Shopping here for 23 years most of the employee changed & long time working there good once retired and some move to cedarbluff when they reopen new one. Few of them they have now makes you feel like unwanted. Very disappointing experience last night will not be using this store much for shopping.

I will no longer be shopping here. They continue to get my click list orders wrong and run behind almost every time. Last time they did not call and let me know. Charged me $67 for a chuck roast. I have been a faithful shopper at Kroger for years but I will now be shopping elsewhere.

The most worthless Kroger's ever it has been 5 weeks since the seawead paper has been restocked no variety of powder drink mix I couldn't even get a vegetable tray there this morning I will never go to that Kroger's again thank goodness there's a Publix nearby even Target is better but in fairness it is just that North shore location they need to boot the management since it's just the one location the problem has to be management

After TWENTY YEARS I FINALLY AM CUTTING TIES with pharmacy! Last week my wife was in line for twenty minutes and finally was her turn as last customer in line and they pulled the CLOSED shade down for lunch.First of all as a business they are closing at the ONLY TIME many customers can pick up their needed scrips ONLY during their lunch hour.Second, the employees are burnt out and totally indifferent to any concerns of customers due to their staffing shortages.Kroger has really gone down the drain as Publix is eating their lunch.As a loyal TWENTY YEAR Customer I can only say with regret that I’m sorry it has come to this but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. My true regret is saying GOOD BYE to the great employees who are lead by such inept management and who have lost their energy to do what it takes to satisfy customers needs!

Terrible experience! If you have a Mastercard debit card they won’t let you run it as credit, they make you use your pin! My bank specifically told me not to ever use the pin except for at the bank ATM. I don’t know what their problem is, but I will NOT be back to Kroger. When I was trying to pump gas the attendant just laughed at me and says ‘well I guess you’re going to have problems pumping gas huh?’ Kroger management needs their heads examined! Again, Kroger has lost my business and I subject others to ship elsewhere as well!

The recent decision to remove the closest parking spots and make a huge pickup area is asinine. It’s now harder to park and get into your store.

Shop here all the time but today they have a guy walking around the store soliciting you to sign up for a Kroger credit card. Nobody wants to be harassed in the middle of their shopping to sign up for a credit card!

my boyfriend tried to use the restroom at krogers on northshore drive and the single bathroom doesn’t have an occupied sign on it and when he kept trying to open it a kroger employee came out and was so rude to my boyfriend and snapped at him and told him if the door doesn’t open that means someone is in there that employee should not be snapping at customers and be so rude he should talk to customers with respect he made my boyfriend not want to go in to krogers anymore

Everything nice Habibi 💯 I’ve been going to this place for Awhile and these people have been so helpful Christina at customer service has helped me out with a money order which I appreciated and Joey has helped me at U-Scan before and Cody and Isaiah have helped me at the cashiering line. That’s a good team right there very impressed with the work. 💯

Love yourself GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Waste of time, gas. We went out of our way to this location because the locations near us can't do their jobs & are rude. Got to pickup only to be told they couldn't get my order together until tomorrow. THREE ITEMS. We cancelled. Will go anywhere else. KROGER is awful.

Half their stupid registers are self checkouts that they keep closed so the line goes out the back of the store. Most unfriendly and unhelpful grocery store in the area. I only go there because they're right next to my home.

Best quality around. If you can learn to use the app the deals get unreal. Specials that have a Q code can be scanned for more savings. You can see what's on sale and clip coupons to your phone before leaving the house.

This store is a disaster. It's like trying to maneuver through a war zone with all these displays everywhere. This store has displays with items everywhere. Almost all the aisles have displays in them making it hard to shop while maneuvering your cart. And on top of that, then you have the vendors with their cardboard boxes everywhere in the aisles. You also run into the instacart people with their carts, it's ridiculous. Also, vegetables are almost always wet and soggy. This one employee is also getting on my nerves. He is always singing and loud, it's like he has to be heard, I can hear him the next aisle over. One cashier will not scan my Kroger card, she says it's not her job and to do it myself with the scanner. It's like, it is YOUR job!!!!I'm just about done with this store after 23 years of shopping there.I've recently signed up with Walmart and started shopping at Publix.If I were the store manager I'd be embarrassed!!!

I do instacart. The employees here are always wonderful in helping me with finding items. However, I had an above and beyond experience with Lindalee, the meat clerk. She was so nice and accommodating. Lady truly encompassed perfect customer service.

