I have been coming to replay since they opened years ago, and they are still my favorite game store! I now live an hour and a half away and still go to them for my video game needs. Today, I realized I have never left them a review to say how much I appreciate them!If you are looking for used/retro games, they are the place to go! They have the best selection in town.If you are looking for a good place to gather for a little Magic night, they have a friendly group who were patient with me while I was learning the basics of the game.Need a repair? They do that too. Today they even repaired my Mother's Game Boy Advance SP, which has sentimental value to me. So I was thrilled to see it working for the first time in many years.The staff is great and the atmosphere is amazing. Their new renovations are very nice and makes the store look much bigger and keeps the area open. They are the kind of people who recognize their customers when they walk in and are happy to help you find whatever you are looking for. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.Replay is a very fun place to be!

Been shopping here for years and it is always a great place to stop in and check out. Owners are always helpful and friendly as well as being all around great people. They've always treated me great and I've never seen them treat anybody less than that as well. Whether you're new to them or an old customer like I am, take the time to stop in or check them out on Facebook as they try to keep everyone up to date on recent hot trades and finds.

We have purchased games there a couple times in last 2 years and have been very satisfied. What I like is they are very willing to help when the customer, like me, dosen't know much about games. We bought games for our grandkids and they have guided us in the right direction to get ones suited for their age group. They stand behind what they sell and even repair your systems and controllers if you need it. They have helped us keep our grandkids happy with our older systems! I recommend them to anyone wanting or needing support for your older systems.

This store may be small, but it is mighty! They always seem to have what i want/need and it is always a blast to pop in and peruse their large inventory of games, play a few rounds of MTG, or just simply chat with my man Skyler. Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s truly a gem.

I choose to visit this place over cm games, and all other retro game stores in the surrounding areas. The owner and employees are always super friendly. They always have a great selection of games that are reasonablypriced. Everytime I come in they're always in good moods and helpful to any questions I may have. Honestly the best retro game store in East Tennessee and I can say that because I've visited every single one of them!

Replay Games is the place to go for good customer service an to be treated as if you were family. I haven't been in a while but i will always go there for my gaming needs. If you have questions they will answer and they also have great deals.

This place is the embodiment of the locally-owned store that everyone should love. The staff are always helpful and friendly, facility is clean, and as always you get 10% more trade in credit than you would at GameStop. These guys are great. Highly recommend.

I've been going here for a while. Friendly down to earth staff. They have a lot of selection, from video games to trading card games. They also just remodeled, and it looks great.

Had a Xbox one that would shut off due to overheating.I called them they set me up with a cheap fair price to open my console up and it runs very good!Even better then I expectedThey know what they’re doing here and are very experienced when it comes to cleaning/repairs.

Skyler and the rest of the staff always go the extra mile for my son and I we are in there several days a week my son is special needs and always requires something worked on or fixed and skyer always is patient and considerate to my son and his needs if you could give more stars I would I am truly thankful and blessed for all they do for us.

Drove 30 minutes out of the way to try a new gaming place and everything said they were open and to get there and find a sign saying "closed for remodel". Should have updated google as well to let people know. Might be a nice place but will never know 🤷‍♂️

I wasn't able to get the ps4 controller the day they had them on sale, so I called and asked if I could pay over the phone and pick up on a later day, they asked when was I going to pick it up and I told them and they held it for me and honored the price. Not many places will work with you like that and honor the price. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend getting your gaming stuff from replay games.

I frequent Jefferson City to visit family a couple times a year. I found this great store that is just a block away from the Air B&B I stay at. Great people work there and they always have quality used games. Definitely a must-stop for any video game collector.

Replay games is amazing. We bought one game, and he gave us 24hrs to try the game and return it to get a new one if we didn't like it. The owner is so patient and kind to all of his clients and is so understanding! He has helped us figure out what games work with our console and controllers, what we needed and what we didn't.

Owner was kind and knowledgeable. I was confused on newer rules with MTG and was able to explain briefly but in full. Will definitely be making this my go to store to buy cards, look for games.
