Went in to get some steaks. Selection wasn't very good but the quality was a plus. One thing I didn't like there was a manager I suspect walked looking at the meat adjusting packages didn't ask if I was finding everything ok. Odd for a manager in my eyes. I'm old fashioned I guess.

Good store. Managers on the floor working as much as regular employees. Just don't buy from bakery, bought a cake returned it once husband brought it home cause they did a horrible job. It was custom ordered... I kid you not 3 weeks later that same cake was in their cooler for sale still. So fresh cakes nope, I'll never get a cake from there again.

They were very well stocked today. Removing stars for their extremely high prices. They increased the price of stuff just to mark it down on "sale" to try and entice people to buy stuff. Take your business elsewhere.

UPDATE🔥☠️🚧🚨 Their water WAS affordable. They went up .49 cents!!! I will Never shop there again. 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸Excellent staff, but they never have dry ice like they advertise. And I can't say enough terrible things about their prices. The only thing that is reasonable there are the gallon jugs of spring water. .99 otherwise you're better off going to Price less, Sam's or Walmart

Nothing unusual, a quick stop to pick up a few items is even more convenient than a stop at a convenience store or gas station, and you can get both at Food City faster than any convenient store in town.

Convenient and always friendly. Not a big fan of the mobile pickup service though, I've gotten bad product every time...which is a bummer.

I have used Food City since we moved here 8 months ago. It has always been my go to grocery store. But after the way I was treated tonight they have lost my business. I usually spend at least a couple hundred a week at that store but never again. Never have I ever been to a store that refused to give a refund on something that rang up the wrong price. The manager said for me to drive back uo there tomorrow and get a refund. So now I have to spend more money to drive back there and more of my time to get a refund which they should've issued tonight but the manager didn't feel like dealing with it tonight. I am a retail store manager and have never heard such a thing. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Their deals of 5 for 20.00 of assorted meats and 7 for 8.00 of veggies is awesome! Really helps my budget go farther.

Bad parking lot! It is on a steep slope. Also, the metal signs at the front of the store are dangerous. They are on pedestals and easy to hit. My truck was badly scratched by one of them. Be careful! However, the staff is great!

Produce is ok. Some is rotten and some is good. Bathrooms are dirty like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Staff seems overworked and not very friendly but ok.

Jefferson City store is not as good as store on Nashville Highway 11E. Customer service was nonexistent. Cashier was very friendly, bagger put chemicals in with food. Had to be asked to separate. You would figure spending $300.00 bagger would have at least asked if you needed help out with them.
