Josie was so great and informative. I am visiting from California where cannabis is legal so I was looking for something with just CBD and Josie recommended these great muscle and joint capsules and they are so good. If you value the medicinal qualities of hemp as much as I do, run, don’t walk (but drive carefully), to CBD+ @ 1001 E. Stone Drive, Kingsport.Upon entry, I‘m regularly greeted by the friendly faces & good cheer of the staff. They clearly enjoy their work as they enthusiastically share information about all varieties & products. They also include literature on the strain accompanying each purchase. #CBD+I’m particularly appreciative of Sunshine, Josie & David, who are each great: Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, caring. I’m so glad I found CBD Plus and their sister company Anchored! They are knowledgeable and provide you analysis reports along with all the federal laws stating it’s legal along with your vacuum sealed bag. No where in Kingsport compares to them!

I have had the worst experience in this establishment. This is one of the few places that carries the percentage of product I need for my condition and its conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately their products are cheap and break easily and they are totally unwilling to replace or refund any cartridge when it worked the day you bought it. I've been told time and again "that's policy".. well a policy should only go so far when customer service is being thrown out the window. I have 5 full carts that will not adimize and they act as if I did somthing to cause this. There is NEVER a manager on-site to confront and the poor, eager workers are forced to TEXT NOT CALL the management and deal with disgruntled customers. I have found a new, non affiliated store who sells carts made so that the addimizer is non-removable. Imagine that. A decent product, somthing other than delta to be offered for my condition in a low percentage, offering benefit, not buzz, with an on-site manager. That's all I wanted. A solution. And I was forced to seek it, outside of thos store. You suck cbd plus.

The store looks great and the employee was nice and very knowledgeable about their products but their prices are the highest I've seen anywhere. Also I was really disappointed after I paid $20+ for a pre-rolled Oreoz blunt that continued to run from end to end wasting a lot of product.

May 11, I ordered 2 bottles of CBD oils and did not receive them as of today, May 27. Called numerous times and the first time she told me she would track the order. I waited for a couple of days and called back. She said let me find out what is going on. This happened twice and the last time I called, #3 call, May 26, I asked for the tracking number. She said she would contact someone and get back to me. Did not hear by 5pm so I called again. I was basically given the run around. My question is: Where is my order?

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the employees were great, I have tried several products now and my most recent was CBD 1500 full spectrum. I started out what the tech suggested and kept increasing it for pain. I stopped at 2 full droppers per day as it did not even take the edge off and would have been very expensive as I woukd have had to use a few bottles a month. The product is over priced for what you get. I since started taking another product with high ratings and the actual MG is more in the 1500 bottle and this product has helped and is much cheaper. Buyer beware there are scammers out there getting rich off our money.

The staff was friendly. But I had been getting my CBD oil from well known site and was on 300mg and the results was unbelievable. So I tried it locally so when I ran low i could just go get some without waiting on it to be shipped. The guy talked me into 500mg he said it would help even more. Could not even tell that I was taking it as the other started to get out of my system the pain was unbelievable the oil wasn't doing anything. I was on a higher mg and taking more a day then with the other. All I have to say is do your research and make sure your not buying olive, coconut oils or even mixed with butane.
