We have attempted multiple times to get propane at this location in Lawrenceburg TN. Tonight was my final straw as every time we come here the employees don’t want to fill propane and have some type of excuse. We showed up this evening at 6:38 and it was storming out. I understand they can’t fill when there is thunderstorms, that’s a safety issue… however we sat in the parking lot and wait till 30 mins after the storm passed. At 7:30 we asked for our tanks to be filled. They said they couldn’t because of storms. We let them know there has been no storms or rain for at least 30 mins and then they said we will fill tanks in 25 mins but shut the filling down at 7:55. I said okay so we will have a 5 min window to fill our tanks? At that moment the manager on duty Haley Alvarado didn’t like my question and said she has decided to shut it down for the night. There are several people in this town that have had multiple issues with the staff at this tractor supply when it comes to filling propane. I hope this issue is addressed as it’s a big problem with this location and the staff there.

Usually a pretty good selection of anything you could need for your various type of pet (dog, cat, bird, etc), farm animals (goat, pig, cow, horse, etc). Products for a garden, farm, a tool, bbq grill, country decor, clothing, snacks, toys, baby chicks and more. Can get pretty busy sometimes but staff is almost always kind, patient and helps you find just what you need. They rarely don't have what I came for. Prices are pretty comparable to Walmart and Amazon and I prefer to shop a local store when I can so I try and go there. I do admittedly get wormer and chicken and dog feed from Performance Feed store though.

I live in a near by community and depend on refilling my gas tanks there. Went there tonight and was told they were not going outside because they didn’t bring enough clothes and it was too cold 😤. FYI I called before I left home to make sure they had propane and if someone was available to fill tanks. They said there was.

There's a rotating staff of new people and the parking lot is a chaotic nightmare. They do have a wide variety of products and their Retriever dog food my dogs love. I wish the price didn't go up but it's the best brand when it comes to really hungry dogs or a large amount of dogs.

Tractor Supply used to be a great store. They have substantially lowered the quality of items in the store, completely got rid of some of the things I shopped there for, the employee turnover seems to be almost weekly with what seems to be little to no training and the parking lot is a horrible mess that causes mass havoc & confusion. UPDATE! They responded that they appreciate me shopping with them yet have done NOTHING to improve. The parking problem has been going on for a LONG time and quite obviously they don't care and have no desire to fix it. My first formal complaint about it to the corporate office was back in December of 2021. For this and many other reasons my shopping at tractor supply has ended.

Tractor Supply has always been our go-to store for our pet and farm's needs. The employees are very cordial but I need to recognize Dylan. Dylan always greets all shoppers first thing. He is always so very helpful and is an excellent employee in my opinion.

It's a pretty good store. Personnel are friendly and helpful. If they're not real busy, someone will usually offer to help without you even asking. If they are busy, and you ask for help, they'll stop what they're doing, and help you. Whatever they can't fit in the store, you can usually order it online.

I purchased online and paid with a credit card. They sent a bar code receipt to my phone. 3 hours later I went to the customer support counter showed my phone receipt and the man handed me my item. How easy that was.

Love this place! But all who work there do not know about yard products! So if you don't know what you need...they may not either...or in my case tell you wrong. However, super friendly and great stuff.

TSC is a great place for farm needs but it never fails that the Lburg store only has half of what I need. IE, 2 part sprayer connectors but they only have part A. Or sized items like lots of 1" hose in stock but NO 1" hose connectors in the bin. It happens time after time. Pulaski seems to do a much better job of keeping their inventory straight. The store expansion/restock seems to have helped but still out of stock on common parts. If you need dog or cat food it is a great place and the floor people are very nice.

Good store. Generally has whatever I'm searching for in-stock. If an item is not easily accessible, one of the staff members are usually more than happy to assist you in locating it.

I went in yesterday to pick up some nutri-drench and a syringe for my sick goat, could not find what I was looking for. Finally after 10 minutes of looking Larry asked if I needed help, I showed him a picture of what I needed, he looked with me for about 5 minutes and I finally found the nutri-drench but not the syringe, then Larry says I got to go!!! He left me there looking in the wrong spot! Please please please save yourself a trip that will definitely end in disappointment and take yourself to co op! I will never shop at this tractor supply again due to the disorganization of the store and the customer service!!

Hi my name is John Davis I call Tractor Supply in Lawrenceburg Tennessee and I asked if carried a part for a 8N Ford a rotor button and points and condenser they put me on hold for 10 minutes and a half it went to a answering machine then I called back they put me on hold again and I finally got ahold to the gentleman named Michael that is the store manager night manager told him what I needed and he waited about four minutes and then told me that they did not carry them I was on my way to Tractor Supply at the time so I continued on that way got their winning in and it was on the Shelf right there beside the night shift supervisors counter business like that would cause someone to go somewhere else I'm not a happy customer

Horrible Customer service. Went to Tractor supply in Lawrenceburg Tn for a bump head for a weedeater I purchased there sometime back. They didn't have the part and the young girl at the counter said they could order it. Fine I said. She took me to Customer service where Lynn or Leeann or who I'll refer to as Lie Ann from now on. Ordered the part Sept 25. Lie Ann said it'll take a day and She'll call when it arrives. Well sept 27 I stop by and no part, ok fine. Tue Oct 1 I stop back in no part. So I go to Columbia Tn and the manager says I can order it, I tell him what's going on and he calls Lawrenceburg. Well Friday Oct 3 I order the part on Amazon and 3 hrs later tractor supply calls. Part came in. I pick it up on Friday and Lie Ann hands me the part and turns around, No "I'm sorry" or "Thank you"or nothing . This is Customer Service at Tractor supply in Lawrenceburg Tn.

I have filled propane tanks three times in the past year at Tractor Supply each time it's been an ordeal they changed the way you have to do it every time. this last time I carried the bottles outside like I was supposed to. went inside she asked me cash or credit told her credit went back to the back he told me I could have a receipt sent to the front because I had to pick up a few things. got back up to the front she told me no I had to be out there with the bottles to have them filled so I had to go back out there and sit with them while they filled them. Each of the three times this process has been different

Good to have tractor parts and some organic pest control. Staff is not nearly as friendly or cordial as other locations, it's about the same every time I go, probably need more training.

I drive 15 miles to buy the 50 lbs bags of Pedigree dog food and a huge bag Rachael Ray cat food. They're always running out of the pedigree dog food because they are either pushing their brand of dog food or can't distinguish the difference between their brand that looks familiar to pedigree and pedigree..
