We stopped in this Food City for this first time and was very impressed with not only the large size, the cleanliness and variety of everything but also the friendliness of the employees. The freshness and selection of the produce, the meats and the seafood was fantastic. The selections of baked items in the bakery were awesome. It was great! It was my first time there and the young guy who checked me out was very nice and courteous. He helped me fill out a food city card. When I was having problems with my credit card he also helped with that. His name is Gabriel. I used to be a cashier in another state and he was so helpful

Store is good, always a decent selection. Gas station needs to close down. Food City Fuel stations will never take local credit union cards making it very inconvenient. Pumps will constantly say please insert card, then you have to go wait in line for them to activate the pump. Some will turn the pump on, others will want you to guess how much you will be putting in your vehicle. If I am getting fuel, I am filling up. If you don’t want to fix the card issues, turn the pump on and let people pump. My overall recommendation, go somewhere else for fuel.

Today we went to Food City to pick up a few snacks before we head to Nasville to play ball. Out of all the unlikely places to dine, iI was very happy with the service and food we ordered here. We ordered 3 breakfasts deals for 2.99 and they came with coffee. The lady that took care of us was really sweet and nice. The plates were very presentable unlike fast food restaurants that just throw your stuff together and there you go.

Bunch of children running this store. Have witnessed children disrespecting their managers on multiple occasions. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. An absolute joke. Have 2 registers open with kids that are rude, on their phones, and when their managers say something they laugh in their faces. I wouldn't work here if they paid me $20 an hour to deal with a bunch of spoiled children all day

So tired of getting so called " fresh produce and half the bag/ bundle is rotting. I'm contacting the health depth this is ridiculous 😡😡😡. Your prices go up but the food gets worse. Straight robbed last few visits between potatoes , bags of onions, lettuce, peppers,.......

They had every single cashier checkout closed down two hours before close, if it had been 30 minutes it would be more understandable but it was 9:30pm. Only had self checkout open on the weekend before thanksgiving old people had buggies full having to scan everything themselves. So sad and honestly just ridiculous to shut everything down just to have people standing around.

I enjoy going to Food City.Establishment is clean.Plenty of parking.Good assortment of groceries and household stuff.Items are reasonably priced. Get you a Valucard and use coupons for extra savings.Pharmacy in premises.Furl services on premises.Staff is friendly and anytime i had a question of item location the walked me to the item.They were very courteous.I love that store is not humungous but it has just about everything (in groceries) that you may need.This is a customer service oriented establishment.

Better prices than Walmart for sure. I do wish they would start carrying a few products that they used to, because I hate having to go to multiple stores. Also they could definitely use more cashiers, heck have the baggers train to be cashiers I'd rather bag my own stuff or the cashier have to rake a few extra minutes to bag it instead of having a designated bagger for the 2 registers open when it could be 4. But the customer service is great, I always forget names, but at the harriman location there is a girl there mid 20s short hair, glasses she is either a lead or some kind of management she is fantastic. Most of the cashiers and workers are super friendly. Now sometimes they carry on their own convos while bagging and I have had a time or 2 where the convo wasn't appropriate for my kids to hear or could be considered disrespectful for some elders to overhear but for the most part all the kids there have been great and friendly. Oh and the older gentleman, short with a mustache &always wears a hat. Absolutely love him too, he is always so polite and kind he is great with kids especially and doesn't mind taking time out to talk to the kids. Best food city location in my opinion. Especially compared to the Kingston location (I do not recommend going to the Kingston one at all)

This Food City is our go to Grocery store! Very well stocked and well priced! The cashier's are always so friendly and nice! The bakery goods are always so fresh you can't go wrong with the bread! This location also has good gas prices.

Food City in Kingston, TN is absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service in Pharmacy and in the Store. Harriman, TN store is so much better.

Nice little store with a lot of food. If you want to get the best deals, you have to play a lot of "shopping games." For this reason we primarily shop at the other large grocery in town.

This place is pathetic you work with people who are condescending who will put you down who will treat you like a outcast. They put you in a leadership roll just to be able to treat you like garbage and won't do anything about issues they have. They have a bunch of lazy workers who won't work and get away with doing nothin. I sent an email as a complaint on the food city website and now I am being targeted in the store and nothing is getting better there company needs a wake up call there district manager needs to talk to the store managers and put them in place. Just because I complained on how they are I shouldn't have a target on my back. But I am a minister as well and will walk in faith into full time ministry. If y'all decide to do something about the issues your more then welcome to contact me.

The cashiers are always friendly and courteous and helpful when they are there Seems like they want you to use self checkout more than the cashiers The butcher and the meat compartment is quite rude seeing him sitting back there one day picking his nose will not buy meat there Internet for sure that's the older guy I observation the meat department is not the cleanest place in the store Seems to have less and less national products and more and more of their products a lot of empty Places places where the national product should be the other day Only shop there because it's the only store in town

I don't know where to start so much to say, so to make a LONGSTORY short , they DEFINITELYneed better Management in all departments and or better Employees cus when someone enters the store judgment startsThey down grade Every1 , NO customer service at all is NO GOODYou just don't treat ppl like thatSo from now onWE ARE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SHOPthat includes our CHURCH family and friends, just bad service period from EVERY1 never seen any thing like it ! Only been at this location a few times but have never been disappointed, this is the only place to find my brand of tea & the young man in the meat department was a big help in finding me tuna steaks. Very nice place overall.
