We have reviewed this tractor supply a few times but in an update. This store is still top notch!!!! Todd is always great and helps us find exactly what we need and more at an affordable price. This location far surpasses the new location in Kingsport. This store is our go to for anything farm related on our property! Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else. This TSC will have everything you need. Thanks guys for being the best!!!!!!

This tractor supply was great. It had all kinda of stuff for just about anything you would need. Great customer service, as well as it being a small town store, it had a very homey feel.

Very good experience here. Bought something that we later found out was used after purchasing and went in asking about it. The manager was super helpful and immediately refunded some money to compensate for the product being used. Would highly recommend this tractor supply and will certainly be back! Thank you Todd!

I was amazed at how helpful the employees were. I was looking for something for my cats and two people were incredibly thorough in their search. When they didn't have what I needed, they suggested another store that I did have success at finding the item.

If you are looking for anything for an animal - farm livestock, pet or wildlife - Tractor Supply is a great place to check. We have pets and wild deer, squirrels, turkeys, raccoons and several other creatures on our property. So, I will stop at Tractor Supply Co to get mineral blocks, dried corn and whole ears of dried corn for the wildlife. I also go to get dog food, toys and treats for the pets.In addition to animal supplies they have hardware, clothing, food stuff, and an awesome garden/outdoor section.

Make sure to call to see if item is in stock.we bought a stove and it took 5 days for them to tell us it was unavailable.then canceled ordered and not even sorry about the Hassel it caused.we ended up having to pay more money for a bigger stove.plus I've been to the store twice to get a item that they say is in stock only to drive 7 miles and it not be there.very frustrating! Update your inventory!

I visited this store earlier today and ask a store employee about the price of a product and after asking her twice she finally turned around and acted like it killed her to had to stop sweeping the floor. Was determined that the first number of the price was slid about a foot to the left. But anyways I needed to know. So after that I noticed another customer ask her for assistance and she didn't act like that with her.so as I continued to shop to buy a few other items it came across the store pa system security monitor section four. The exact area I was located. So I went to the front and pointed out to the sales clerk ringing my order up and she said would you like to speakk to our manager. I replied not really that I was going to leave a negative review on line. She said that he the store manager was standing right over from meand he was and he along with another lady that works at the register was also. So we talked about it all and I left. Point trying to make here is know customer should be humiliated by simply because a store employee was to busy pushing a push broom. I have spent alot of my hard earned money at this location. But don't count on ever returning.

While back I went to buy a chain to pull a friend out of a ditch. Talking to one of the employees he showed me a tow strap with loops which would work better for what I was trying to do. I made a off hand comment I wish there was one with hooks and went off to the register. The employee jogged up to the register and told me he found a tow strap with hooks in the back room and was glad he caught me before I had left. Totally awesome customer mindset. And the tow strap has more than paid for itself since.

Great place to shop for pets! Also a great place to seek advice on small farm issues such as predators, fencing and livestock vaccinations. Joe is absolutely the best. He’s usually always there to help. The other staff is usually very helpful and friendly as well. Shop here weekly

Always love it when they put the bundles of cedar shavings on sale. I load up on them for my dog kennel. The fur babies love it and it keeps them smelling good. Plus it keeps all the fleas and ticks out of the kennel and off the fur babies. The staff there is always great which is a major plus.

Always have what I need at a fair price and always more. Enjoyed looking around at all the out door decor. They had 5 foot tall roosters. Yard art not real.😁 Can't wait till payday. Gotta have one. Lots of rustic yet classy decor. Can't get more classy than 5 foot tall roosters. 🤣

I found everything I needed quickly & without having to ask for help. Prices are a little higher than other retailers, but the convenience of only making one stop for everything makes up for the price difference. Always nice to deal with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great people here at tractor supply. Always helpful and friendly. Stock is down and they've started a remodel in the middle of the holidays. However still in good spirits and keeping up with demand. Always a good stop and a trusted source for the essentials you'll get from tractor supply.

We go to Tractor Supply for our dog & deer food but we've come to know this place as a "can find all things needed type place!"Just the other day I needed propane which normally I get at one of the big box stores but found that if you need your 20#lb tank refilled it only costs $10.00 + tax; now that's a great price!We have also found weed killer which was recommended by a local feed store at a much better price; and the service is good and you're greeted with a friendly " Hello" when you walk in the door!

Went to Kingsport on by Walmart. Spend at least 200 ever other week or more there. Usually shop rogersville location. Went there on May 16at 7:30 . Got to check out asked if they would price match with Morristown store had a better price on cracked corn for chicken there price was $17.59. Morristown was $13.49. Talked to store manager Phillip. He said he would not price match it. He and the two other store employees was very rude cashier when checking our. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAINWAS AUWFULL TREATMENT FROM ALL EMPLOYEES THERE THE NIGHT OF MAY 15 2022. AT KINGSPORT LOCATION STONE DRIVE.

Great place great environment could spend all day in there and not get bored. Great selection of welding gear and tools. Welding hoods are extremely expensive and they have a very poor selection of them. But other than that I would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and Senior employees that are educated and humble enough to point you to the correct person regarding what brought you to the store. And stores that are I'm old enough to help navigate you to another location that resolve your issue, that automatically would bring 5 Stars 2 any other locations that's why this one deserves it.

Everything was great till the guy on forklift loaded my purchase. He had the audacity to tell me he had been waiting on me forever and asked me "didn't I tell you to come around back?" Personally, I should've knocked the a**hole out but it caught me so off guard that I didn't get over the shock of it till 10 mins later!

Over all its areally nice place. We went looking for a jacket. For my grandmother. Total disappointment. They did not have a good selection of jackets. Not for children not for juniors not for women. They claimed it was because of the holiday. But they had so many mens jackets and sizes pretty good selection for men. So we had to order the jacket online from them. Good price on the jackets. Good quality, just not much of a selection for women. Otherwise pretty neat store.

Love our local Tractor Supply!! It's located next to the Walmart on West Stone Drive. We have some of the nicest people ever that work there!! They have everything you need as far as tools, farm supplies, pet supplies, and even clothing!!

They have a wide range of supplies and tools from backyard farming to industrial. Wonderful well informed staff that can answer any and all questions you may have. I've personally been going to Tractor Supply outlets from state to state all of my life. From horse care to dog food they have it all and im confident they'll have what I need next time I go. I'd recommend anyone to them with confidence and will be returning myself soon.

I purposefully keep my hands out my pockets for fear of being mistaken for a shoplifter. Do not feel welcome even when I spend $50 -$100 a visit. Guess it's the world we live in, but it doesn't have to be if businesses would learn to not harass and judge shoppers based on appearances.

Tractor supply is pretty much a necessity when you have as many animals as I do. I can normally find must anything I need for my small farm, and sometimes things I didn't know I need till I saw it. Navigating the store with a large cart weighed down with animal food can be difficult because the store is not extremely large but has a lot of options to choose from. If the store was larger, making it easier to move through I would up my rating.
