I have taken all my dogs to The Pet Palace! I can't even begin to say enough great things about Christy and her staff! Gino and Emmitt were the furbabies that mostly went until my sweet Emmitt passed! Gino loves to go! He gets so excited when we get there!! Prices are excellent!

I know Tom & Cristy very well. They're my neighbors for 10 plus years . Cristy is very kind to all animals. I think she does a very good job. I have no problem taking my animals to her and not worry about them. I like how Tiger looks and smells every time he goes. Thanks guys.

Always pleased with their service. They do a beautiful job on our boy who can be a difficult customer. Cristy has worked with our Archie to gain his trust and literally holds him like a baby to groom him. She always responds quickly to my messages and is very accommodating. The Pet Palace staff is amazing!

The groomer ignored repeated requests to trim my dog's muzzle in a certain style. I even furnished a photo of the style I wanted and I received him even worse. These people are the worst. They act like they will do what you ask and then do whatever they please. Take your animal somewhere else where you might be listened to. Pathetic.

Had my dog groomed there today... Got a little close trimming around nose. Not bleeding but red. I know dogs can move at the wrong time but a heads up on what happened. And maybe slight discount. We wouldn't be back.

Top notch groomer with friendliest home town feel. Our dogs always leave completely clean and smelling wonderful! Adorable bandanas and the cutest bows adorn every dog who leaves. Pricing is decent too!

I have taken my dog Paisley to the pet palace for her weekly baths and monthly grooming‘s for many years now. Cristy and her crew always do an excellent job. Paisley looks forward to coming in and getting pampered.They always treat her like she were there very own dog and for that I’m very appreciative.

brought our dog to them after using them for years even though they're more expensive and aren't very friendly towards people. we brought our 7 month old dog that is 20 pounds or less and she charges us 40$ right then the only took off her hair in one spot, did NOT clip her nails, and didn't even put the little bandana on her. so basically we paid for full service and she put the clippers to her in one spot and because our dog wasn't perfectly still(she does NOT bite and she's literally a puppy and not strong)she didn't even do a thing to her. but charges us full price. do not take your pets here. ever.

Isky, my 2 year old yorkie had never had his hair cut. He got his first hair cut here. The staff was friendly and all smiles. They told me ahead of time that I needed his vet check papers so I was prepared for the visit. Isky looked great with his new hair cut, he even got a new bandana. He doesn't like me taking the bandana off of him and bounces around until I put it back on him.

I have 4 shih tzu's every time they go in for a full grooming and I pick them up they are always happy and looking good my male always get a Mohawk & and the females all have bows in there hair they truly enjoy their visit to pet palace as do I cause she has the most reasonable prices of any other places I have taken them so I highly recommend the pet palace for all your grooming needs

This place is the bomb to bring your fur baby too get a bath. My baby smelled so good and I could actually tell he had a good bath and he was desheded and I can actually tell she did that. I appreciate yall so much yall are amazing. Can't wait to bring him back in.
