Walgreens LaVergneWorst Customer Service in the Back of the store in The Pharmacy Department!š¢The one male Associate on the left was not able to check me in properly even though I had made an online appointment and completed the paperwork. He stood their wasting time verifying my information he had clearly on his screen and told me that I would still need to complete paperwork.While at the same time the male Associate on the right just simply checked in those scheduled after myself. I then asked the associate on the right if what the other associate said about filling out more paperwork and he said, āYour fine just have a seat.āThere were several people in line complaining about not even being acknowledged with even a look. One woman was there for her dogās prescription that they had texted was ready and if she didnāt pick up would be put back on the shelf. I observed her waiting for over 12 minutes before anyone spoke then there was an issue.A woman with a child also complained about the fact she wasnāt acknowledged and how picking up a ready prescription took so long.What would help them back there would be to have a Pickup Line and a Shot Line. Regardless if you only have one Pharmacist that can administer shots the other associates need to step up and help so he can. And the Pharmacist Needs to look at the times scheduled and not take people out of order.I only came to this location since they offer the newest Covid Vaccine. I figured I would get my Flue and Covid together. Had an appointment at 10:15 and it was suggested to be there 15 minutes early to check in.I donāt recommend this location for their Pharmacy.The Front End Associates were working hard stocking. They were also friendly and nice!The Pharmacist came out to give the 10:30 appointments their shots! I spoke up and told him that my appointment was for 10:15 and that I have been waiting almost an hour! He said, āWell, I didnāt look at the times!ā Seriously! What! Then he disappeared and said nothing.Finally at 11:01 I received both shots. He wasnāt the regular Pharmacist apparently and not used to working in a busy store. He was also very arrogant towards woman.I took a video while getting my shots. The Pharmacist said, āDonāt take my picture!ā I said, āI would prefer not to take your picture. That I do it to promote getting Covid shots.ā He said, āWell I have never seen that before!āJust save yourself and go anywhere else for your Pharmacy needs.The entire store has a nice clean layout and I even purchased several items while I waited after my shot. The Manager and the Front Staff have created a nice store and shopping there is recommended.

The young man employed at Walgreens, I believe his name was Chris, left a lasting impression with his kindness and warm hospitality. His welcoming demeanor was evident, and he wore the biggest smile throughout the interaction. His friendliness not only enhanced the overall shopping experience but also reflected positively on the storeās customer service. Itās encounters like these that make a visit to Walgreens not just a transaction but a pleasant and memorable interaction with the staff.

AVOID THIS PLACE - The CVS down the road is a much better option.Read over the comments, and youāll see the same issue repeated constantly. That is, the pharmacy staff treats people terribly and makes it unnecessarily difficult to get your medication.They often find ways to outright refuse to fill your prescription or wonāt fill the quantity sent in by your doctor. Then, theyāll claim some excuse like limited stock which results in being overcharged for your medication. In my case, they tried to triple the cost of my medication since my plan charges the same price for 30 vs 90 day supply.All the while, they are just unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Itās like your very presence annoys them. Make no mistake, they are here to grab a paycheck and have no concern for your wellbeing.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Not only are they out of stock of just about everything you need when you call they lie to you and tell you that itās come in and it will be filled and someone will contact you to come get it. Iām made three phone calls over one prescription and sat on hold before I could even get in over 30 minutes each time. They are the most rude people Iāve ever dealt with. I will be switching my medicationās to another pharmacy.

