I have to give a shout out to Donnie at Travis Marine. I recently had to sell my boat quickly due to health reasons and called Travis Marine to see if they might be interested. . Although Travis Marine didn’t deal in my type of boat ,Donnie went out of his way to arrange the sale of my boat with someone he knew that was interested. He didn’t have to do that and it shows what kind of people work at Travis Marine. It was an stress free experience and Donnie took care of everything. All I had to do was drop the boat off. If you are considering a Marina in the Knoxville Tennessee area, I don’t think you could go wrong with Travis Marine.

We have been Cobalt owners since 2000. We have purchased them all thru different dealers. We met Donnie at the Knoxville Boat show 2021. We were looking to change from a 25ft open bow to the R6 surf. Donnie assured us we would love it. We picked it up last week. We have been thrilled with the whole process. Communication was great!! He sat and talked with us on all the details. A mutual friend connected me with Donnie at Travis Marine as she knew we were looking to go up a size on a new (to us) boat and I couldn’t be more grateful. Donnie made the process completely seamless and was even able to connect us with a lending broker who got us closing documents THE SAME DAY. We test drove the boat on a Thursday and took her home on Friday. He was friendly and professional, along with everyone else at Travis Marine. I bought a 2021 22ft Premier Tritoon with a 150hp Honda outboard recently. Salesman's name was Donnie Drawdy who took excellent care of my wife and I from the onset to final delivery and test ride. We haven't purchased a boat in 10 years so we definitely did our homework when looking for a new tri-toon. Family operated and owned for 40+ years, Knoxville oldest and only true "on water" sales and service boat dealer, and the numerous positive reviews was truly an attraction. We decided that the best way to efficiently compare dealers/manufactures was to attend the 2020 Downtown Knoxville Boat Show. After 3 days of evaluation, Travis Marine/Premier boats emerged as the ONLY true option. As always, large purchases start and end with the sale representative and Donnie was exceptional. Given the current pandemic situation and manufacturing, he was extremely candid and transparent concerning the timing of our boat. We had some very small issue, which Donnie and Dave (General Manager) addressed quickly and stressed their emphasis on customer service. If you are looking for a boat and haven't considered Travis Marine, you are doing yourself an injustice.

Business must be falling off since they have to result to unethical spam mail to try and drum up business. I mean why would I need to drive 6 hours one way to buy a boat. I live on the coast, there's a boat dealer on every street corner. I refuse to do business with spammers.
