5 stars because every visit to this Walgreens has been wonderful. Ashley and Nick in pharmacy are amazing. Pharmacists also. Extremely nice and helpful staff, front and pharmacy included. The pharmacy is clearly overwhelmed with work and they still do everything they can to help. It’s clear that some of these reviews for the pharmacy are bogus, and left by people who are mad over things that are absolutely out of Walgreens employees control. It’s important to understand that doctor's offices, insurances, and manufacturers of medications have a huge role in your prescription pickup. 10 fold over the pharmacy tech who filled it. Medication is on back order now more than ever, and doctors offices don’t reply to pharmacy inquiries. Be patient, and understanding, and don’t get mad at the people trying to help you just because you’re upset. Also, the one star reviews stating they got a text that an RX is ready, drove there , and it wasn’t.. the text most likely said “RX available for refill, please reply”. people don't read thoroughly anymore. I use the text service and Walgreens app, and if you actually pay attention and read things all the way, it works great.

Horrible pharmacy. The pharmacists/techs are rude and unprofessional. Multiple months I have been notified that my meds are ready, only to find they are out of stock/delayed when I get there. Even when it comes to serious medications like heart medicine, they refuse to fill it on time or care. Called today asking about heart medicine that wasn’t filled, even though it was on auto-refill, and the lady angrily said ver Batam “well it’s their fault (my specialist’s fault) and not ours” seriously? How unprofessional and uncaring can you be?

I had an online delivery order that I bought 35.00 worth of items to get it free. They left out an important item that I needed and I know they had many brands of substitutions. I called and spoke to shift lead John. He was rude and never apologized.

Pharmacy is not answering the phone. There are only two people in the pharmacy. It is pretty irresponsible that a company that has taken the responsibility of providing a communities' medications can't be depended on. We have enough difficulty with the supply of it. We don't need additional challenges with it getting distributed.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting my local Walgreens store, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. Carla and her team went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere. Their kindness and professionalism were evident in every interaction. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided helpful recommendations. Whether it was locating a specific product or answering questions about medication, their knowledge and willingness to assist were truly commendable. The store itself was impressively clean and well-organized. The shelves were neatly stocked, and the aisles were free from clutter, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The overall layout of the store was intuitive, enhancing the shopping experience and saving me time. What struck me most was the genuine care the staff showed towards their customers. They treated everyone with respect and empathy, going out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This level of exceptional service made me feel valued as a customer, and it's clear that fostering a positive environment is a top priority for the team. I must highlight the dedication of the entire staff, not just Carla. Each team member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. It was evident that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about the well-being of the customers.Overall, my experience at Walgreens was outstanding. The kind and wonderful staff, led by the store manager Carla, made my visit memorable. The store's cleanliness and ease of navigation further enhanced my satisfaction. Went inside to pick up medication and was in line for about 15 minutes. Person in front of me took very long time and there was no one else to assist.

I have had multiple encounters where the pharmacy has been unprofessional and unable to get my prescription filled though I was notified three different times that it was available. I drive 30 minutes each time to get it filled. They tell me that the doctor hasn’t approved it, but after each visit to Walgreens I called my doctor and it had been approved for a refill. Then this fourth trip, I’m given the wrong prescription after specifically giving my prescription number, name, and mg dosage. Absolutely ridiculous. Then when going to pick it up the next day the pharmacy manager Molly was rude over the phone and in the drive thru. She made me give her a reason for no longer taking the medication. Is that a HIPPA violation, or just completely out of line? When arriving the fourth time I was greeted by Madison and she refused for close to five minutes to give me the managers name.I’m in shock and awe. I will never use this location again. To top it all the manager of the pharmacist, Molly stapled my debit card where it’s no longer useable.I had to go back to the store to see if it would work. She apologized for accidentally stapling my card with a smile on her face and said that there was nothing she could do. Then they contacted my doctor to say that they no longer have a prescription that’s actually already filled.Please avoid this place and I hope this store gets it together. People shouldn’t be treated that way and their health is important to them even if it’s not important to you.

I gave 5 stars but I go to this store every week. The pharmacy is a little hard to deal with, my meds have been out several times but lately that problem has been fixed. I've been going here for close to 10 yrs now n it's a great store, you just have to make sure your meds are done before you go to pick them up. They have good deal on there vitamins too. And most of them are very friendly n helpful.

Month after month it’s a nightmare to get my prescriptions filled from here. They send me texts saying it’s ready, I get there to pick up and it’s out of stock. Then they have to order it which then puts be out of medicine . What makes it worse is they could care less and say maybe you should go to a different store. This is a serious problem. You are messing with people’s medication. No pride in doing your job and don’t even try to sympathize with customers. But I’m sure if it were their medication it would be available every time. Sad that people don’t do their jobs anymore. After this month I won’t be going back here

The store wants you to use the online ordering and pick up option, but there's never anyone at the counter to get your pickup items to you. Never. So you have to go around the store searching for someone because there's no button to push to page anyone. Or you have to holler across the store which is what I chose to do.Then the lady that came didn't know how to do a pickup order. And the young man on his phone finally came up and took care of it. I could have easily gone through the store and grabbed the items and been gone before all this process worked its way out.Then as I came out to my car and noticed broken glass in the parking lot, cigarette butts everywhere. This store is definitely in decline, although it appears to be one of the busiest stores in the city.The photo I attached is just one tiny area, but you could probably fill up a 55 gallon drum with cigarette butts.

