My wife and I visit this store quite often. We’ve never had a negative experience there, but the last one was much better than expected ! The manager of the outdoor department (I think his name is CJ), went above and beyond to help my wife find some amazing deals in the plant clearance department. These flowers looked amazing, not like something you’d expect to see on clearance. Having children and being on a budget during these times makes it mandatory that we shop wisely. CJ made that job so much easier!

We bought a new fridge on sale online along with a new stove, and dishwasher. The delivery guys showed up on Monday to install the fridge. They didn’t hook up the water line to the fridge. My husband noticed it after they had left. I called Tuesday to have someone come back out and hook it up the right way. I spoke with Wanda on the phone. She told me she would make a case and to wait 24 hours for a call to let us know when they could come and take a look. I waited the 24 hours and never received a call. I called Wednesday the lady I spoke with told me they could return the fridge. When I asked for an exchange she told me they couldn’t do exchanges. I told her to go ahead with the return. She then told me that they couldn’t do the return until after the new year. When I told her that wasn’t going to work considering I haven’t had working fridge since Monday. She made the case a priority. On Thursday my husband received a call where they told him that he couldn’t return the broken fridge until after the new year and they couldn’t do exchanges either that my husband would have to buy a new fridge. My husband purchased a new fridge. I then called the store to explain my frustration I spoke with the store manager Chad. After explaining what happened he told me that they don’t do exchanges on online orders. When I asked if he could give me a discount on the new fridge that we bought at full price he refused to do that until they came and picked up the broken fridge. Even after explaining that it was Lowe’s who installed the fridge incorrectly he still refused to give a discount or to try to get an earlier pick up for the broken fridge. It is now Thursday and I am still without a working fridge and Lowe’s is refusing to fix their mistake. Take your money somewhere else because Lowe’s will not stand behind their appliances.

This is probably the best home improvement store I have been to. Usually when you go to these places the employees are hard to find. But at this Lowes, the employees seem to actively seek out customers to help. The store is clean and in good order. Also, they have veteran parking spots, which I find is a nice touch. If there was another Lowes closer than this one, I would probably go out of my way to visit this one.

So the loading guy Devin has watched me load plywood by myself three days in a row without any help and he was not busy at the time either this seems to be how everyone at this Lowe's acts nobody wants to help you with anything they scatter as soon as they see someone coming to ask them something

It's a good store....I am still disappointed in dishwasher return time, family was burned by this.... Lowe's would not take a terrible dishwasher back...left more on dishes after washing than had originally....2 days for return, couldn't get it installed in 2 days....very disappointingComment after Lowe's response:Lowe's wants me to call them after refusing to take a dishwasher back!I just dropped review to a one star, can't believe Lowe's wants me to waste more energy on this.

Very unhappy with this store and the manager on duty sorry I didn’t get his name I was to mad!. September 3rd 2023 2pm I went to purchase a thermostat my air had quit because of the one I had quit. Looked at the price online 19.98 went to pay 29.98 manager was a smart A$$ about it said the price was 29.98 did I want it or not. Short answer No I will take all my need to Home Depot. Went 500 yards to Walmart ant got the Same thermostat.AFTER YOUR RESPONSE I CALLED AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO HAD NO IDEA HOW TO HELP ME PROBLEM NOTSOLVED!!

Always come here for everything, and lately the customer service has been awful. Not to mention prices are going up and u have to ring yourself up now. They haven’t had registers open the last free times I’ve been in. I will gladly pay more to go to a mom and pop hardware store from now on.

We had problems with a refrigerator we had bought almost a year ago(didn’t purchase an extended warranty, dumb us) after over a month of fighting with the company who made it we were finally issued what we needed to replace it. The managers at Lowe’s helped us from day one with everything we needed all the way to the replacement of our Hesense refrigerator.I will never buy that brand again but will always buy from Lowe’s. Thank you for everything you do.

We got a Christmas tree. It cost way too much. But so does everything else in every store everywhere. It's not their fault. This is a very good store and I would recommend it to everyone.

Thank you Lowe's in Jefferson City Tennessee. My washer went out this month and I was desperate for a new one. You took care of me first thing on a Saturday morning and found me the right washer to fit my needs. I plan on doing more business with you guys in the future.

I have been shopping at Lowes for 10+ years all of it in Maine. Moved to Tennessee 3 weeks ago and went in to get rigid insulation and gravel. We weren't in the store for one minute and Doug, the nicest employee ever, asked us what we needed. He not only knew where to find EVERYTHING we needed, he also helped us decide what kind of rigid insulation to use around our camper and how to install it (with the help of another employee whose name I did not get). They even pushed our super heavy cart to the register and with the help of Scott they loaded it onto the top of our truck. These 3 employees deserve a raise, promotion, something cause I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT ANY OTHER LOWES!!!Attached are pics of them loading my truck.I would give these guys 100 STARS if possible.

