They will straight go to lunch as your grabbing your trailer and get ready to check out. 3 clerks in office but 2 go to lunch at same time. And the 1 left keeps her back to you and doesnt help. SMH bad customer service. 1.30.24 @ 1930

THEY ARE NOTORIOUS FOR HAVING NOTHING GOING ON IN OFFICE, AND WILL TURN THEIR BACKS ON YOU AS YOU STAND THERE AND WAIT AT THE RECEIVING WINDOW..VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR, ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY TO TEND TO DRIVERS.Drop and hook situation is pretty efficient, just don’t take it upon yourself to go for the slam dunk and deliver it earlier than the scheduled date..Unlike other Hills Pet Nutrition facilities they will turn you away..Loves Truck stop not far down the road should you be forced to layover because you arrived too early..Overall I would give this facility 4stars, their off loaders are NOTORIOUS for trashing your trailer..You will have dog kibble, paper scraps, and cardboard pieces sprawled all about your dry van compartment.

Worst place ever, showed up for a pre-loaded trailer at 9 AM (on-time appointment) lady said that my trailer won’t be ready until 5 PM. So I took a 10 hour break at the loves truckstop up the street and came back for the load, lady was frustrated and blame the prior shift for not having the trailer loaded and told me that my load won’t be ready until next shift.

Good afternoon to any fellow truck drivers reading this. Upon reading all previous reviews it made me alittle uneasy; however, once I arrived it was relieving. Dock parking is good with enough room. The same size as any Amazon facility if you've been to one. This is a new facility in the Speedway Industrial Park and you'll be going through ALP, so do not look for Hill Pet Nutrition sign on the building because as of now there isn't one. As far as overnight parking goes at this facility they have a decent length Truck entrance with decent width so you should be able to pull your truck aside and sleep without impeding ongoing traffic. The office is on the side of the building on the outside of the black gate that leads into the docks. I would highly recommend you follow you appointment time to save your hours. The young lady working the window told me sometimes you can come early but the is no guarantee. I would say an hour early is a safe time to check in. I hope this was helpful and stress relieving. Be safe drivers.

If your a truck driver prepare to wait even if your a drop and hook. Had several drivers that work for a company that comes here a lot (Pohel) they said they hate seeing this load come up because it’s never ready and end up wasting hrs if not all day waiting. Been here for 8 hrs. The dirty blonde headed lady at the check in desk is very rude too.

Came yesterday at 6 pm for 9 am live load. First guy told to drop trailer on the side and it's gonna be loaded over night. Then i checked in again 6 am to see why trailer isn't loaded, then lady told me to drop trailer at door... now almost 9 am went to check again,there is another lady who told me i didn't know your trailer is at door....Short story... Owner operators Avoid tis place

My company is a drop & hook i,m in & out 30 minutes. I've never had a problem here treated respectful & friendly by spotters & office staff .

The worst place to look for load, I arrived at 5:00 am to load and left at 6:30 pm. Then I went into the office to ask a weight question because they overloaded me with 47,000 and an fat blonde lady told me sit down with attitude, I do not sit, after 10 minutes waiting she told me if you are not going to sit down what the hell you want. I was in shock when I heard a simple employer treating a costumer like this. I will never go back to that place

If you're dropping you can get in and out pretty quick sometimes with a live unload same thing just pray that if you're coming they're delivering a load or picking up especially delivering you have a load to pick up afterwards. Not in the best of locations and not setup properly for if trucks have to set for a long time other than that it's okay. The pictures don’t do justice anymore they have moved to a new facility out near Nashville speedway it is still fairly tight bringing in loads and looks like it’s gonna be the same way heading out but at least they’re on two different sides now.

Nice staff and New location, however little consideration was given to truck drivers. Meaning no place to park IF they have to wait for any reason outside of there control.

Came for a pickup. There is mess at the shipping office. Representatives every single hour saying wait next hours and it's over 10 hours, no ETA. Bad place, not proffecional, no commerce over here. Put it in my list " NEVER AGAIN"

How can anyone give this place a 3 or 4 star rating. You are standing at the window in the shipping office and 3 workers are talking to one another and ignoring you, yet they see you are there. Then they leave. But yet I'm still standing here.

They don't understand load weight. They want 2 scale tickets to figure out why it's wrong. If it is too heavy on the rear with tandums as far back as you can legally can go then it's still too heavy on the rear no matter where you move the tandums to. This policy they have is stupid.

Horrible tiny place. Don’t believe drop and hook if you’re not a day cab. Always 7/8 hours till load is ready and it always puts me into my 10 hour break. Doesn’t open till seven. I end up here 17/25 hours each time.

Good news guys! They are now off I-840 in Lebonon,Tn not Lavergne. yes that yard sucked! I must add that I always do a d&h there & now it's a breeze!

People are nice but I have never showed up and my load was actually ready. I have always waited 3-7 hrs for my load but have always been told by my company it would be preloaded.

Loaded in 40min. Come by appointment only. Place is tight backing in dock. There no over night parking.
