Our flatbread pizza sat on the counter and got cold while waiting for the rest of our order. It was tomato soup sauce and not cut all the way through. Our Sandwhiches we halved when ordered whole AND it was acknowledged the change of 2 things on my sandwhich and it was STILL MADE WRONG! We spent $80 to have cold food and wrong food. I should only have to state what I want when asked ONE TIME. Sweet tea was syrup water with a slight light light brown tint.(def not drinkable) Will NOT be going back and wasting time and money. Do better Panera! (This is a trip after they messed up an order about a month ago, decided to give one more shot and STILL messed it up in person)

Walked up to counter, a young man was behind it. I stood there, he never spoke to me. I kept standing there looking at him. Nothing, crickets. A girl walked behind the counter, looked at me, and went the opposite direction. A man who looked to be the manager walked from in front of the food counter, looked at me, and continued to somewhere else behind the scenes. Not one person acknowledged me or shouted to someone, customer! I stood there a minute or two more, and finally said to myself, screw you all and left!Store is dirty, front doors/glass look like they've not been cleaned in a few years. Feet always sticks to bathroom floor. That bathroom needs a remodel. Needless to say, I'm not high on Kingsport Panera anymore.

I'm not sure why I'm paying for a Subscription when it seems impossible to keep Diet Pepsi available at this location which is the only locationin my city..... it's especially frustrating for those who live a sugar free lifestyle and it's the only soda option available... I've mentioned it being a recurring problem to several employees over the last month...including a manage send all you get is excuses...it's definitely seems to be an issue

We ordered curbside last week. Order was ready quickly and everything was delicious. I was surprised at the size of the pizzas. Two kids could definitely share. We will definitely have the BBQ salad again!

In terms of food quality, this place is a solid 3/5, maybe more. In terms of actually giving you the food that you unambiguously ordered (since it was online and there is no room for misunderstanding what the customer wants), it is a 0/5. While I've had decent ordering experiences here before, tonight was just so egregious that I feel compelled to say something about it.I ordered a mac and cheese broccoli soup, fruit cup, small Asian sesame salad, and chocolate croissant 4 hours in advance of my pickup time. When I arrived home to devour the salad and nourish my nutritionally deficient body, I discovered on the bag (with my name on it) that the order said it had been "modified" ... beyond recognition. What I got was a broccoli and cheese soup (most forgivable--I'd count this as "modified" from the soup I ordered), two random slices of bread, a grilled cheese sandwich, a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, and an apple. All good stuff, but definitely not what I ordered and not what I wanted (and frankly, not what I needed nutritionally either).I received absolutely no indication that my order would be "modified" in this way, no indication that there were ingredient out-of-stock issues with specific items or anything, and definitely no apologies. It is almost comical.

I usually get the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich. But over the last few months it looks NOTHING like on their website. There is very little in the sandwich. It is basically just bread. I am very disappointed in the way Panera has gone downhill, especially since they are so expensive. Jersey MIke’s is much better than Panera now

I ordered an Apple Fuji Salad to go. THERE WAS NO DRESSING,no apple chips but maybe a piece of one, had to take it back IT was made sloppy,my salad was remade but hardly any chicken, which looked like lunch meat,it was just not like I have had before. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. IT WAS NOT WORTH THE 12.$$ PLUS A 2.$$ TIP,I Feel like they don't care when it's to go.If I had to go back to work, I would be eating a poorly made salad with no dressing,and wouldn't be able to return it, that's my point.I'm not sure if it was a whole salad either.

Foodwas good and wait time reasonableThe dining room was clean and thestaff friendly, but bit on the priceyside and hard to eat soup withcheap plastic spoons. They dohave a good variety of pastriesand great coffee.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian soups.

