Went there to pick up items that the website said was in stock and ready for pickup. Couldn't find them so asked for help. The gentleman in the pharmacy wasn't very friendly and informed me they didn't even carry the product even though the website said it was there. Waste of time.

My experience was Outstanding. The pharmacist was helpful. CVS service rep,Danielle was outstanding , patience, & helpful. I was having issues with my credit card due to over use and was helpful as I resolved this issue.

This is best Pharmacy in Jefferson City. Charlea Lammey (Pharmacist) and her team of techs provide safe, compassionate, reliable, and friendly service. We have been cared for by Charlea’s staff for seven delightful years.Timothy Kozak, Brenda, Julie, & Brandon are superb “front-end” store care with regard to treating us like family, guiding us to products that we cannot locate, & genuinely caring about our family.This is a one of two major pharmacy chains (CVS & Walgreens). However, it feels like a family owned and operated pharmacy. In other words, one is not treated like a number.In addition, this is one of the few retail stores where employees are not glued to their phones and one is made to feel awkward and as if one is interrupting the employees. Overall, these staff actually earn a living the old fashioned way with attention to detail, counseling, and put the patient/customer first.
