Never have a prescription filled here unless you have no other option. TWICE I had a prescription filled and requested that they apply the GoodRx price. Both times, I tried to show the employee the GoodRx app's info/codes for the script. I was waved off and told they would apply it. I even asked at checkout for the employee to confirm that I was getting the GoodRx price, and she told me that I was. This was a blatant lie. I checked the app, and I was being charged full price, around $65 more than the GoodRx price. They simply couldn't be bothered to take the time to help me out. This happened TWICE. I will never fill a prescription here again. The pharmacy employees at Food City are much friendlier and are actually willing to provide some semblance of customer service.

Very good Walgreens, I’ve used multiple locations around Johnsn City and the people at this location is by far the easiest to work with on prescriptions. They make it so easy, unlike the one just down the road. I had the same prescription and workers at other pharmacy made it so complicated. I went here and no questions asked they filled scripts in 15min. The whole staff is very helpful, but the lady pharmacist, not sure of her name, but she has went above and beyond to help me multiple times and she is very fast also. My prescription was filled in just minutes when she seen me waiting in lobby. This will definitely be my go to pharmacy always! The staff is great!

This review is for the Walgreens pharmacy at this store. When I came home from vacation and realized I had left behind my daughter’s medications, the technicians went out of their way to contact Tenncare so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. They were so empathetic and helped me in a time when I didn’t know what to do. I am so thankful for the service and wish I could remember their names. I’m wanting to say Jesse was one of them. It was 2 ladies that saved the day working on New Year’s Eve. I am extremely grateful that you took the time to see my trouble even when y’all were so busy!

I like to wait in sales or coupons online or I don't shop there I do like my Walgreens. I wish they all have the dollars alse it is only a few things for a dollars but it useful for me. I have to drive on the other side of town.. anywho Walgreens is Walgreens they usually have stuff other store don't.. thanks for reading

*Horrible customer service.The lady at the window was terribly rude. My son had double ear infections and medication was not ready when specified. They claimed the birthday was wrong through the insurance.Had it sent across the street to CVS and got the medication right away. Completely different service!

I chose this Walgreens yesterday because my pharmacy was closed. Now I know why I left them. The girl that waited on me could not have been more unfriendly. Very hateful. When I went back to get my prescription the pharmacist waited on me and she was very friendly which made it a little better. Thank goodness food city is my regular pharmacy

Emily at the pharmacy pickup window is great. She took the time to hunt for a coupon for me to bring my price down on my pickup. Very nice 👌

Was about to give up because every other Wgreens would not fill or the pharmacist had some kind of problem with what I get prescribed together. BEST WALGREENS PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Very nice AND quick! Had it ready for me in 5mins no joke! I should've looked at the pharmacist name becuz she was the nicest Wgreens pharmacist ive ever met so far! She has dark brown hair it was in a ponytail n had minimal if any makeup on but I was telling her how my day had been n how a friend told me about this Wgreens before and im glad I came and me n my friend looked at the reviews and she was so humble she didnt know what reviews I was talking about my phone is outta my "unlimited" data already so it wouldn't load to show her but I told her come on maps and you will see it at the very bottom. And I NEVER write a review unless it was horrible service or great service and I should've listened to my friend months ago and just started coming to this one cuz I know it would've saved me ALOT of time and bullshit. 💗 this Wgreens!!!!!

There staff will come out of the pharmacy or from behind the counter and help you find what ever you need love the staff very neat clean store Walgreens on North Roan Street my always Pharmacy Never go to any other Pharmacy they have mist anything you might need.....

This has got to be the worst pharmacy on the planet. Called 7 times and spoke to a machine every time only to get hung up on by a machine. Last time it took me a whole day to wind up getting a prescription filled at the hospital. Good luck y'all!!!hung up on

Have to say that this is one of the best Walgreens store in JC. Can't sayenough about Dr. Kenny Dowell in the pharmacy. He is very personable andwill go over above and beyond to help.
