EVERYONE was super helpful.Definitely was disappointed that obtaining a cutting from one large monsteras wasn’t an option. I was given one in Florida free of charge but the guy who cut it did it incorrectly and it ended up dying. It was so unfortunate Anyway cute store, look forward to the changes as spring comes around.

They have a huge selection of flowers (annuals & perennials), herbs, shrubs, & trees. I purchased 5 herbs & 1 Fuyu persimmons tree. The representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will be visiting them again in the near future.

A big selection of everything garden. You can even purchase Koi and pond goldfish ...they have perennials and annuals...lots of decorations and crafts but most importantly a very knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. I recommend them for all of your garden needs

I have been buying plants and flowers there for years. Every indoor plant has lasted and still going strong. They have excellent quality and good choices. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable. In the summer I get all my flower box flowers there and again they last all summer and into the fall. Speaking of fall into winter they have beautiful Christmas decor as well…everything you need for every season! Thanks Evergreen:)

Incredible selection at reasonable prices, they have small raw stock trees perfectly suited for bonsai in many coniferous species, and some small deciduous trees. There are also small to medium size prebonsai that have already been styled and in bonsai pots for very good prices.

Unfortunately very expensive. A decent variety of indoor tropicals, but they charge a lot for them. Maybe I’m just poor. * Replying back to the owner: While I understand how small businesses work, your prices are absolutely absurd. There is a local plant shop in Kingsport that orders from the same place as you, yet they charge at least 30-50% less for their tropicals and succulents. They’re a lot smaller than you, so I’m sure you’d be able to manage. Also, your customer service is not as good as you’re claiming- considering not a single soul asks to assist when I’m there. I asked a women a couple of days ago if you had a pack of Spanish moss, she points me in the direction of a small bundle of Spanish moss for $30!?!? It looked like it was fighting for its life! The Wicked Plant shop offers NEW, freshly grown in house bunches of Spanish moss for $2.99, ten times less than your store. Please explain. The customer service is wack, and it certainly doesn’t make up for an insane markup on your plants. I’m signed up for your email alerts. I’ve been signed up since the beginning of the year I believe, and I don’t think I’ve gotten a single coupon or savings offer from your business. It looks like you hardly ever reply to the good reviews, but feel the need to defend yourself with the bad ones. Learn to take constructive criticism, consider the thoughts of your customers, and either change or move on with your life.

We completed a landscaping project with the help of Evergreen staff this spring. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable during our first visit to discuss our ideas and needs. Sarah Valk was extremely helpful in planning our layout and suggesting options for our consideration. David did a thorough job with the installation and offered advice on maintenance. Sarah returned after the install to check with us that all was completed to our satisfaction. We loved working with this team and are looking forward to completing additional projects in the near future. Extremely well done Evergreen!! Thank you!

Evergreen has the most extensive selection of plants, yard/garden decor! Such a fun "feel good" place to visit. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You'll find beautiful locally crafted pieces for your house and yard. Love it!

Jessica came to Sullivan Gardens Public Library and taught a wonderful class on early Spring flower planting. She was fun, informative and very personable with our patrons! Everyone that attended had a wonderful time. Jessica even brought soil and seeds for the patrons to plant and take home with them. I highly recommend their seminars and we cannot wait to have Jessica back.

I love their Saturday morning seminars. They’re great for beginners and more advanced gardeners too. Matt was particularly helpful planning a small meadow project. Their selection is excellent and prices seem reasonable. They don’t charge for advice!

I love a 45 minute drive away andJust discovered this place a few days ago! And I’m so glad I did. Everyone is so nice, informative, always willing to help, and if one doesn’t know they will find someone else who does!!!!!Great variety! And had a lot of the highly sought after plants that I had been searching for with no luck!Beautifully located by the river.Quality products! I see others commenting on the prices being high but honestly I felt as if those people weren’t into plants like I am.Quality well taken care of plants that are TAKEN CARE OF DAILY. Instead of stuck on a shelf to die are going to cost a littleMore than a big chain store. But so worth disease free and healthy plantsI would recommend a hundred times if I could.I will be a returning customer for sure! And will send business your way

Every time I go two Evergreen I'm never disappointed with their eclectic variety of plants. I love the fact that a lot of the staff has a great knowledge base and points me in the right direction on how to care and maintain my plants. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Love this place !

Great selection of flowers!! A little expensive, but the quality and variety is excellent. I was looking specifically for pollinator-friendly perennials, and their varieties were extensive. Some are full sun and some are shade, which is exactly what I was looking for to plant all around my house.

The original location, by the river, has closed now, so this was a new location for me. I'm a little suspicious of change, but I am well pleased! The parking is MUCH better, though designated entrance/exits would have helped a lot, pulling out was pretty hard. They had a huge variety of plants, better than the river location, and the staff was just as wonderful, if not better!I am comforted, pleased, and completely okay with this being my new Evergreen location!

If you're looking for a nursery THIS IS THE PLACE. The have an EXTREAMLY wide variety of trees, plants and flowers. Their roses are exquisite and are guaranteed.My wife and I drive almost 45 minutes to get here and it is well worth it. This is the best nursery around.

I always enjoy shopping for plants here. I used to get my vegetable plants other places,but found that I end up with large plants, but hardly any vegetables came from them. Since getting the plants here that is no longer the case. Evergreen always has a great selection of plants trees and shrubs. There lawn and garden accessories inside the store are fantastic as well and always reasonably priced.