This Walgreens has got to get better pharmacy practices. I bring my roommate up here every week to pick up his medication for almost a year now. He is very allergic to 1 form of the medication and they have documentation of this on file from an ER visit when he tried the medication the 1st time. And low and behold what did they do after about 8 months of giving him the correct medication they gave him the wrong one, several times his medication would change in price anywhere from $20 to $140 more than what he normally pays. And they have a blond headed pharmacist that will go out oh her way to embrace a customer. Example: There was an elderly man in line with depends and you could tell he was embarrassed to be buying them but the pharmacist had to raise the package high up on the air looking for a upc to ring it up. Today my roommate calls so his prescriptions will be ready when we get there and the automated system said they received his prescription and he wanted to speak with the pharmacy to let them know we were on our way and the phone rang for 6 min and 17 sec with no answer. When we got here she said they just got the prescriptions and it will be 15 min. WOW. we called 30 min ago and the system said they had received the order.In short This is why I use my locally owned small ma and pop pharmacy. They know you and I have never had these issues.Just from from seeing the way the do a long time customer and mess up constantly even though he is here weekly.And it's late within an hour of closing so YES it is slow. NO excuse for the incompetent actions.I have no trust in this the pharmacist here.

The most unfriendly people work the registers at this location. I realize register work is not the most exciting job in the world, but a warm, welcoming disposition would actually be kind of nice. Hate to do it, but I'll go to the Walgreens on Roan or Fort Henry Drive where they are friendlier, even if a bit out of my way.

Store and pharmacy are always clean and staff is very friendly. If you get lucky and not get behind the typical pill seekers you will have no problems. Sometimes getting refills takes time but based on volume of business it is common. Actually had a salesperson help load water in my truck once and the very same day had a heart attack .

I used to enjoy going to this Walgreens but after tonight, I will not be back. I went in to grab some basic supplies, two of which were the Redken shampoo and conditioner. I proceeded to the front register only to be told, sorry our computer says that item is not available for purchase. My response (which was respectful and honest) was, "Then why is it on your shelves and why is it stocked?" The girl at the register did not know why, so she called the manager to the front, an older lady with long white hair who had a horrible attitude and told me in a very rude way that perhaps the items had been recalled. I then asked if the girl could hold my stuff and she did, so I went to go see if I could pick out something else. The other girl with blue hair in the photo department was very kind and helpful the entire time, it's just that since the items were recalled, I didn't need anything else here. I spent 20 minutes in this store getting all of the things I needed and it will be the LAST 20 minutes I EVER spend in this store. I ended up just walking out empty-handed. I went across the street instead to Food City who not only had better prices and kind employees, but also had the SAME Redken shampoo and conditioner I needed among other supplies for a better price and there was no so-called "recalls!" I would NOT recommend ever going to this particular Walgreens. Save your money and go right across the street to Food City where I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

If the Walgreens manager is going to leave a note on your windshield, while you are shopping in their store, asking you to stop parking in an open parking space just because a delivery truck wants it, it would be most helpful if that area was marked for that purpose. I was at the Walgreens in Gray, parked in a legitimate car parking space which had NO "No Parking" or "Loading/Unloading Zone" signs identifying that parking was not allowed. If there had been, I would not have parked there. I have been parking in that area of the parking lot for years, along with many other customers and it has not been a problem since there is more than enough space for a large delivery truck to park next to the building and its loading entrance. If you don't want customers parking there, please remove the parking spaces and identify it as a no parking area or loading zone.

I shop here a few times a week as well as get all my prescriptions here. I went in at 9:50 to grab a few quick items and was rudely asked by an associate if I needed help finding anything because they were closed. This was exactly at 10pm I was told I needed to leave because they were closed. I will no longer go to this 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐬 and will be transferring all my medicine to somewhere else.

The Male pharmacist and 1 of the female pharmacists make it too personal a job first of all. My wife sent me aft an rx TWICE that was a partial till and BOTH times was under the impression (& TOLD IT WAS BEING FILLED) it was being filled only to drive all the way to gray and the not fill it because "it was too soon"...& IT WAS THE STILL THE 1ST RX!! ISHE COULDN'T TRANSFER IT EITHER....UNLESS IT'S LIFE OR DEATH NO MEDICATION IS WORTH THE BS WALGREENS PUTS OUT AND CHARGES TO DO SO!!

Lines were terribly long. Doing covid tests and prescriptions. 30 min wait to get to window. One person handling both Lanes. They need more employees. I would think they would have 2 people working the window and have one lane for picking up medication only.

This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE in terms of customer service and should be one of the first to close or be restocked with better employees. Came here with David a friend and we both thought this place has really bad service.I am considering a complaint. It was that bad.

Hours are weird now that they open at 8 am also good luck checking out fast. There are normally 1 to 2 people working in the whole store when I have gone in. Also is super expensive and item prices are often marked wrong. I would not recommend this Walgreen's.

My son has been getting the same ADHD medication for at least 6 months now and today when I went and gets his prescription it was for less pills than last month.... so I called the pharmacy to are what happened and I was looking at his bottle from last month and figured out that they only gave him 10mgs last month when he gets 20!!!! They tried blaming it on the dr but the dr showed me where he called in the 20mgs.... so my son has not been focusing like he has been and he got in trouble at school for the 1st time this year.... I argued with them for 20 mins. Before I got mad and hung up. They are always so rude. I will be taking my business somewhere else now! Watch your perceptions with them!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful but Walgreens is so overpriced it's unreal I only stop there when I absolutely have to. Also Walgreens treats their employees like crap I had a family member that worked at this one for nearly two years and some of the things I heard were shameful. Like I said very friendly people but very overpriced store that treats its employees awful that's why you don't see the same people working there very long

I only use this Walgreens for curbside orders or photo pickup on the rare occasions that they have a good deal. Sometimes the experience is good and quick, but sometimes it’s not.

Pharmacy closed early on new years eve and new years day. Wasted over an hour having to get prescriptions transferred to other location. Best advice: don't need anything.