I visited the store on Saturday, November 4, 2023 to exchange a battery. I get my receipts electronically and printed off the first two pages - I was never made aware that you had to print all five pages to get the bar code. I questioned why this was never explained and that Walgreens should make sure customer's are aware. In a very short period of time I was surrounded by another employee who accused me of "coming at the cashier" not sure what that means. I asked who she was and she stated "I'm a store employee". I said then I dont think you can help with this situation. She immediately became the irrational and antagonistic - I reminder her I was the customer and she stated verbatim, " we dont need you guys as customers". I asked for her manager. A shift supervisor appeared and already very defensive - not what I expected. I mistakenly was expecting - "how can I help you"... instead it was the most unsettling and disturbing experience. The shift supervisor - in front of other customers - yelled out "you a Jew" - you complain then I have a right to call you a "Jew" (I'm orthodox and always wear my Kippah). I was shocked - on the border of tears. I asked her to write her name down for me - she refused. She ordered me out of the store - "you stupid Jew". This is the epitome of hate and antisemtism. Who is in charge of this store and this company? This is unacceptable and a hate crime. I intend on following up but my fear is whoever hired these people perhaps fosters this behavior. Shame on Walgreens - No Jewish person will ever be safe in a place like this. I would have called the police but my first reaction was to find safety. This shift supervisor needs some serious training and reprimand. This is despicable that a piece of garbage like this would be allowed to work at any company. Let's see if Walgreens pursues a resolution. If you are Jewish - beware and reconsider who you do business with. It should not be Walgreens.

People working at the pharmacy are incompetent. I had an appointment for a single vaccine, was first in line, and still had to wait 40 minutes for someone to even hand me a vaccination consent form.

Refused service inside prior to close by associate Nicole. I was waiting to pickup a prescription in drive thru and there was a long wait so I came inside and the associate Nicole informed me thet were closed and she refusesd to allow me to pick up my prescriptions.

Iāve been visiting this location over 10 years. The last couple service is basically non existent for refilling my medication. Iām lucky if they get them done in a couple days. Every month I hate when refill time comes because I waste so much time waiting on them. Again this month. I turned in my refill yesterday and it said they would be ready today. I knew better after my past experiences. Sure enough once again the refills have been delayed. Surprise , surprise. Total joke for service.

Had just left Dentist having more than 1 tooth pulled dropped off Rx for pain & antibiotic. Pharmacist said would be 2 hrs but when explained level pain + had abscessed tooth removed he prioritized mine,was ready 45 min. Next visit not as lucky. More dental work,told would be 90-120 min. On return in much pain from more dental work she said "Oh,2 hrs not up. Reminded her she said 90-120. She said,"No, wouldn't have said that & that she has everyone wait full 2 hrs. Called next day,daytime Mgr said On duty person filling+ dispensingRx's can rush or prioritize Rx feel are more urgent. Clearly the woman Pharmacy has no compassion where as the gentleman pharmacist did. Suggest if need fast call ahead at La Vergne location to see if guy is working then or the female pharmacist is. If she is will be full 2+ hrs wait. Good Luck. At least they're open 24 hrs drive-thru.

Hi guys!My favorite pharmacy is Walgreens, where I can find everything that I need in medicines, cosmetics, perfumes, and other good items.However, this place is a little more expensive than other pharmacies but here you can buy products of quality and excellent promotions every day.Visit it soon.

One of the worst pharmacist techs, and pharmacies I've ever gone through. Was told to wait 30 minutes for my pickup, so I waited. Went back and was told they are closing for lunch. Came back and was told once more that my pickup was not ready and would be texted when ready, I was never texted. I drove back 3 separate times 40 minutes apart and they still have not properly fulfilled the prescription. Most unprofessional, excuse filled pharmacy I've been to. Awful, go elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy. Regularly lie to customers. Will say they ordered something but donāt until you show up & make a fuss. Will tell you to give them 30 minutes to get the rx ready & then be so busy taking care of customers AFTER you that after standing there over an hr later, theyāve been ātoo busyā to fill the rx. Switched most of our rx to Kroger. Atleast Kroger is honest! Unfortunately, insurance only pays Walgreens brand on some rx so weāre stuck with them for those. :(

I made an order to be delivered because Iām currently sick and donāt have the energy to go to the store. Well, about 5 minutes later, my order was cancelled. Then I made the same order for pickup to have my roommate pick up the order, and that too got cancelled. I called the store to see what the reason was and the lady that answered said she doesnāt have a reason because sheās not the one that picks the online orders. I asked to be transferred to a manager and when they tried to transfer, there was no answer. Iām not one to leave bad reviews, but all I wanted was a reason so that I could just make an order somewhere else. Instead they cancelled it twice with no explanation.

