Male owner or worker was very rude on the phone. Talked down to us and then said that they could make an appointment but it wouldn't be any time soon, didn't even want to give a rough estimate of the time frame. We are going to Mountain Mutts in Bristol. They were so much nicer on the phone and have prompt appointment times.

Top Performance is where I take my Schnauzer for grooming. The lady takes extra care of Remi because she knows he has anxiety and afraid of groomers. She talks to him and helps him thru his grooming process. She has the personal touch most other groomers do not.

Everyone may think this grooming business is worth 5 stars, however you are wrong. This business does not even deserve one star. I worked there for one day and they talk behind their clients back to me. Also, they are very fake people that put on a show to lure customers in. Moreover, unless you want to be talked behind your back, I would not choose this grooming business!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable. Our one "mean" dog wa running loose behind counter, friendly as all get out. We were shocked! Beautiful grooming job!