I used Kim in the floral department for my wedding at the beginning of November. She was very highly recommended in a facebook group for wedding planning and I decided to go with her at this Kroger location for our bouquets and boutonnieres. I got the bride, 2 bridesmaids, a flower girl, the toss bouquet and 3 boutonniere. It was mainly sunflower for everything with a few red flower accents and it came to about $220 for all of it. I was very happy with the service I got. She called me at the beginning to confirm to order then a week before the wedding to let me know she placed the order and was beginning to make them and set up a time to come get them. Everyone loved the way they looked with our dresses and they smelled amazing, it was beautiful and I am so happy with the service we got.

Do yourself a favor and drive to the Kroger in Farragut. The pickup system here is awful. Today I was contacted saying my order was ready for pickup, waited for over 20 minutes in the parking lot, only for the employee to tell me my order isn’t ready and they don’t have an estimated pickup time. Several hours later, still no pickup time available. This is now the fourth time I’ve been told my order is ready, only to show up and be told to go back home. This Kroger is terribly managed.

Please please please (I can not stress this enough) CHECK the date on your meat you purchase here. I should have learned my lesson the first time this happened to me. The first time I had bought expired bacon and this last week I bought expired turkey hot dogs (10 days expired on the date I purchased them)I called the customer service desk to tell them I just wanted my money back and they were extremely rude as if it’s my fault they’re selling expired products.Someone could have gotten very sick from expired meats and this Kroger needs to do and be better at rotating and checking items.

it's 6:22 in the deli is closed again. Another unhappy shipt customer and less money in my pocket. Please get it together Kroger!*****I'm not going to name names, but when you put grapes on sale and there's some fine print that you have to have a coupon in the app before you check out, it would be nice if employees wouldn't roll their eyes when they have to come fix the transaction. This was at the checkout on the evening of April 14th.****Stop closing the deli early or report your accurate hours to Shipt. You are hurting shoppers ratings and tips. About half the money we make is tips and when we get bad ratings, we get offered fewer orders.

They won't hire anyone so have to wait in line forever or you have to ring up your own groceries and then bag them. Even bagging your own groceries takes a long time because you have to wait in line. I always say something to the manager that it would be nice if they would hire more employees. the employees they have are really nice and they try to get you out as fast as they can but there's just simply not enough of them for a store of that magnitude.

Placed a pick up order today and the cheese inside my snack packs were covered in mold.Edit: gave this place another few shots. But so far a pickup order placed 24hrs in advance that only housed about 30 items was delayed 2hrs.this isn't the first time. Didn't get a call or nothing just wasted my time and gas driving down to be told they don't have it ready. Offered a 5$ discount but while that may have made it worthwhile for a second trip 5yrs ago with today's gas prices ain't really worth going there,goin home, and commin back.Customer supports a joke as well the proper outlet is to use live chat or call kroger support, but live chat takes about the same amount of time as calling (30min) was much easier to just call my site directly and have them cancel that. It should be noted the other times this has happened I 1. Got a call.But more importantly to me it seems (bare in mind this is just my own speculation) theyve always broke the news to me using their challenged employees as talking heads. Which would be fine except this doesnt appear to be their normal roles. They are actively having them talk to angry customers in hopes that it diminishes the issue. It does not, and the blatant exploitation of a disability is disgusting. I'd like to say I'll never shop here again but sadly it's the only viable option where I live with what I'm paid. But If you have the choice Go with a place that respects ALL their employees not just the abled ones.

This Kroger has a reputation for selling bad produce and I have experienced it myself many, many times. They really to need monitor their supplies and take out rotting, molding and improperly stored items. Its getting ridiculous. I added a star strictly for the employees because they are friendly and always helpful.

I just want to say - not sure who's making sushi at this location, but it's been fantastic lately. Better than half the restaurants in town. I picked some up late on a Wednesday evening and it was still fresh. Please give them a raise, thanks!

The lack of intelligence the employees here have, is astounding. The employees don’t pay attention to the customer. The cashiers are too busy chit chatting with the baggers and completely ignore what the customer says. I see why people avoid this store and go to other Krogers in the area.

Kroger is my favorite grocery stores in the area. They have the best selection and quality around. This location is no different. It's clean and the people are friendly. This location isn't usually as busy as the others. It used to have a great organic section until they moved everything around and mixed it in with all of the other foods making it difficult to find the products. This used to be my favorite Kroger before they mixed everything up and got rid of the organic section.
