Another place that needs better management an employee. Place is always trashed can't go down isle .employee on the phone .shelve empty. They just need to close it if they can't clean them up.hire a night crew to clean an fix shelves an stock. Just ridiculous.

This store is a s*hole. Dirty and has some kind of foul odor. There is stuff everywhere that should be put in the shelves but instead is in the way of things people need. The store closes whenever it wants making it hard for people to shop there. I left my stuff wherever I could put it and went across the street to Kroger. A much better shopping experience and I do not even care that I had to pay more.

The pictures they have posted here are FAR from what the store looks like. Everything is thrown everywhere, products on the floor in all the isles, products that have yet to be put on the shelves sitting in crates, discount item isle has non discount item products stuffed on the shelf. Everything is unorganized and very poorly managed. It is embarrassing that the manager and district manager are ok and allow this store to look this way. I will say the employees have always been nice and welcoming.

Every time I come in this store the staff is super friendly! A young lady by the name of Kayla sticks out the most though. She is always bubbly with nothing but a great attitude. Every time I go up there it’s a different customer telling her how great her personality is and how her exceptional customer service is appreciated!

The only reason they got one star is because there’s no option for no stars. The store was filthy! Products were all over the floor, the shelves were not stocked, it was not clean and there were U-boats everywhere! It looks like they got about six trucks and never put the merchandise out, this is ridiculous! Dollar General, is this how you want your stores to represent you? Clean it up or shut it down!

Staff has always been helpful, especially if products haven't been priced yet. They are patient to get the pricing as well as return unwanted products for me. Refund /Exchange policy is fair. Quality of merchandise is fitting for the price margin they offer. Easy access in and out, making DG a time-saving choice for a wide variety of things, including grocery staples.

I like to run in & out while grabbing the items I need! For the most part I feel like I am saving money and getting a good deal on some things! Now, some things they sell are overpriced and cheaply made! So, you have to be careful and pick and choose the best items and prices! It is a good store to run in and grab things quickly though!

Update: still trash with the addition of a self checkout which the employees turn on rather than actually checking customers out. 3 Excellent Reasons Dollar General Puts the Cleaning Supplies and Pet food in the back of the store. 1) If you buy your cleaning supplies anywhere else - you are wasting money. Dollar General has some of the very prices on good cleaning supplies! 2) Pet food is usually heavy (Especially the BIG dog food bags.) They bring them out of a stock truck into the back of the store - and it's easier on stockers to not carry the food to the front of the store. The prices on pet food are much more reasonable than other places I shop. You can keep your BIG dogs alive and happy with cheaper dog food prices here.And the 3rd good reason: With great prices and options on cleaning supplies and Dog food - every customer has to walk through the front door and go all the way to the back of the store to get the best cleaning supply and pet food deals. They hope to catch your eyes with other good deals on your way through the store.Bonus: I like Gillette Fusion 5 Razor blades. However, I HATE the price on these blades. I think I say these blades at a better price than found anywhere else. I am still checking that out. If some people like this post I will update it and let you know if I find a better savings on Fusion 5 blades, anywhere else.

The staff there is always really friendly. The store is organized and cleaner than others I have been to. They always greet you and make small talk. One of my favorite Dollar General stores.

I used to love shopping here but now I am really disgusted with how this store is now. Not sure what the Managers are doing but it sure isn’t organizing the store. The isles are packed with merchandise,most are in the wrong spot.Please send someone from corporate to look at this store. It is a disgrace to our city. Staff is awesome...Store sucks.

Typical DolGen. Clerks were polite and store was clean within reason... Still has social distance nonsense and masks but since the Democrats THINK they've won you'll notice all of that just mysteriously going away. Social media is in bed with Communist China so any mention of such will be deleted.. So prepare yourselves for an epic meltdown of biblical proportions after it's announced that President Trump won...by a landslide. Avoid large inner cities. The "news" media and social media will be to blame and WILL be held accountable.. God be with us all.

This is the absolute worst Dollar General Ihave. ever been to. Saddest part is it's not the store nor the products they sell it is this one guy that works there is why I will drive 15 mins to a different DG or just go to Wal-Mart just so I can avoid this guy. His name I don't know but he is shorter older man going off his short almost shaved hair is gray. This man should not have a job dealing with the public. DG should consider having him take a few classes in manners and people skills.

This place use to be so nice. Now so since the remodel it has gone to pot. I could not even get down the isles due to merchandise all over floor and dollies in the way full of merchandise. I was shocked of the way it was.I will go a bit further down the road to Family Dollar if it does not change.

I have always liked going to this Dollar General, it has been around for a long time. The only thing I really dislike is that the aisles are always blocked by the restock items that haven't been restocked. However the customer service has always met expectations.

Tried to purchase cigarettes and the cashier asked for my ID which is fine, I know the law. I knew I didn't have my ID on me so I asked her if I was suppose to pass for 18. I'm 39, btw.So I went to my truck and my husband went in to purchase them. He stood behind several ppl in line as the cashier talked about me making negative comments about me.She even quit ringing ppl up to go and stare at me out of the window while my husband was standing in line.How dare she make a judgement and share it with customers who she doesn't know. That's so unprofessional.I called the store to talk to the Mgr about it. I'm assuming that the cashier is the manager ?Because at first she refused to give me her name and swore that I had the wrong store. She finally gave me the name "CJ".Then she asked me what did she do right. I said "excuse me?, you mean wrong?" and that's when she started yelling about tobacco laws.I wasn't even upset about the refusal to sell me the cigarettes. I'm upset that she was talking about me to people in line.It was really embarrassing.She also mistreated my husband before she knew that he was in fact my husband and she continued to talk negative to him about me.She slammed the cigarettes and keys on the counter and swore that I was underage. Everybody in line knew what was going on because she wouldn't stop talking about me.I don't deserve to be treated like and that awful woman should be fired.

The customer service lady will make you stand in line while having social conversations with her friends. This is the 2nd time very annoying when you're standing and listening to something not related to her job. Please fix this

Since they remodeled the Lavergne Tennessee Dollar General the Isles have gotten smaller it's hard to get a buggy cart through them and I was just there 7:15 p.m. on Friday night and the house are blocked with stock the trying to get put up not a pleasant visit
