20240403 Stopped here for Moon Pies and found unique things to bring home from my trip. They have a special packaged Total Eclipse Moon Pie Survival Kits. Neat idea. This Kroger sells household goods and clothes, too. The employees are very nice. Eva helped me at self checkout.

As a business owner who relies on the availability of large quantities and bulk items, in a weekly basis, I am always delighted with the quantity and quality of the food choices at Kroger's.Not only do they stock a wide variety of items, but the customer service at this branch is absolutely impeccable. Kroger's employees are very willing to take the time to assist and help with finding the locations of products or to simply answer questions about stocked items. They also offer assistance in carrying items out to vehicles, without a moment's hesitation.I've also ordered items online on a regular basis, and arriving for pickup has never been an issue, even with very large quantities, such as our orders. Kroger's employees always load our groceries very orderly and neatly into our vehicle, and they are extremely courteous with asking whether we would prefer to have delicate items such as eggs, loaded up front. Any item that is not in stock is always replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value.Thanks Kroger's for serving our local families and businesses! We appreciate you so very much!

This is my normal go to Krogers and everything is usually just great! Unfortunately, I went through a not so great experience tonight with the gas station. So I get there at 9:52 pm exactly (I know because I got off work at 9:50 and am a server right around the corner) I start walking out as she’s locking up the snacks and she proceeds to tell me the till is already put up and she can’t accept cash, the problem is I am a server and all my money is cash. I then state that there are still 10 minutes till close so that doesn’t make sense why I can not purchase gas during business hours, she mutters a few things that I didn’t catch under her breath and I said excuse me I didn’t hear what you said and she just goes have a good night. I then ask her multiple times for her name which she blatantly ignored me. She then goes on about how she works 3 jobs and is in school and she wants to leave right at 10 so she doesn’t have time to deal with cash 5 minutes till close. I said well maybe you shouldn’t work a closing shift if you can’t work till closing time. She then says well you can’t always get what you want and I reply with maybe not but I should be able to pay for what I need during business hours. Not to mention 2 other cars pulled up and had to leave during all this because they were cash only as well. I proceeded to call the manager on duty who told me that they have had these problems with Molly before and that they will put this on record. I understand the frustration with people that come in right before close, I’m a server and people do it all the time but I still wait on them with a smile and end up staying 30 minutes after because I have to wait for them to finish their meal. I had to drive 20 minutes home on E to wait for tomorrow because I wanted to fill up using my Kroger points that I earned. Disappointed to say the least.

Huge, clean store that has nearly everything you would need. Prices are fair. Produce, bakery and deli options are fantastic. All in all a good place to shop.March 2024 UpdateI took away a star for this. Every single Kroger store has something to learn about customer service that others in this space practice:If the store is open, the customer service counter should be open. Closing it early is just dumb and a pain when someone needs to shop late AND needs customer service. Huge FAIL.

My favorite grocery store! Love Simply Organic brand for their quality and prices. Kroger is conveniently located on Kingston pike. Their cake bar is very big with lot of variety and their freshly baked Tuscan bread is just yummy. It is the best place to get birthday flowers, candles and cards too. I usually buy veggies, meat and fresh fruits here. This store is very clean and well maintained.

As soon as I walked in the front door, some man approached me and started hassling me about signing up for a Kroger credit card. I told him I wasn't interested but he kept following me around and wouldn't stop putting it in my face and talking to me about it. It was extremely annoying. I just turned around and left.

This is a very nice store we really enjoy shopping here. The problem is they run out of products all the time. Like Mayfield milk nutrish. Certain types of yogurt and bread. And we have to go outside to get a cart half the time.

It was a great store. I was amazed that Kroger had a Marketplace. I worked at this location for a while and had a great experience. The managers are very friendly. Truly good people to work for.

I love the store and I’ve come here for years. My only complaint is there needs to be more help at the deli counter. There’s always a line it takes forever to get through.

Best kroger Ive been in. They have everything. Employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great also. My Medications were transfered easy and filled fast. At a great price.

The service here is great generally. Confused as to why management would close down the entrance and have people go through the EXIT during COVID later at night. That increases chances of exposure. Rather silly as far as policies goes.

We just moved here and don’t have Kroger on the west coast but we thought we would go try it today, I am so glad we did! The lady who checked us out was so patient with me while I figured out the new (to me) WIC system. They were so kind and helpful. Great customer service.

They have a sushi person that makes sushi fresh almost every day in the mornin. The man is very sweet and respectful the woman she never speaks just head nods. Great cuts of meat. Great savings and awsome veggies

Anyone know what exactly is in the dirt that mushrooms are grown in?Hope whoever buys these sliced mushrooms doesn’t mind the “crappy” taste they add to your food. Of course Kroger just says it’s “earthy”

I can't see any reason to even leave one star. I spent 30 minutes wandering this store trying to find what I want. I've never seen a store do such a poor job of organizing their groceries. If I wanted furniture or blue jeans, no problem, those you can find. And then there's the checkout. Not one cashier! I don't use self check out. I'm not your employee, nor do I want to use these nasty checkout devices. I'm watching people sneeze all over them. Just nasty. I hate I wasted my time and left the basket of food sitting. This Kroger will never see me again!

On 08/19/2023 at about 1:30 my credit card would not work as the store was having problems with the system. The supervisor Nick did everything he could to fix the situation, including when the problem was fixed he sent an employee out to the parking lot to tell us the problem was fixed. Kroger has always been my favorite store, because of the " mom and pop" atmosphere. But because of supervision like Nick you have customers for life, I am one.Carl
