Took our shitzu in to get the teddy bear cut they completely shaved him my 2 year old grand daughter could do better. They cut him in multiple places gapped and bald spots all over him.

They do not follow the instructions you give them. I asked them not to cut my dogs hair off it's tail and they shaved it.

My husband and i are visiting in kingsport and went and got are dogs bathed, deshedding, and nails clipped i let them know my dog was hard to handle. Went to pick my dogs up and my husband came out with one of our dogs and his paw was bleeding so i went in and asked them what happened and the eldest lady said he was hard to handle and instead of stopping doing his nails his back paw all the nails were bleeding like they didnt care they hurt my dog never go to this place

They did a great job with my 90 pound dog. He came back smelling great and this may be the best place that has groomed him in years. I don’t post reviews but I was really happy with how he looked and smelled. And the people were really nice.

A dogs dream, ptfh! more like a dogs NIGHTMARE! DO NOT COME HERE! we told the groomers to make our dog look pretty and cute. she comes home COMPLETELY shaved from her paws to her face. her face is uneven and they cut her paw. she’s now scared to go in the car and shakes when u pet her. we had to buy a sweater so she would stop shivering in the night. Never ever going back!

Friendly service in a good location! It was easy to get an appointment because unlike so many groomers a dog's dream is impeccable at answering their phone! A dog's dream isn't the cheapest place I've been to, but it's also not overpriced. I was very happy with the bath my baby got. We will definitely be back!

Very happy with my schnauzer's grooming. He has skin allergies and is always groomed very nicely and does not spend days afterwards suffering with itching and burning skin.

When we lived In the downtown area Mary was a fantastic groomer. She really cares for the dogs and the grooming was extremely affordable. We had an elderly shihtzu and she was great with him. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly. Prices were reasonable. I took a rescue poodle to be groomed, who's fur was matted up very very bad. They made her look like a brand new dog, she was a very happy dog when I came back to pick her up! I would recommend this place over petsmart, or any other place. You can't beat the price!

Took my boys in for grooming/de-shedding. They did such a fantastic job! Honestly the best trim my shepherd mix has ever had. Will definitely be back!

Do not take your dog here! They shaved our dog so bad! They are not professionals. An average person could do the same work! The place is disgusting as well. Our dog has balded spots all over his body! Looks horrible

I was very disappointed with the cut and more importantly the dog smelled of cigarettes when I picked her up and required a bath when I got home. She also was basically shaved down to nothing. I will not be returning and would not recommend. What a waste of $75.

The people were very friendly. However, it wasn’t hygienic at all. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I took my puppy in for a nail trim and some of his nails were cut too short. I don’t recommend this place at all. Maybe for a simple grooming, but i wouldn’t trust to get nails trimmed there again.

I wanted a short cut for my baby which is a black English cocker. I showed her 2 pics of what I wanted and told her to take a little bit off the legs. They scalped my baby Coco and bare spots in a few places on chest and belly. They shouldn't be in business I should have known better when I first walked in and seen it wasn't a fit place seeing a fan blow on a dog that was in a cage wet shivering. After filing complaint with BBB I got a response from them through the BBB. They lied , they see her as just another dog and they are wrong she is my baby. They hurt my baby and this is not about money it is about my baby. I got the notes and records from her regular groomer and notes from her Vet . Money is not a object with me well worth the $165.00 to serve papers for civil action for them doing that to my baby. I DON'T CARE WHAT THE COST IS. THIS IS MY BABY AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I LOVE HER.I AM A CANCER PATIENT AND ITS JUST ANOTHER BATTLE FOR ME ONLY NOT IN CHEMO BUT IN COURT

The groomer was told our dog is a Bichon. We said, “We’d like a Bichon cut, but not too short, because it’s cold outside.” The groomer shaved her to practically bald and gave her a poodle cut. She even shaved her face, which you never do with a Bichon. Very unsatisfied.

Took my Yorkie there for a bath and puppy cut they shaved him bald he has not been the same since I picked him up. He now won't let me out of his sight and just lays around depressed don't know what they did to him but what ever they did has him mentally messed up. Will never go back there. All he does is hide under the covers for the past three days breaks my heart

I had my german shepard DeShedding and bathed and teeth brushed I loved the way they made my dog smell and they are great with my dogs my dogs was happy to be there and they are very nice poeple I loved my experience there I will tell everyone about them and to go there. I finally found a good groomer to go to
