Shocked at how good the brisket was. The whole place is like a wonderland. One can get lost in the souvenir isles. There’s food and baked goods, and coffee, and drinks and HUGE bags of ice and candy and treats and “the best jerky in the world!” Oh my.Kids love it here, and they will want things… many, many things!Accessible. Lots of parking. Super clean.

If you are going into Pigeon Forge this is a MUST stop!! Even if you just want to walk in and enjoy the experience!! We got their fudge- amazing!! The almonds DELICIOUS!!We can back on our way out of Pigeon Forge and the breakfast was delicious! We bought bacon egg and cheese biscuits, the Beast Breakfast burrito and sausage biscuit!! Delicious!! We also got a massive cinnamon roll and by far the best one I’ve had yet!!They have a jerky counter selection and a bakery! The coffee and sweet tea area is amazing as well!The bathrooms are extremely clean and the red and green lights above each stall to show which ones were available made the process so much easier!!!The traffic driving into it wasn’t bad at all and the gas pumps kept moving!!!Overall we had an AMAZING experience!! We WILL be stopping again when we visit Pigeon Forge!!

Stopped here to charge at Tesla supercharger. No wait plenty of spaces Fast charging. We had no issues getting in/out of parking lot. We were there around 4pm. Big place, very busy but we still walked through every isle. The place smells amazing. Enjoyed the pulled pork BBQ sandwich and the trio sandwich. Both were great. Don't forget to get the chocolate chunk cookie and the banana pudding dessert. Car wash w brushes. Go to the fireworks store next door too!

This place is unique in an great way! Yes, they have gas. But, I wouldn’t call it a gas station at all. This store has a bakery, fresh fudge station (our favorite was the dark chocolate caramel) , fresh made brisket/brisket burger station ( you can also order the brisket by the pound. Their brisket is good!), caramelized nuts made in house, jerky galore, a nice home goods and clothing area...lots of branded clothes and gift items. They have everything you can find at a convenience store and so much more. Staff is friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the coffee is not very good even though it’s freshly ground. They may need to rethink the coffee beans they are purchasing. That should be a high priority item for an otherwise great place like this. Restrooms are clean and very nicely maintained. We didn’t buy gas because we were so busy checking out the shop. Highly recommend the store overall. It’s a must visit.

This place is an attraction on itself! The staff is fun, and the ambiance is exciting. Every time the brisket comes out of the BBQ pit, the staff yells in excitement... so much fun to see. If it's food related & it has their logo on it, well, it taste amazing! Everything is done to perfection! The gummies are fire! the barbecue is lit! The jerky is addicting! and omg, let me l not get started with the sweets... the fudge is so darn GOOD! The warm, sweet, glazed nuts are so delightful! And their baked goods are premium! Everything in the store is so delicious, so be ready to spend money, because everything is quite expensive here. This place has everything from food to clothing and from camping gear to cooking wear... I mean EVERYTHING!

2024-Feb. This place is huge! And it is open for 24 hours.This is not your typical gas station with a convenience store!There were lots of gas pump stations outside. The store carries everything I can think of. See photos. There were also lots of parking spaces outside.Restrooms were clean when we visited.I was so impressed with the variety of stuff they sell here. This was my first time here, and I was in awe. What’s the chances of going to two Buc-ees in the same day? YES!!!!! We had to check it out again for ourselves, and this time we purchased the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and they were AMAZING! Seriously, this has to be the 9th and 10th Wonders of The World, check them out!

This place is awesome. We tried the sliced brisket sandwich, the club sandwich and the pull pork sandwich. The nuggets are a nice treat for a road trip! They seem to always be busy so plan ahead!

This place is huge and has everything that all the other Bucee's do. The merchandise is plentiful and the staff is very friendly. The brisket and chicken tenders were yummy! This is a great place to stop for gas and supplies when entering the area for vacation.

