Pharmacy for familiar LOCALS only apparently 💯Stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes with NO other customers around, a full pharmacy staff, none of whom acknowledged me in any manner... it became clear Marcum didn't want new business. Before stepping up to pharmaceutical area, We heard the staff talking with familiar locals. Apparently they are just one more business who aren't very cordial to new in town patrons 😪.I knew I was at the wrong choice pharmacy when one pharmacy tech told another staff member I was there waiting...Their response "I know" and went on working and ignored me entirely.SAD! It gets really old being treated like a 3rd class citizen because your area code is NOT 423!!!

Best pharmacy in the entire Tri Cities area!!!! They have always been a close family owned business and I have been a valued customer ever since Marcum himself was still alive. I have always been treated fairly and with compassion and dignity. I also have a fiance and 3 teenage daughters whom we have always gotten any and all of their medications and prescriptions filled here as well. Thank u for all u do for the Kingsport area and don't ever change the compassion and drive u all have for each and everyone of ur customers.

Absolutely the best.Friendly staff and the Marcums are great people. My family and I think of them as distant family. Josh does wonderful compounding, Zach, Cephas, Adam, Pam, Whitney, could go on with entire staff; you get the point, haven't met one person working there that i don't fully like and enjoy interacting with. TRULY Caring and helpful in every way they can be. So stop being a texted number to the big box stores, save some money and time, and switch to marcums you won't be disappointed.

Everyone at this pharmacy is friendly. I was able to make an appointment and it was actually on time. You do not get that kind of treatment from many places. I would definitely recommend Marcum's to friends and family for any of their prescription needs . Thanks for the great service.

The employees at this pharmacy are knowledgeable, are never to busy to answer questions and every customer is treated with respect. They have the most competitive prices in the area, have a drive thru for convenience and even offer home delivery. Marcum's is by far the best pharmacy in the Tri-Cities.

Marcums pharmacy is without a doubt the best pharmacy in the Tri-cities. The employees and Colten the owner know how to take care of there customers I have used them for a couple of years now especially this past year and everything I needed was always there. Fast service friendly employees who go above and beyond there job duties to make a customer happy. Unlike the big chain Pharmacy's who only care about profit Marcums pharmacy cares about the people.

Luv the fact that they know u and make u feel important. No one really wants to take medicines, but at least they treat u like a human (and not just a dollar $ign)!! Not to mention they have much cheaper prices all around. :-) <3
