So I did not do any research on vehicles that I should have done before going to a dealership and ended up probably being considered a complicated customer but I have to give it to these guys for doing the absolute best they could and going out of their way for me to end up with a vehicle that I love. I highly suggest seeing these guys if you are looking for a vehicle even if they don't have it on the lot they will find it for you. In no special order other than who I met first, thank you so much Dylan, mark, Nick and Tyler. Thank you for everything you did during the process and after purchase while keeping a smile on your face even if you may have been gritting your teeth because I was difficult.š

We were so impressed with our salesman Ted and the Tri-Cities dealership in general that we purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee L, Summit edition, the first time we looked at one. We had already placed a $1000 deposit on a Ford Explorer with another dealership, but cancelled it on the spot. We had really wanted another Jeep, but thought the Grand Cherokee was out of our price range. However Tri-Cities gave us a far better deal than we thought possible and we couldnāt pass it up. There was a no pressure atmosphere and they even found us a better finance rate. I would recommend Tri-Cities to my family and closest friends. Remember to ask for Ted, heāll treat you right.*I added some photos to show the beauty of the Midnight Blue paint. The interior is fantastic. The leather seats are like club chairs and oak inlay is beautiful. My wife especially loves the track lighting that runs through the whole interior.

We had very good and friendly service. All of our questions were answered truthfully and honestly. Great and quick service all the way around. We went to Bristol chevy for a truck was lied to and taken advantage of. Tri city Chrysler dodge jeep ram was a great place to make a good honest deal. Would recommend anyone go there if looking for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars to them thanks a bunch.

I had a great experience at this dealership! Tj Tabor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got in my dream car. Pretty smooth transaction. Salesperson was Mark. I bought site unseen and they delivered it to me and took my trade in back. The one hiccup was that when they brought the 4Runner and I was to sign the paperwork, the interest rate that I was told was not what was on the paperwork. I did not sign it and they had to come back the following day and bring the correct paperwork. Crisis averted ! Always read your paperwork! They made it right though! I love my new to me 4Runner and feel like I got a good deal! Thanks so much!

We had a tire blow on us and had to get it fixed and quickly as weāre only in the area for a couple of days. Quick and efficient, they were able to get it replaced and balanced, and do an alignment, in less than half a day! They also had the tire I needed on site. The staff was excellent. And the icing on the cake was it cost less than I expected. If I actually lived in the area Iād be buying my next Jeep from there!

Hannah Payne totally hooked me up with a sweet Mojave Gladiator, the whole team did great..I will be sending friends and family that direction in the future..I can't give less than a 5 star for the teams service and five-star for how courteous Miss Hannah was.As far as the Mojave Jeep Gladiator is concerned,it knocks Ford, Chevy and everything else midsized especially "a Tacoma š" out of the ballpark.."Happy Trails is Throwing Rooster Tails in a Mojave" OIIIIIIIO

The people who work at this dealership are friendly and will assist you with your vehicle issues. The express lane was very useful but express was not what I call express when it takes 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. But compared to other dealerships they are the best in the tri-cities area.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. I've always dreaded the car buying process, but our salesman Dylan Orr made the process smooth and simple. Everyone there from the salesman down to the finance guy was friendly and helpful. They said they wanted to earn our business, and they worked with us and got us the price we needed to fit our budget down to the penny. This was our first time buying here, but it won't be our last. Excellent service, as soon as I pulled in the advisor was at my car to greet me. Very clean area and also the waiting room was clean and serviced you with snacks, waters and coffee. Great service with the wait for my oil change and tire rotation.

If I could give zero stars, I would a million times over. All I will say is they completed a $200 service on my vehicle without getting my prior authorization first. Then, everyone including the service manager, JOSH, lied about it stating that two people had witnessed people tell me. This was the second time this service department has been dishonest and completely terrible. I will never step foot back into that place ever again. I traded my car just so I wouldnāt have to deal with them anymore. That should tell you enough about my experience. Let me save you some time, donāt do it.

Took my 2020 Cherokee in for rough shifting which my own mechanic toldme was torque converter going out. A simple repair, also still covered under power train warranty. They were friendly at intake, and over the next 2days, all I got was CRICKETS. No calls back at any time, NO communication whatsoever. I had to call them daily and they lied about leaving me a voice mail. NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME. When I called after 2 days, they told me the tech was still diagnosing it. So apparently it takes more than 2 full days to diagnose a simple repair? And they told me it PROBABLY wouldnāt be covered by warranty. Just seemed very shady to me. Transmission is part of the powertrain, last time I checkedā¦šSo my husband went Saturday and picked up my car and now we get to take it somewhere that will actually fix it.And they refused a loaner or any sort of assistance while they had my car.These people are full of lies, and have no intention of honoring your carās warranty coverage, unless they can get you to pay for something else. RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THISDEALER.

