dont have 2 clean up ur floor. They also have 2 different tubs with 2 leashes. The only difference between the 2 is height. 1 is lower 2 the ground (large dogs) n the other is a bit higher 4 small dogs.

The pet store offers a variety of animal lovers materials. From food, treats, books and training, leashes and muzzhave such les down to convenience of grooming. The staff are very nice and friendly and are very knowledgeable about their products, animals and really listen to what you have to say. They offer great advice and the building is easy to get in and out of. Next to a grocery store so shopping center is generally busy but the pet sense store is on the end of facilities which makes it more convenient getting in and out of parking lot. They are exactly right across the street from Walmart and next to a lot of different amenities, such as, restaurants, shopping (clothing, hardware, e.t.c. ) highly recommend this store because their prices are reasonable and have a lot of different varieties for all shape and sized animals..Thank youLaTashua Ingram