Small portions, loads of bread, and very high prices. Four pick 2 meals for my family and I was $62 and we got nothing but bread. We had been excited to come and try it but weren't as pleased as we expected to be. What food we did get was good but it was not worth $62. We had to throw away the majority of the bread because it was just way too much

I usually have really good experiences at Panera, especially since I became a sip club member. I'm on a long haul trip today and decided to go a bit out of my way (18 minutes) to get a charged lemonade for the trip. Usually, I just walk in and a walk out, no problem. But at this Panera, they have the charged lemonades behind the counter. No issue. I placed my order through the app for rapid pick-up and it said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I'm okay with waiting because things get busy.But this was absolutely ridiculous. I've been a barista in a high volume coffee shop for two years. The biggest issue I saw was that none of the staff were communicating with each other or asking each other for help, and appeared to almost be hiding in the kitchen away from the customers. I also overheard one of the employees say that several people took their break at the same time. What??? Anyone who has worked in a business like this for any period of time, KNOWS that about 9:30-10:30am is the second morning rush.One of the girls picked up all the rapid pick-up drink orders, carried them away, and then started taking orders at the counter. Who is supposed to fill those orders while she's holding them and taking orders? She didn't tell anybody that she had them. It delayed all of those orders by about 5-10 minutes, which should be their turnaround time.Nearly thirty minutes after I placed the order, I walked out. I have a certain level of grace toward customer service and food employees since I empathize, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a drink I could've easily poured myself in less than a minute, but I never got it.This location needs to do some SERIOUS retraining. Primarily on being able to communicate with each other and ask each other for help. All the employees appeared to be in their own little world and moving at a snail's pace. I was visibly frustrated and at the counter waiting (not even looking at my phone) and the employees almost purposely avoided me, when I should have been asked for help in less than three minutes.

I love Panera Bread, especially the one in JC. The Kingsport location is horrible. I don’t dare to door dash anything from them, because half the order will be missing. Not one order placed for rapid pick up is ever right. I either have to go back to get the rest of the order or check it there. Last order I checked, half the order missing. When I told the girl at the counter half the order was missing, she looked at me like she didn’t believe me. When I got home and took the order out, I got half of a sandwich instead of a whole one. I called and complained, I was not refunded and it fell on deaf ears. Obviously, I will not be back.

Ordered on line for pick up. Chicken noodle soup had about 2 noodles, 1 carrot, a couple of pieces of chicken and the rest was liquid. Looked like they had scraped the bottom of the pan. I have had this soup before and it has always been good, but not this time. Servers should be aware of the quality of the soup they are dishing up. Very disappointed with the quality this time. Spent $40.00 on this order.

Lots of problems at this panera. poor food prep, presentation seems to always be a problem.Today they ran out of butter. Ran out of tomatoes.They served my salad with avocado that they forgot to remove the peel from.They forgot my baguettes.They forgot to include utensils despite a verbal reminder.They handed me my food in a bag that was sopping wet and breaking on the bottom.

I went there today for lunch. I ordered a pizza.Pepperoni The pizza had terrible spoke something underneath the pepperoni and cheese pizza because it was not Pizza sauce It was terrible and I had to throw it in the trash. Because It was so messy it was getting all over my hands because The sauce that was on it was so runny. It was getting all over my hands. It was not like the same pizza. I had last time I was there.

Went in to grab some lunch...a girl was vacuuming the front rug, never spoke & was in the doorway nor moving out of the way of customers entering or exiting. Noone was at the front contor. The kitchen area was a mess. Food debry all over the contors & floor. I got the French Onion soup, it was luke-warm, no cheese, bowl was half empty, tasted burnt & almost black. The bread was old & hard. Do not recommend.

Don't come here at lunch time unless you have nowhere else to be.I worked at penera when I was 15 and it sure seems like its changed.I've watched 5 people who came in after me get food. I ask them what is going on and they tell me I'm third on the list.Not sure what's going on with the ticketing system but when I worked at penara the manage would have seen to these issues immediately. When. You have 15 people standing at the pickup getting angry because it's been so long, there is an issue that needs to addressed.There's an awful lot of employees in here for such a backup to occur. This is what happens when management hires people instead of controlling how the current employees use their time.When the food finally came out 40 minutes later it was delicious as always. The problem is that Panera is a place that you are supposed to grab a quick but good bite.

Could do better. Ordered through the app, first instance forgot soup for a bread bowl, second provided thousand island dressing instead of cesar for a Cesar salad. Only way to "fix" is for me to go to the restaurant....I order online with delivery for a reason. Check, check again, and check a 3rd time for delivery orders! Especially seeing as an order for 2 people hits the $50 mark! Y'all aren't cheap, correct orders would be nice for 4 items!
