Waited 15 minutes in line to get a blizzard that was straight liquid they didn't turn them over like they should and when we asked about why they brushed it off. They won't pick up the phone and honestly not happy we spent like $20 for basically milkshakes we could've easily got CHEAPER at Sonic..... not gonna be heading back there any time soon.

I had my usual banana split blizzard but tried something different. I ordered the chicken salad, oh my gosh real bacon pieces, tomatoes, and chicken was warm to where the shredded cheese was slightly melted. Yummy. Mom ordered the large cone and fries. The fries were cold, my cheese curds were nice and hot so the staff politely took the fries and gave her some hot cheese curds. Go DQ!

Went to get food and ice cream. Both were good and decent. The service was terrible. The employee was very soft-spoken on the intercom and seemed like she hated her job. Took about 15 mins to get my food. The employee was on her phone and laughing with another co-worker. Never be on your phone in front of customers. Take it in the back. I'm sure your tik-toks and boyfriend or whoever you're dating can wait.

We went through the drive thru to get a dessert at 9:15 at night. The line was about 8 cars long, and it took more than 20 minutes to get through the line. I was amazed at how slow it was.The icecream was delicious and the server seemed to be working hard. I'm not sure why the line moved so slowly.

We went for lunch and to get the new peanut butter puppy chow blizzard. The atmosphere was OK. Could use some TLC. As for the Blizzard, it was OK. Don't think I'll be getting it again. It was like peanut butter ice cream with some kind of chocolate pieces and maybe ice cream cone pieces all mixed together. Was not really all that great.👎 Think I'll stick with the cotton candy blizzard next time. 👍

Worst experience. They take a very long time in the drive thru. Our ice cream has always been ok, customer service has always been terrible. Tonight getting dinner to go the cook was complaining the entire time within earshot of us about our order and did not make orders correctly and complained about the fact he failed to put onion rings in to begin with. Fries were cold and stale. Will not being returning for anything.

We just went through the drive thru and the girl at the window was very rude and on her phone the whole time. This is not the first time we have come through and she has been rude and on her phone. She handed us our blizzards and slammed the door. How can you have someone so rude and constantly on their phone working for your business?

I love Dairy Queen 👸 breakfast 😋. The biscuits and gravy is so delicious its a miracle its not illegal. I live close to Dairy Queen, and it is a convenient place to eat. The staff has been fast and friendly.

Wow! Called to get an ice cake but was told they don't keep any ready. Asked how long it would take and was told 24 hrs. Then the guy proceeded to tell me "just go to Food City. They sell them!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?!?! Why not tell your customers to go to Pal's when they wanna hot dog!? Wasn't asked if I wanted to place an order or anything else either! Guess I can go to Food Citt🤣🤔🙄

My Family and went through the drive through and we paid for our ice cream and the manager that was very uneducated told us we had counter fit 20 $ because it didn't have the strip in it. That 20 $ bill was from the 70s before they made the bills with the strips in them. So I guess Eastman credit union is giving out counter fit money !!!!! Very unprofessional and it is getting reported. They will never get our business again.

We had a terrible experience with the staff at the Lynn Garden location. Basically I was told that I was trying to pay with counterfeit money. Even the uneducated "manager" said that it was fake because it didn't have the" strip". I tried to pay with a 1974 $20 bill. I hate to tell her but in 1974, the "strip" wasn't even put into the bills. Very disappointed. Will not go back.....

Long wait times in the drive through and poor customer service. Had to repeat my order twice at the board and then again at the window. After explaining a fourth time that I still needed the large order of fries, I was told there would be a wait. Obviously, since I had already paid for it, I was going to wait. By the time the "fryer was turned off and then back on", I finally received my fries...the problem? All my ice cream was melted from the long wait and then the drive home. Definitely not worth the time or money. Will not be going back!Addition: Thanks for the response but if you had actually read the review, I won't be coming back for another visit!!!

I got the number 12 chicken strip sandwich. The strips were tiny. Barely had any chicken inside it was nothing but bread and the toppings. Waited forever for it to be made wasn’t even hot. Fries were like warm and soggy. It cost $9.08 so not worth the money. Seems like teenagers working there and don’t have very good customer service. Won’t be going back.

My food was good. Location is alright. Doors are not handicap friendly. I'm very disappointed in the customer service or the lack there of. When going in I was not greeted, but that's not really a big deal when no one behind me was either. The woman at the register was very rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order twice because she Wasn't paying attention.when I asked for a straw she gave me a rude glare. I have been to this location many times but this is the first time I've had a bad experience. So dear Brianna please learn customer service before dealing with customers.

Tbh I’m unsure that this store deserves 1 star after the very disrespectful customer service I have received tonight. Charged my card twice for a difference in price. Fine. But then realized they also charged me in that for an item I didn’t order. I asked for the manager. They stand with their backs to the window COMPLETELY ignoring me after I asked MULTIPLE TIMES. Had 3 young ladies taking my money making my order and coming to the window to talk to me all at the same time which is POOR customer service and shows there is ZERO structure inside. I’ve worked in customer service for years at Pals in church hill. If there is one thing I learned that was how to count money. I’m very intelligent when it comes to counting money and as I went inside to talk to a manager after being disrespected at the window the manager pulls me aside just to talk over me and tell me he trusts his employees words over mine and they lied saying they gave me my receipts and he asked to see my bank statements in order to give me a full refund. I asked so many times for a refund and he kept trying to give me a simple math lesson and tell me I don’t know what I was talking about. Then told me I wasn’t welcome in the store and that I needed to leave and talk to the owner. Them girls kept coming back around while I was speaking to the manager to tell lies about what happened and he kept letting things escalate instead of giving me the refund I asked for which I was owed.

2-13-2023 9;04pm I have went to this location many times and have never had a problem. I can say the 2 girls working there tonite was anything but helpful. In fact they were very rude and could have cared less about trying to help me with my orderI tried to order a banana split and the one who took the order waited for a minute or two then said we have no bananas. I tried to ask her a question about a brownie sundae she didnt answer the question at all. I placed my order and pulled up to the window and the server at the window gave me a strawberry sundae. and closed the window i had to wait for a long while for my other 3 items. By that time the sundae was melted down fairly well. In fact the guy behind me started honking his horn. There were only 2 of us in line, no other customers at all. When i finally got the rest of my order, i tried to ask the girl a question and she just shut the window in my face. So much for customer service. It was almost like these 2 girls hated even being there.3-27-23 8:39pm Here we go again with this place the same thing happened again, The same girl was on the window, and the same rude person. Of course the same old cold statement no bananas. Only this time Chris was on shift, I said something to him about always being out of materials, he stated that i should give them a break because they had been on for a long and closing was getting close. So i take that as they did'nt feel like making a banana split. The food is always good and the day shift are always pleasant. I told Chris i had wrote a rating last time i had a problem, his co-worker thought that was funny. Kinda strange but thats the way it goes these days.