The people there have the most laid back job ever . While , in so much pain and needing my meds after a visit to the clinic . I decided to go through the drive thru waited 40mins to only find out that all 5 employees take lunch together at 1:30pm-2pm come on ........ finally after 2pm I get to the window and now I have to wait another 1hour on some simple pain meds. Then , once again I go to the drive thru again to only find out that the drive thru is currently close .... for no good reason. Making my life even harder. I don't even know why they have a drive thru in here..........

Horrible. They never answer the phone and they always mess up your prescription or donāt ever have it in stock or just give you a hard time overall. Iāve called and waited there several times, and Iāve filled the same prescription for months, but hardly had any refill without issues. Horrible staff/location.

This is the WORST pharmacy staff I have EVER had the misery of dealing with. They are judgmental, unprofessional, and unqualified. I have received 3 prescriptions with the wrong dosage amounts and frequencies. They have lied to both me and my doctor. They have filled new prescriptions from a new Dr and did not notify me or contact my Dr when 2 of the new prescriptions were unsafe to take with my other medications. Thank goodness I moved all my stuff to Kroger pharmacy when I did!!! I could have acquired a heart condition that would ultimately have killed me. WTH Walgreen's??? Terrible, terrible, terrible

Got in line for drive thru pharmacy at 7:50. Waited behind 2 cars. As I got up to the window they closed it because it was 8pm. All 4 of the women āpharmacists techsā stood at the window and watched through the little curtain they place down. Unprofessional and need to work else where if you canāt move quick enough to help every patient in line before closing.Spoke to the manager on duty and in short, she did not care. They have a stopping time at 8:00, but was okay helping the customer at 8:02? She told me I could file a complaint but itāll just come back to her and they close at 8 was all she had to say. Donāt work in healthcare if you canāt help? And get this, this isnāt the first time. I took a picture because I knew it was going to happen.I did file the complaint and customer service let me know it will go to her district manager and not her. Great work.Update: never got a callback on how they took care of this situation. Iāll be taking my business to CVS. Scared that since the pharmacist has my name, they could do something to my medication.

Iām beside myself over this store! I created and purchased online a memorial canvas photo for a dear friend who lost her beloved dog the day before. At check out online I entered my financial information along with who was picking it up. The prompts stated my card would be charged when she picked up the photo. I am notified by her that she loved the canvas photo but I never was charged. I had to ask her if she had to pay for the photo? To my dismay they had the audacity to charge her for the photo and not me! Talk about embarrassing! I ended up sending her the money for the canvas pic via PayPal to get this cleared up quickly. I did call the store and express my dissatisfaction and wanted them to credit her but in the long run and to end all this quickly as possible I took care of it all. How can this happen? Apparently someone cannot follow directions. Poor service to say the least!

apparently its ok to put someone at the pharmacy register who has no idea what they are doing. (except frustrating customers) & if you comlain about it to mgr. Nichole H., they tell you they wont sell you anything & ban you from the store.?hhmmmmm....whats wrong with this picture.?i will Never go back into that store Ever, & i will file a complaint with BBB.

Unacceptable practices! I had surgery yesterday out of State and attempted to fill my prescription pain meds for this store. Nicole (manager) refused to fill my meds because my doctor is "too far". No one called me to let me know about this status and it is now after hours. Jessica told me to do my own leg work and call my doctor. The hell??I won't go into the fact that they shut the window on us at 801 pm last night. Despite me being in line for 10 minutes.I'll just follow up with a call to the district manager, Nicole...... I'd like to know what your acceptable radius is for taking prescriptions.