The only complaint I have about the service department is the fact weāre unable to set up appointments.It would be way more convenient for me if I was able to set up an appointment to be there at a specific time to service my vehicle. Instead, itās first come first serve and Iām unusually left spending multiple hours there at the dealership waiting on my vehicle to be serviced.If we had the ability for appointments, I would be leaving a 5 star review as everyone working in the service department is solid.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership, and it was one of the most dishonest encounters I've ever had with a car dealership.After agreeing on an out-the-door price for a vehicle pending a satisfactory test drive and inspection, I made plans to drive the hour and a half to their dealership for the next day. I was very optimistic!However, my optimism quickly turned to frustration when I was met with pressure tactics from the salesperson. They attempted to coerce me into putting a deposit on the vehicle the day before I was to see it, which I refused. Additionally, I explicitly stated that I might consider financing with them if they could match or beat the rate offered by my credit union.During the test drive and inspection, everything seemed fine, and I was ready to proceed with the purchase. But once we entered the office, the shady tactics began. Not only were they unable to match my credit union's rate, but they then tried to convince me to finance through them at a higher rate, with the intention of refinancing through my credit union later. I presume this is because they get some sort of compensation if they get me to finance through one of their lenders.The final blow came when they revealed that the agreed-upon out-the-door price was contingent on financing with one of their lenders, and they attempted to tack on an additional $380 to the price tag to adjust for the fact that I was financing through my own lender. An out the door price is an out the door price. No contingencies were ever discussedThis bait-and-switch tactic is not only unethical but could be indicative of a dealership that lacks integrity and transparency. If they're willing to pull shady maneuvers over a mere $380 on a $50,000 truck, who knows what other tricks they have up their sleeves?I donāt know if it will do any good, but this dealership is owned (with about 50 others across the country) by a group called Victory Automotive. Iāll be reaching out to some of their higher ups to let them know how this dealership tried to do business with me in the coming days. I suspect it wonāt matter, as this type of behavior is probably encouraged because profit at all cost in this day and age.My advice to anyone considering doing business with this dealer is to steer clear. Save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with deceptive practices and find a dealership that values honesty and integrity.

They are an example of what other dealerships claim to be but always fall short. Always a bright smile and a friendly personality is what the dealership should be proud of. Considered purchasing a White Tesla Model 3 from here so I put in my email and phone number and I received a text from Bret saying itās available and asked if I wanted to come see it and I agreed. Fast forward me showing up to the dealership and the car isnāt even white itās gray and the exterior is filthy. On to the test drive and he tells me he knows nothing about Tesla or their vehicles so Iām sitting in the car googling questions I have on the infotainment system, A/C, etc. then he gets in the back seat and goes on the test drive with me which is automatically a turn off and made me anxious. Then he asked me if I liked the car and I said Iād want to know about trade in for my current vehicle before I even consider the car. We go into his office and asked me questions about my vehicle. Instead of asking my payoff he calls my credit union and asks them my payoff and the woman on the phone asks for my SSN which is CRAZY. They offered over $2000 below my payoff and Bret insults my car and then explains to me how much money Iād be saving on this car compared to my current car because of the cost to charge even though he admitted he didnāt know anything about Teslas. He ended up giving me a quote of double my monthly payment which is outrageous. I knew it wasnāt going to be what my payments are now but I did not expect it to be DOUBLE. Then Bret said I could do by weekly payments on it for 84 MONTHS. Keep in mind my credit would fit in the excellent category. I left and as I was about to pull off the lot he gives me a knock on my window offering a little discount on the monthly payment. I just laughed and said no. Then I got called about 7 times after I left and then Bret texts me saying he purchased the car flexing it to me. Honestly the worst and most pressured Iāve ever felt on a car lot in my life. I wouldnāt recommend coming here again even if you gave me a car. This probably isnāt for every sales associate but this was my experience. Iād give it 0 stars if I could.

I was way overdue for an oil change and this place said to come on, itās a first come first serve basis which should be how every dealer should be and they worked me in,(drove all the way to the place that I bought the vehicle and they told me sorry, that I didnāt have an appointment) very professional and had to reschedule to get the electrical system looked at, they looked at it the following week, got that takin care of along with them going out of their way to fix my visor which ended up needing a part ordered. I will definitely be going back there from now on and may even purchase my next vehicle from them. Talked to a few other people in the waiting area and they were all very pleased with them! Keep up the good work!

I brought the truck in for rough shifting, thinking the clutch needs to be replaced. So how is it, that upon a test drive after the clutch l, pressure plate and bearing was replaced, I then get a call about thereās no brakes. Quote on master cylinder is $800. I give the go ahead and ask for the parts to be put inside of bed. Pick up the truck, only to find a slave cylinder in the back. So what was the original problem I wonder. Two years ago, I had brought in an ā03 that sat for three months, only to find out that the part couldāve been sourced from OāReilleys. Itās taken me sometime to figure out where to go, and I can tell you, this was the last trip to this joint that Iāll ever make. Bet this gets deleted.

Sales department is great. Service department and warranty work is less then to be desired. Had an issue with stability control since it had 20000 miles. Took to the dealership 4 times within a year(last time was for 3 months) and still no fix. Had the get jeep back for trip and just figured I would just deal with the issue (did not make jeep undriveable/unsafe) untill another issue came up. Finally had to take it back in about a year or so later (mileage was now 43577) and was charged over 500$ to get the same issue fixed.

The staff was very polite, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They were also more than willing to take me back to my place of work . It is a rare thing today to see such nice people!!!