This location was my first ever Buc-ee’s experience and what an experience it was! So many gas pumps, so much beef jerky, spotless bathrooms, best price on bagged ice I’ve ever seen, brisket on the board! Seriously, you’re traveling past a bucees and don’t stop, you’re missing out.

There's a lot to process, but not sure how to put into words. The food was mostly tasty, but the chaos in there for someone out of town was a lot. While I understand the cheering while making the food fresh, it scared my kids. Employees were buzzing in and out without as much of a smile or glance. For locals it may be fine, but for out of state there was a lot of busy work going on and A LOT of loud noises. We were told it would be an amazing experience. We were disappointed

Busy place at lunch time on a Wed!Great area for dogs to be walked and plenty of food and fuel for people to purchase.If you can't walk down a somewhat steep hill, drive around to another side as there's at least 1 side of the parking lot with flat areas for those people and animals that need it.Wanted to try on an article of clothing but couldn't find an employee to unlock the single fitting room. Bummed because the item was super cute! I get that they're super busy... Just wish that if it has to be locked (& I get why it does), then maybe an employee needs to be assigned to the areas nearby it or they could put a call button/bell on it.Despite that, Buc-ees is still the best fuel, stretch, get food, walk your dog stop/combo that anyone could ask for!

On this visit we tried a couple of the breakfasttacos and beaver chips both were excellent.Also got fudge and nuggets. Gas prices are veryreasonably. With so many different things thisplace has something for everyone.

Currently the world's largest Buc'ees! This place is HUGE! Great location, right off the interstate. Amazing prepared fresh, delicious, hot food. Try the Texas Burrito. Clean restrooms and very friendly staff. Buc-ees never disappoints.

Stopped here for the first time on a trip from Pigeon Forge to back home Florida.Bathrooms were so clean. The food was great, and they had just about anything you could need.The Melt does have a bit of a kick to it and was very good. The husband had the brisket and said it was pretty good. We bought extra sandwiches 🥪 for the rest of the trip home (3 meat and pulled pork), the beaver chips, apple 🍎 pie 🥧 and some nuts 😋 because we are.

Buc-ee’s!If you have haven’t experienced Buc-ee’s, you’re missing out! With over 50 national locations in TX, AL, TN, GA, FL, KY, & SC - take a drive and go find one!I honestly have never seen so much SO MUCH store branded items in any one store before. HahaTheir food is always great - taste & pricing.And the restrooms are private rooms and super clean. One reason is there is a restroom attendant on standby keeping the massive restroom tidy and clean.Gas pumps - I’m not sure how many are at this location, but maybe 100 pumps would be my guess.This store is the chain’s largest at 74,000.It’s a really fun break from driving. One reason is the staff - they are always smiling. One reason would be the pay rates! Full-time jobs range in pay from $17 to $20 an hour and come with medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match and three weeks of paid time off.Go get you some Buc-ee’s!

As always, Buc-ee’s was crowded as expected. I was able to get a front row parking spot because we didn’t take the first left in the lot. They had their cute seasonal shirts at the front. Bathrooms were clean. I learned that they serve tea: sweet and in sweet! Yay! It is with the coffee not the fountain drinks! Overall, buc-ee’s delivered!

The place is very nice, the staff is friendly, and the bathrooms are awesome! There are plenty of stalls (with real doors, toilet sanitizer, and hand sanitizer in each one) and sinks. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The prices weren't outrageous.

A slice of Americana. My only regret is not purchasing more while I was there. Fresh food, retro sweets, sandwiches, pastries, drinks...Hard to believe that this is a petrol station. Gas station if you're a local!I bought a bag of Cherry Sours and am rationing myself to one a day as I don't know if or when I will be in a Buc-ee's again.My next trip to the USA, Buc-ees will be my first stop.

