I wandered in with an idea for my baby's first birthday and no idea how to pull it off. Jacob showed such dedication and kindness! I've never seen such dedication to helping another in retail. He spent forever helping this exhausted mom find exactly what I needed. Color matching, coordinating, the effort was so incredible it meant everything to me. Ireally felt like we were in this together. I will never forget the time and energy he took to help me get this just right. What an incredible young man.

Clean and nice store. Seems like there is never anyone in the line, so quick in and quick out.My wife likes this place for all the hobbies she has, and it's a cool place to walk around for the seasonal stuff.

I had a pick up order with them. I got there at 5:50 and marked I was there. I had all 4 of my young children with me and had to go inside to get my pick up order bc they never showed. They were extremely rude when I went in. I would highly recommend going to the one in Johnson City!

Always has NICE, HELPFUL, and ATTENTIVE employees, rarely is out of stock of just about anything, and has consistently AMAZING sales! I do wish they would go back to the emails with the 40% off a regular item though. Other than that, GREAT JOB!! 👍🏼👏🏼

I Love this place!!! I went in here the other day to get a couple simple balls of yarn for my daughter only to discover that they have a million (almost) different kinds and colors causing me to go into panic mode! I went and asked a lady employee if she could help me and she said she'd meet me at the yarn in a minute. Next thing I know 2 ladies that work here came around the corner and SAVED THE DAY!Excellent customer service!! They have a huge inventory too!

I brought my 12 year old grandson from Rogersville to this store.At checkout he spent $10 with a $25 not previously used gift card. The cashier kept the card telling him it had a zero balance.So what he purchased came up to exactly $25.00? No actually it was $10.47.I went back to her and even though she ignored me I finally was able to ask her about it. She said she didn’t give it back because of the zero balance.I contacted the manager who was very considerate but offered me a 20 percent discount if we return. No thanks, I can get a 40 percent discount everyday at Hobby Lobby. Beware of unscrupulous cashiers. He’s 12. Really?

I love this store! The coupon makes every price reasonable. It's always great to find something I want on sale and, when I check the app and find a 20% off sale price coupon! The employees are helpful and the selection is great. I spend way too much money here.

I wanted to put a frame on a canvas I had decorated. I spoke with Hannah the framing manager over the phone to see if they carried what I needed. She not only informed me they did but when I showed up at the store later that day she came off her lunch break to help me find exactly what I needed. Saved me money and a ton of aggravation! I appreciated the time she took to help me out. I will definitely be back again!

The price a item is marked on the shelf doesn't mean that it is the price. I got charged $23.00 for a $21.99 item. I told the cashier, and she said $23 was right and the price on the shelf had not been changed yet. I can't wait till hobby lobby opens in Johnson city, TN. I won't ever go to Michael's again. It wasn't the first time I had been cheated there, seems like it happens every time I go there, and I'm not the only one.

Good visit here. Went to get a display case and they had it on sale online but didn't ring up that way in the store. Had to ask for manager who gave me the online price. Staff was very friendly.

I don't get out to Micheals very often or I would always be broke LOL Not because they are expensive....I.would just want to buy everything. Although they -are- more expensive than other craft stores. I always shop the sales if I come here.Their location is really convenient so you can go to Target, Micheals, Kohl's & the Dollar Tree all in a row :D and then go across the street to Aldi. That's convenient for me when I've got a little one in tow, for things to be close together.

I love that they had everything that my neice wanted for Christmas. Finding the location of the items was difficult; more isle signs would help. Getting associate assistance is impossible; they really need more staff, especially around the holidays!

I hate to compare but it's like a mini hobby lobby. Good for a really quick in and out grab. Selection is limited but still decent. Pricing is on par with other like stores. Never even spoke to an associate so I'm not sure on customer service.

I so appreciate the curbside pickup. Originally that did not have a designated pickup parking place and you just had to pull up in front of the store. Now they have 2 designated parking spots. Thank you!

I have always loved Michael's at Christmas! OK, I confess, every season and holiday, so I should just say, I love Michael's! I love the coupon and the daily savings event! 70% off!! Art kits! Family crafts! Only negative I found here was no fabric... However, they do have it online.
