March-1-2024My husband and I enjoyed our shopping experience here. The workers were pleasant. The customers were also pleasant. We got green seedless grapes,Blueberries, cotton candy grapes, sweet peppers, apples, uncrustables, Oranges, chicken nuggets,Grilled chicken, chips, dried okra, red cream soda, breakfast croissants, waffles, juice,Milk, sour patch kids, freeze dried fruit, kid's bubble bath, bars of soap too! We also got gasoline when we were done.My husband and I both felt like we were back in Texas. Our little family of five just moved here. A couple of days ago from South Georgia. My husband and I just recently got out of the military. We needed some groceries!

It's better than Walmart, cheaper than Publix. Good selection of meats, veggies, breads, seafood, alcohol. Produce here has vastly improved since the store addition, big plus. Easy to check out with a PERSON ON A CASH REGISTER... till 8pm anyways. Still has self check out, which is, decent, I'll say, at least there's a few people on duty to correct the computers.

I attempted to go to the grocery store this evening around 8:30 p.m. but turned around and left once I saw that all of the lines were 15 to 20 people deep and only 1/3 of the self-check lanes were actually open?? This is an ongoing problem at this location so could someone please explain to me why you close the majority of the checkout lanes when there are literally hundreds of shoppers still in the store? Two employees were chatting amicably at the customer service desk and didn’t seem to care at all that the lines were winding halfway around the store and directly in front of them. This is no way to run a business and the Store Manager needs to get in touch with what is going on and make some serious changes.

The store was super busy on Sunday at noon. When I got to the checkout, I was pleased to see plenty of staff available to check people out. I didn't even have to wait, and Karla was my checkout person and was over the top helpful and pleasant.

I'm getting really tired of this store allowing non service animals inside the store. It is not acceptable to put your dog on a blanket in the grocery cart and shop. This is food for public consumption. It is not a pet store. Shoppers have no idea if a dog has a disease or fleas, but are allowed to stand near produce. Kroger, please don't allow this anymore. It's completely unacceptable.

Currently my favorite supermarket! Great variety of products. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and well presented. Deli department is excellent - very helpful and friendly employees! They rarely do no have something I'm looking for. Thank you Kroger!!!

Great selection, and the employees are helpful. It's usually a very busy place, especially in Saturday. In Lebanon, they have the freshest fruits and vegetables.

Really need another Kroger in this town this one is so crowded I can't even park most of the time. Major problem when you don't have much time. Pickup isn't always a good option for me due to quality control but when you have infant children to take care of and limited time it's a shame this town doesn't have more big name grocery stores. It's painful to shop here sometimes because of how crowded it is inside and out.

As of 3/15/22 they are still under construction. It's a quest to figure out where things are from trip to trip, but it is turning out very nice. There are actually 4 stop signs now in the intersection at the entrance of the parking lot by the gas station instead of 1 stop sign that says "4 way stop" , so that feels much safer. The parking lot looks done.

3/24/22 The growing pains of renovation was.. painful. Store almost complete now and it is something for our area to be proud of and follow suit. Pharmacy is excellent, extra self check outs are great! A Starbucks being put in to drag our area into the 21st century😁 Still waiting for the new bakery to open. In really miss their delicious donuts. Krogers is to be commend to their dedication to our community.Re-Re-reviewed, the ongoing expansion of Kroger was needed and is very exciting. With our growth we really needed this. Thank you Krogers!, ***The store is clean and well stocked. The people are helpful and the sales did not change after the pandemic craze unlike others (publix) Kroger has good sales prices and many digital coupons. Also I receive frequent mailed coupons specific to me and for free items up to $5. (Package of sausage this time).

OMG found this in the banana pudding from Lebanon TN Kroger deli. My family members who ate the pudding before seeing it are sick to their stomachs at the thought of what they just ate, Obviously a used sweaty glove that slipped off of someone's hand by the way the fingers are all pushed in. Whoever you are that did this, you deserve some punishment. No way, you didn't notice your glove slipped off I got this yesterday, 7/28/2022

Amazing experience with the bakery! We hate that we didn't get her name but this lady was amazing and so sweet! We had to get last minute cupcakes and a cake for my grandson's 6th birthday and she was on point with helping us! Great customer service!

The store is clean and convenient and the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The only issue is the deli. Took 15 min to get a pound of cheese and a pound of turkey. There are only 2 people behind the counter at 3 pm on Sunday. Solution idea; order screen near the entrance, I can place my deli order, shop, and pick up before I check out

I usually love kroger but when you do pick up they sell you old milk....and then management doesn't care.

Prices are good as you would expect, and it is reasonably clean and well stocked. However, the staff is obviously mis managed, they all look miserable and unhappy. The young staff are generally just on their phones or not paying attention, and the older staff looks to be burnt out from picking up all the slack. I generally feel bad for the employees when I shop here

Store is always clean, those who bag groceries are typically slow, and the younger generation doesn't realize you shouldn't put a bag of potatoes in the same bag as bananas. But, decent beer selection, wine aisle in full swing, and just like every other Kroger out there.

The new renovation has really increased the convenience of the store and the quality of products in it. And there is a Starbucks inside now so that is great to have on the West side of town. I ordered groceries to pick up here for the first time, and when the associate was finished and I handed a tip she declined and said she was not allowed to accept. The deliverers from my local Kroger always take my tips so I did not know they were not supposed to. I think Kroger should change this policy. I think any worker should have the right to receive a tip for whatever service they provide but especially when I have just sat in my car and watched someone load it with groceries for me, I want that person to get tipped.

I’ve been going to this store for the past 5 months and it’s honestly going down hill. The store is almost always dirty. Self checkout is not maintained to be more specific. There’s trash everywhere and spills left on the machine with no workers even remotely close by to help attend to customers and messes.I’ve also noticed a huge decline in their produce area. A lot of the produce is out of date or empty for extended periods of time. Today I saw lettuce and sour cream that was outdated.Lebanon is a nice town with a nice community, I would love for this Kroger to pick it up…. They will lose my business if it stays the way it was today. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way. I’ve always preferred Kroger over Publix, but I’ll soon be shopping at Publix if there isn’t a change.

I like Kroger for their organic frozen berries,. That said, if you buy strawberry banana frozen berries which typically go on sale from 8.49 to 6.99 or 6.49 for a 2lbs bag, your basically getting frozen bananas with a few runt sized strawberries in it. A sign of a cheap smoothie is when you can taste more banana (cheap filler) than anything else, and that's what they do with this. It should be called banana strawberry for the amount of bananas they put in it. It should also be relocated from frozen foods to the pet monkey food isle since it's mostly banana. Now for something positive, I do love the 2lbs bags of organic black cherry/black berry/blueberry and raspberry/black/blue berries.

I love the newly remodeled Kroger. You almost need a map to shop in there now. It's super big and very clean. They have everything and the prices on certain items are cheaper than other shopping centers. I can't wait to go back.Way to go Kroger!!
