Store was clean and well stocked. The staff that was there were very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I purchased outfits plus extras and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I like Burke's anyway but this one was especially nice.

Although the prices are great, the racks and shelves appear somewhat empty and picked over. There seems to be no effort in how merchandise is displayed or placed in the store. It is not a very aesthetically pleasing place to shop. If you can get past the initial first impression , then you will probably find something you like for a good deal.

Yes I loved it. My very first time shopping on Black Friday. The manager made it so easy for me to get what I needed. She was very friendly and helpful. I got what I needed and out the door in twenty minutes. I do plan on shopping at Burke's Outlet even more after Christmas.

I found a lot of good deals on athletic clothing and boys clothes, size 8-12. They get new stuff all the time and you can usually find some very good deals here. They carry everything from Nike, Puma, Adidas to dressy/casual clothing for the entire family. The employees are friendly and helpful too. It's located in a weird area of town, but worth stopping in to see what they have. Various sales and clearance items too. Cosmetics, etc.. very similar to T.J. Max.

One star cause I go their alot and the cashiers are always nice but this time I went their was a new cashier who was really rude to me and other people... always saying she tired of being a cashiers I just stand their awkwardly paying my stuff and left!! I will definitely go less because it's always empty when I go very limited items and sizes and that cashier made things worse

This store is awesome! I got some really good deals like I always do when shopping here, plus if you shop on Friday you get an additional percentage off of your purchase. Great customer service also. I will always recommend anyone to shop here.

I go shopping here every year at tax season and through out. It has great prices for name brand clothes. I just got Rue 21 pants for 9.99 that is a steal.

This is a discount store so it's really hit and miss. I have gone in looking for specific items in the past only to be disappointed. Yet I have gone in and found great deals on items as well.Right now I mostly shop there for clothes for my 8-year-old daughter. Although the girls section is TINY (I mean maybe 2-3 racks of clothes) she seems to always find something she likes (which is a challenge for her). We found some leggings she loved for $4 each (bought 2 pairs) and cute shirts around $7.We've never had luck finding shoes there, but I did find a pair of DeerTree slippers for my ex-fiance for Christmas that he loved. Also, although their toy section is TINY as well my son found a Star Wars trunk to store his Hot Wheels in and he just loves it.This is a store I will definitely shop in when looking for clothes for my daughter.

I think that as far as Halls go this is my #1 store to go to for clothing for myself. The prices aren't excellent (usually $10-20 for a shirt or pants), but they're better than other stores here for the quality and style.I love this store but the items in stock are hit or miss. The children's clothing and shoe sections are really small so we barely ever find anything for my kids there. But as far as women's clothing, I always find at least a few clothing items that I like. Again, the shoe department for women's is pretty limited so I haven't had any luck finding any shoes in my size (8 which is pretty popular). The lingerie section is not great, I've never found any bras in my size that I liked, but they have tons of purses that made it hard to choose just one.

Great place to shop. It's worth the long drive from West Knoxville. All the departments have good buys on quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful which is a nice incentive to make the long drive to shop here more often. 👍⭐😊

I'm from Ohio and the best comparison I can make to Burkes Outlet is it's better than Value City everybody so if you ever were around 1 definitely go inside deals everywhere I got work pants that hug me like nobody's business and look real good on to for $15 woohoo

Mediocre. Good prices but I really don't ever end up finding anything. It's like all the extra clothes and sizes that nobody wants, at least in the men's section. Customer service is also mediocre.