Ordered online a washer and dryer and paid to have it delivered. The delivery driver told me he was bringing my dryer. I ask him if he had my washer too and he said no. Lowe’s sent me an email to pick up my washer at the store. I ordered the washer and dryer online at the same time. I paid to have it delivered. The store manager, Haley in Jefferson City didn’t seem to care. So I canceled my order and went to a mom and pop appliance store where we were treated like royalty and they gave my husband a military discount. If at all possible, shop the struggling mom and pop stores. They will take care of you.

Came in looking for a Roll Away toolbox.Opted for the Craftsman setup. I was really pleased with the service of the employees. They had to get one down out of the overhead. Didn't take long at all.However, when I got it home and assembled and opened the top box (and this is obviously not an indictment on Lowe's itself), the Craftsman logo sticker was crooked. Come on, Craftsman... do better.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a woman who gave my daughters wooden snowmen to build. They were so excited it was awesome. We were only there for five minutes but it was definitely a good experience.

I was blown away by the assistance I received in several departments at the Jefferson City Lowes yesterday. First I needed a piece of glass cut. The wait was minimal, I received input, my glass was cut, wrapped and I was on my way to hardware. In hardware I was asked if I needed help almost immediately. The associate helped me look for what I needed and when he realized Lowes did not carry the item gave me some suggestions where I might find it. He went straight to the next customer. Next I went to tools, the guy from hardware showed up and helped me find exactly what I needed, even showed me how best to use the tool. I then went to paint. I asked for help rearding putty and the associate was so helpful he went out of his way, going to a couple of departments to make sure I had the right stuff for my project. Thanks to the various associates I left with exactly what I needed and my project will be a total success. Always friendly associates, but they went above and beyond yesterday.

I placed on online order at this store and never received any confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. Then my card was charged. I attempted to talk with store management to resolve the issue and was told they would have to check if I picked the order up, which I did not as I didn't even know the order was ready. I waited for a call back but no one ever called. I hope you enjoy up our $55.14. I will never shop Lowe's again.

We had a very disappointing experience with this Lowe’s store. We bought 4 gallons of Sherwin Williams best paint (plus 2 additional cans of a different color) for the inside of our house. When the painters we hired realized we would need a 2nd coat, my wife brought the same paint card back to the store for 4 more gallons. The 2nd 4 gallons were made a different color Valspar (not Sherwin Williams) because the employee didn’t enter the paint code properly. When they applied the 2nd coat and painted additional walls, we realized the mistake the Lowe’s employee made. We went back to have the issue corrected and they basically said too bad and made us pay for more paint when it was their mistake. The paint should have been replaced at no charge, but the Lowe’s manager was like too bad. Very poor customer service!! They say if you have a good experience, you will tell a friend, when you have a bad experience you will tell all your friends.

It was really nice to go to a Lowe's and see an employee when you check out. I feel like it is personal when you have a register with someone in it helping you check out. Self checkouts suck. Unless Lowe's is willing to give me a 20% discount to check myself out. I will not do it.

Haley from plumbing very helpful. I came into the store with a very long list of things I needed. She helped me find every single item even though it took quite a bit of time. All of it was a foreign language to me, but she was very good at explaining what each piece does.. She needs to have more responsibilities if every worker was helpful as her it would be game changing. Deserves a big raise!

Store pick up is fine but if need delivery you willbe better off to go elsewhere and pay extra than use the third party for delivery service they use.They will tell the store management one thing then do whatever they want to do. Sad thing is Lowe’s know this because we was buying kitchen appliances and 3 of the 4 appliances could be picked up but the salesman said one of them had to be delivered and would give free delivery. I said no thanks and didn’t want to do their delivery service back .All he said he understood and hears that a lotThe third party delivery service will cost you time and money

Although this is one of Lowe's smaller stores, I like their lawn and garden dept the best . Their plant always seem to be healthier than at other stores and all of the plants are arranged in a logical order making it easier to find what I am looking for. On my most recent visit, I scored huge savings by checking out their Distressed plants carts located in the back. The plants I purchased were all marked down 50% because they had gotten dry where someone had missed them when watering. Other than a few brown dried leaves and some spent blooms needing cleaned up, all these plants needed was a heavy dose of water and a new home. They look great in my flower bed and my bank account didn't suffer as a result!!!! I hate paying full price for anything and Lowe's helps me avoid doing that.. Thanks Lowe's!!!!

Plant prices have shot up. Everything is so expensive now. I understand that's not Lowe's fault but I was surprised to see plants that would have normally been $10 become $25. I was asked if I needed help several times. The staff was friendly and personable. Ended up getting my dog a cute opossum toy. They have abunch of Bark brand dog toys. I got a plant too!

Bought supplies for remodeling a bathroom.. while two women are trying to get ply wood onto a cart not 1 or 2 employees but 4 3 men 1 woman saw but never once offered help.. the two guys that did come to help once we got outside wouldn't even help hold the cart so we could get product off. Was very rude & disrespectful. If we hadn't needed what we got that day I would have went else where.. Sorry for the bad review but I've always been told don't ask if you can't handle the response good or bad