All I can say is I’m always up to stop at a Buc-ee’s when we’re on a road trip and this being the biggest one that was a no brainer 🤣 we came and the best time around midnight, got a super deal on gas and there was hardly anyone here at this time it was great! They have the cleanest bathroom hands down and so many food options you’ll be set! Definitely stop by and check it out 👍🏽

WOW. I'm impressed! It's very hard and very rare for me to give a 5-star rating (just check my reviews!) but this Buc-ee's manages to do it.With over 200 gas pumps to rely on, plus sitting on a hill with a loop foad named after it, this Buc-ee's is much more than a gas station or convenience store! And it is huge in every single way. They offer a little bit of everything you can imagine, much of which is under the Buc-ee trade name and sold under their own brand label. There is so much! Food & snack items, some hard to find - an excellent gourmet jerky bar; fresh meat sandwiches. Clothing, hats, sunglasses, blankets; souvenir item's galore, and all kinds of other delectable hard-to-find stuff sold under private and/or local labels. And all of it is clean and organized with low-to-reasonabl proce, and a staff which is friendly and ALWAYS seemed ready to help - with a smile on their faces, unlike your Walmart crews.This is a place to visit even if you DON'T want anything, it is so large and nice and well set up. I predict it will become a bit of an institution, especially given that it sits on a hill and its burgining reputation, and it's becoming a bit of a draw for tourists as well as shoppers and consumers.There is a car wash on site - it's pretty big, visually entertaining from the inside (we went thru) and does a good job. There are also EV Charging stations for those who use them (plus, it'll give you a chance to tour this wonderful store). IF you need it there are boards that advertise their jobs and what they pay. $20 an hour ain't too bad for cleaning some bathrooms, if you ask me.The gas pumps were crowded, the store real busy - but it was not a problem and there was never a wait for a helping hand or bit of assistance in finding some things. My family liked it we made a point of coming back and dropping in on our return from the mountains, again.Truly a destination and a rather unique place to visit if you're driving by, and if you need some gas, theirs was the cheapest - just plan to spend some time inside admiring this store.If you found this review helpful (or just worth the time), give it the old thumbs-up to let me know I'm on the right track on writing these things.

This was the first time we have been through a Buc-ees Car Wash and man was I impressed. For $16 you definitely get more than what you pay for compared the competition in the area.My truck came out super clean. The staff was keeping the facilities clean and the vacuums were some of the best I have experienced.Highly recommend!

Professional staff. The place is well organized and clean, including the bathrooms. Service moves fast. Not a long wait at the checkouts. Staff is also friendly and willing to assist and answer questions. Several food and drink options. Sandwiches, salads, chicken salad, fountain drinks, coffee, and tea station (iced or hot), etc.

Buc-ee’s is nice, the bathrooms are amazing of course and as a destination entertainment venue it was exactly as promised. The store reminded me of the feel of an old small down town department store. Of course very themed to match their brand.I found the food was fresh and a nice departure from standard truck stop food. That being said you are paying a premium for it and the convenience of not stopping at a full service grocery store, which has many of the same offerings as fresh as here.The merch was cute and very themed to season, that being said if you go shopping with kids you ain’t getting out cheap.

I'm so happy there is a Buc-ees close to my home finally . I'm originally from San Antonio Texas . So it's great to have real Texas brisket. Less than 20 miles away. Love the jerkey , gas prices ,clean bathrooms and so much more. And it's huge. 120 gas pumps?? Car wash ect ect. So many things to do in 1 intersection you could make a day of it.

8.27.23 My 1st time here and I don't know how to describe this place except that it's a must-visit. There are 120 gas pumps,but big rigs are not allowed. And the store itself has a little of everything from practical to random stuff. But the best of all is the food. Folks, the food is so amazing, I kid you not. I had the 3 meat sandwich and the pulled pork and brisket were melting in my mouth. The Burritto was stuffed with so much meat that I couldn't believe it. The cookies and treats etc. we're amazing. The bathrooms were spotless. Depending on when you go, there may be traffic and parking may be a little crazy. So go off peak one day. It's really quite the experience. Enjoy!
