Check out is quick and easy, they also send daily emails with great deals and coupons if you get an ollies card. I love this place and from food to paint and house hold supplies they have some of the best deals around. Be sure to check them out when you get the chance.

Really good buys on small kitchen appliances. I BOUGHT THE FOOD SAVER SYSTEM; it saves space and workers perfectly with the food saver container's. The container's are freezer safe.We bought organizing baskets, a set of 3 for 9.99 😊 they look nice with our open storage. ( They're fabric not wire or cheap looking plastic 🙄)This store Johnson City has designed lamps right in the front. The Mosaic style was absolutely beautiful if I had needed lamps I definitely would have bought them. Probably a 70% savings from Macy's! I love the rugs there too and will be buying a couple very soon. I have been very surprised by the quality that I have found in this store. It's becoming our go-to for a lot of things.

Pretty clean however most of these prices were comparable to places like Walmart or Aldi's (with their aisle of shame.) for my first time on here I didnt find a lot of discounts if i did you had to search

For a relatively new store; I’m a bit disappointed with how messy it was while shopping this evening. Some areas look like a tornado went thu or haven’t been touched. Items just laying in the floor. Usually always buy my coffee and odds and ends at Ollie’s, they’ve got decent prices. If any of you remember how Big Lot’s used to be, it’s how Ollie’s is. You never know what you’ll find. Ollie’s has a good discount book section, massive coffee area, some grocery items and other merchandise.

Store is filthy and it's a bit disheartening that last year is when I visited for 1st time & both restrooms were out of order , now 1year later n both restrooms were out of order. Place is sticky n everything just thrown everywhere. 4employess at checkout but only 1cashier working.... Ridiculous

I bought the display Christmas blow ups and Halloween blow up when taken down they were dirty on the bottoms from setting on your shelf and was told if you can't get them in a box bring them up front and I'll do it for you didn't know I had to work in order to shop there I ask if they'd discount displays they said I will the Halloween one 10percent but that's it I guess the dirt was free

My family loves to shop here for the books. They have great Christian Faith books, bible covers, and great pots and pans. I recently bought a sauce pan that I can't get over, especially for the price. The only downside is it does take quite a long time to get through the check out line.

Cheap place to get work clothes if you work construction, etc. They've also got snacks you can't get in grocery stores, and their hygiene area has a ton of stuff for good prices.

Went in to check out prices on some things I needed, but come to find out the Dollar Tree, Dollar General and Family Dollar had them cheaper. I will go back and take time to check other items. They have a large selection of just about anything you might want or need.

I have to say that I am very disappointed with my experience with OLLIE'S. I purchased a Hamilton Beach counter top grill at the Johnson City, Tn store on 9/25. Drove back to Asheville and opened the package and found the temperature control button on the grill to be broken. Drove back to Johnson City today and exchanged for another grill the same as the first one, because I really liked the features of this grill. Took it to my car and opened box and checked the controls on front and everything appeared to be okay. Got back home and took completely out of box and a large piece of the back of the grill was broken off. I called the store and asked if they inspected their appliances before they put them on the shelf to sell, gentleman I spoke with said "no" that is up to the warehouse to check before sending them to us! So, I have to make another trip to exchange or get a refund. My problem, but I won't be making another purchase from OLLIE'S.

Upper management at this location is horrible to their employees! Specifically Lori, she would rather talk to everyone else about employees instead of talking to the employee that she is talking about directly! Oh and this treatment to minors that are still learning and yet they wonder why people don’t want to work. Your supposed to be a manager and an adult please act like one! Do better Ollie’s

Ollie's is that sort of oddball store everyone should experience atleast once. With all the murals on the walls espousing their great deals I can't help but like the place. It's got this sort of mom and pop charm while equally being a cramped mess. They do have a great book and rug selection as most people point out. You can also find a plethora of unique items you couldn't find at some place like Walmart. The building needs some repair work for sue. During my visit there was a chunk of concrete missing from the floor. All in all if this had been any other place, I'd give them a 3 out of 5 stars. That said, it's the odd uniqueness of Ollie's that's won me over. Besides, that oversized statue of Ollie made me chuckle.

I really like this place, but they advertised something they didn't have. When I got to the store, I looked for the item I couldn't find. I ask an employee about it and he told me where to find, but it wasn't there. They didn't have it in stocks. I understand things happen, but let's make sure there's not a third time.
