If I could give less than one star here, I would this is an awful pharmacy. They’re rude. Your prescriptions are never ready. It’s like they’re holding them hostage. They tell you it will be an hour. Expect to sit for another 30 minutes inside the store waiting.!!!

I don’t want to even give one star but it want let me post a review without at least one star because this is the worst pharmacy ever. Over half the time they never have my medication or it’s on back order for over a month then they end up telling you we can’t get it right now either. I only go there because the employer requires you to use CVS. As soon as I can switch back to Walgreens that’s what I’m going to do.this pertains to the CVS on stone drive in kpt tn. Worst pharmacy including most of the pharmacy staff also.

They are the rudest staff I've ever seen and had to deal with. They lady in the drive thru I believe her name is crystal, she has the nastiest disposition I've ever seen of anyone working with the public. She has no business being at that store let alone in any form of healthcare she couldn't even be a janitor at a hospital she's so horrible. I will not be returning to this store and I will be calling corporate on her this is absolutely ridiculous and it's not the first one and I've had with this particular person. I'm not going to keep overlooking that type of attitude and behavior towards me when I'm just trying to pick up my child's medication.

Always get great service here at the pharmacy. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. This is an extremely busy pharmacy and they are always nice and helpful. Have been going here for a long time. 😊😊