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever. Itās not my fault yāall are short staffed. I hopped in the line (inside) right at 8 not realizing thatās what time they closed and the rudest tech looks me dead in my face and tells me theyāre closed. āWeāre closedā no hello maāam, sorry we closed at 8 - NONE of that! The guy in front of me says āIāve been standing hereā and the tech says āI was talking to her.ā NO professionalism/customer service skills at all! Picking up my meds tomorrow and switching back to the pharmacy I had originally in Smyrna!

My experience at this location is horrible. My daughter prescription was sent to the pharmacy from 1:15pm and at 5pm still no response after calling and been on hold for 1 hour. No one picked up the phone so I hung up my daughter's have to have her medicine. I will be changing from this location.

I have tried for 3 weeks to get my meds for diabetes with little success. First they told me my insurance wouldn't pay for meds my Dr changed me to because I have stomach problems with metformin. I called Dr and they got it approved. I went back was told ozempic was approved but the oral meds were not. That was last nite. I called Dr today they said it was approved my insurance sent an email saying it was approved. I went back today and was told there wasn't as ny other prescriptions other than the ozempic. I said I was just here last nite and it was still pending in the computer and today nothing showed up. I know my sugar is ranging f to om 430 to 500 with no meds. If something happens to my health over this I sue Walgreens.

Keep getting text messages telling me that my allergy medicine is ready to pick up. So I drive out there for them to either tell me A. they're not ready and will take a few hours, B. no pharmacist is on duty, or C. we don't have any of that medicine. Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I know they are short staffed, but I would rather be able to use drive thru (closed) and stay healthy in my car then have to go stand in the long line inside where the ill are coughing and waiting for the clinic!! Too many illnesses going around!!! Come on, we're obviously medically not 100%, and need to stay safe!!

Used to go to rite aid and had the best experiences every single time I stepped foot in their stores... they then closed and walgreens bought them out... absolutely broke my heart!!! This pharmacy is the absolute worst!!! The customer service is sad to say the least. They are rude and embarrassing to deal with... they make customers uncomfortable and they treat them as if they are beneath them. They need to learn their laws and be mindful of how they treat people... they have new people every time I go in and seems like each one is ruder and less educated on the laws then the last... get it together walgreens!!!!! Here we are 2 years later, and it's worse than before!!!! I have never encountered such rude people, who actually deal with the public! I know what it's like dealing with not only rude people, but drunk rude people, I worked for waffle house for 7 years. Yet I have never in my 32 years ever thought to treat people the way this pharmacy does!!!!

Couldn't tell you how this store is because it wasn't open during their posted business hours today. I know that I had to jump through hoops to get through their digital assistant before I could speak to someone at the store who said they weren't open yet because they had no one to work this morning, but obviously couldn't be bothered to even post something on the door, since it's just more fun to let people gather outside and not say anything to them. What a joke.

Pharmacy hours: Monday-Friday 9a-9p. Saturday 9a-6p, Sunday 10a-6p. You can purchase OTC items through the drive through but they ask that you be considerate of others (don't bring your grocery list when there are a ton of cars).On Tuesdays the store opens from 8a-9a specifically for senior shoppers. Due to nationwide shortages this location has been sold out of masks, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, and hydrogen peroxide for at least a month. This location is participating in Express Delivery. Available Monday through Friday, the pharmacy can mail prescriptions that are not controlled substances or refrigerated items to the address on a patient's profile. This service uses FedEx and is no additional charge to the patient. The pharmacy must be notified before 5pm & have payment info on patient profile to charge if copay. You can find more information on Walgreens.com, the Walgreens app, or by calling the store.If you're calling the pharmacy please be patient, they are even busier than usual and still understaffed. Everybody stay safe and try not to touch your faces.

Update: FYI I haven't been back since. Give me poor service and you don't get my money again.********3 cars in front on me at the pharmacy drive thru and no transaction. I get to window and my meds where not ready either. So once again no transaction. I will never send another prescription to walgreens after this.
