King and faith both smelled and looked great and they liked the groomer faith in scared of most people but for the most part she did really well they are both pitfbulls and king loved his spa day. I would recommend her she is very kind and patient.

I was taking my dog to them and they used to do a good job, but the time before last they burned her nose with the clippers. I thought I’d take her again and give them another chance, this time I went to pick her up and they burned her nose again only this time worse and they did something to her nails they were chipped and broken and my dog was limping really bad. When I got her in the car she wasn’t acting right, not like my girl. I don’t know what they did to her but the way she’s acting it seems like they beat her. I do NOT recommend going here, if you love your dog the way I love mine, you would find somewhere else to go. I will never do business with them again.

The lady working there was very kind and professional. When I got my dog back she looked better than ever they did an amazing job on trimming her up and getting her all nice and fluffy. They even put a bow in her hair ☺️. Would definitely recommend. Only payed 45$

The service is great. My dog is comfortable there. Only three stars because they refuse to buy a grinder for toenails. They cut the nails and leave the edges rough and raw.

I will never go back to this place again if you have a Papillion, make sure you specify do not cut the ears and she shaved down their nose. Why I do not know and my Yorky she did the same thing on the face and my Yorky has a tumor by her eye, and I had the hair to hide it. She cut the hair to make it more noticeable. and their haircut is real choppy. It looks like I did it at home. Not like I paid a supposedable professional very unsatisfied. Do not recommend heavenly pet grooming at all shop around 😡 I made the appointment a week ago and when I brought my dogs in on 25 October 2022 to be groomed, the woman act as if she did not even know they were on the schedule. I am so disappointed in the service. My babies got while they were there. 🤬

Took my long haired Dachshund that we recently rescued from an abusive household to have his hair cut. The staff was very understanding about his history and treated him like a king. He looks like a totally different dog now. This is a great place that does fantastic work. 5 stars all the way!

I just wasted my time and gas going to your business bc according to Google, you're open... According to the hours of operation on your door, you're open, but the sign says closed and no one is there to answer the phone. What kind of business doesn't even have voicemail set up?? Fix your hours so that this doesn't happen again.

Took my 3 month old Yorkie in for his first grooming and I am so happy. They did a wonderful job and didn't take long at all. It seems as if these girls truly enjoy the animals they work with and I will be bringing him back there from now on :)

I would give 10 stars if I could! We take our fur babies here every month and they treat them just like they are their own family! Super friendly and helpful, they always work with us on dates and times. There's been a few occasions our Boxer has been sprayed by a skunk and they have fit him in every time! Everytime our dogs come back looking to perfection and very good priced!

I don’t like to complain but last Saturday January 30,2021 I had an appointment for my grand doggie and was told to be there at 8 am. I set my alarm and had him there by 7:50. We waited until 8:40, called heavenly pet spa twice but no one answered their phone.I called them today and was told that they had something come up last Saturday (the day I had an appointment)and closed.They did not feel the need to call their customers. Not only me, but another customer was sitting there waiting also that was told to be there at 8 am.I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It won’t happen to me again. A phone call was not too much to ask.

Heidi has been grooming my two small poodles for two years. Not only does she and her staff do excellent work; they are always on schedule. If I have a particular area of concern they always take care of my request. Another important factor her facility is always CLEAN.The ONE thing I see she always loves on my babies and is happy to see them and calms them as I am leaving.Sincerely,Cupcake and Chipp’sMommy

Took my apple~head chihuahua to get her nails clipped, the lady was very nice to both me and my fur baby. It only took her a few seconds, really to clip them. And for only $5 to get my babies nails done, I'll be coming back as many times needed for my baby. Thank you for your hospitality, kindness, and help. God bless.

I’ve been a professional groomer for 15 years and usually groom my mothers dog myself when I have time. After this experience I will MAKE time. My mother brought her Yorkie to my house today after she’d gotten her Yorkie(Sam) groomed and two of his toe nails had been quicked so bad I couldn’t even see the nail! As a groomer I know that it’ll happen. However this was the worst I’ve ever seen. Blood everywhere! So bad...he’s at the vet right now. It’s customary to let the dog owner know if you’ve injured their pet or quicked a nail but “Heavenly” only took her money and moved on. Also, it wasn’t even a decent groom. He still had pin mats on his legs,tail and his hair was uneven. Horrible job! Hopefully she does the right thing and pays the vet bill!
