I would not recommend for families. I had a traumatizing experience with my young kids.The person at the front counter(older man/could have been the owner) yelled in my face that I should be a better parent after my 4 year old pulled a dog toy out of the package.Initially, I was going to buy the toy she removed from the package but because the man yelled at me and my children I walked out. He yelled “YOU’RE A THIEF!” As I was leaving. If you can’t handle being nice to customers then you shouldn’t be at the front desk.

Here visiting from Florida for 2 weeks and went there to get a coat for my shivering dog. Told the clerk we were from Fla, and she suggested a size to fit my dog and said "if it doesn't fit you can always bring it back. So when it didn't fit, I brought it back for an exchange within two hours. Well she didn't have a size that would fit, so I told her then, "it's a return", That's when she told me they don't do returns only store credits. I said she should have informed me of that when I made the purchase, so she directed me to a small sign at checkout with the bad news policy. I don't know which is worst her not informing me at the time of purchase or the owners ill-conceived policy. Either way, I won't be back and for would be purchasers: "BUYER BEWARE",

We stopped by to get a collapsible bowl for our pup on our first night of vacation. To our surprise, they had several sizes available. Although the shop was small, they seemed to have everything! The person working there was very nice.

Great little store for puppers in the city! Found some new freeze dried treats and a toy ball that dispenses kibble. Our 12 year old pup LOVES them. Also, they gave great restaurant recommendations!

We ran in here really quick looking for antlers for our dogs to chew on, specifically decent sized ones that didnt cost $50 each. To our surprise they had very decently sized ones and they were half the cost! Very happy with our purchases and the cashier was super friendly.

Took the dogs on a walk and cam across this store. This place is huge. Great staff, very friendly they loved on the puppies and the puppies loved every bit of it.

Bought a TN VOLS jersey for my dog and it was too small. They won’t do refunds, only in store exchanges. They can’t look up your purchase by credit card either. It’s 2021, not 1950 so I don’t just hold onto receipts in my scrapbook or balance my checkbook on a paper ledger. Now I’m stuck with apparel that doesn’t fit my dog. Horrible business model. Shop elsewhere.

Great! First visit today. They had EXACTLY what we wanted, when no one else did! Reasonably priced. Purchased a couple of dog treats from the checkout counter, our dogs LOVE them. Sweet staff too, not at all stuffy.

This is a great little store in Knoxville, full of everything you could possibly need for your dog (or cat). You can make yourself a bag of treats for your dog, and they offer a variety of flavors with a completely straightforward, healthy ingredients list. Everything seemed to be of high quality and safe material. The woman that was working the store today was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend stopping by (and supporting their local business!).

LOVE THIS PLACE! Jennifer was so kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Wonderful products and reasonable prices. She gave me free samples of different dog food formulas from NutriSource to see which would be the best for my Sammie. Jennifer also took the time to help me fit Sammie for the right size harness. Sammie is an American Bully so she's a strong chewer, Jennifer recommended West Paw Chew toy. I took her advice and it's the best, worth every penny! Strong, durable, family owned in the USA! and Sammie loves it! See you soon CitiFid-O(very clever name btw!)! Thank you Jennifer!

We browsed the store for a while and picked up a few items for our dog and cats. When I went up to the front to ring up my purchases I asked the cashier if they carried ruffwear dog booties. Instead of simply answering, "No", her demeanor quickly became confrontational as she went on a long rant about the potential dangers of having your dog wear any kind of foot coverings. Beyond the inaccuracies her speech included, I am deeply offended by her mannerisms and attitude. It was pretty poor costumer service and I am hestitant to return to the store (which is a shame considering that they have good prices and a wonderful selection.)

Chuddley, my pup, needed an early haircut. Unfortunately to him, it's quite frigid, now. So Google directed me to this cute, friendly, and loving shop downtown. We tried on three thermal coats, Chud-muffin was so happy with the visit, he returned affection by rubbing his head on the lady's feet; which is a flashback to his show days when he was trained to not react to hands, at all, for judging. I will be a regular from now on! Chuddley Wuddley was the one to impress, and they did...

I’ve stopped by here a couple of times when traveling through Knoxville with my pup. The prices are comparable and the folks are always nice. I would definitely recommend.

Walked in out of the rain yesterday and the human behind the counter said something, and I couldn't quite understand her, and I asked if she'd please repeat. So she spat out in the most hateful way, "IS. THERE. ANYTHING. SPECIFIC. YOU. ARE. LOOKING. FOR?!"Why? Unforgettably brash, rude, and unnecessary. This is sad to me, but it's okay, because there are other pet stores out there with people who are kind. And kindness is a big deal.
